Affected user will still accuse them of scammer even if they give this statement on day 1. It’s very simple that they should open all withdrawal at anytime hough if they didn’t runaway the money. We are not sure either if the OP is telling the truth because there’s no evidence that backed his word.

Another thing to note is the fact that there is no timeline as to when the users whose funds are held in the casino but the only promises which is something that we have to take them for and let us be on the lookout for another announcement from how fast the new domain will be launched.

I was one of the user that probably made withdrawal when someone posted in their thread that the betnomi is not processing any withdrawal then there were alot of complaints in the telegram chat as well. I received the whole amount that I requested but I believe there were some users still affected as well because iirc I told @jayce about this then he immediately requested withdrawal as well but never received them until the whole site was down

Actually it was too late for me to request the withdrawal. I just thought it would be a temporary maintenance and decided to wait Undecided

I’m wondering if there is any update about this matter after one of Betnomi showed, still my opinion the same as my first reply here. I want only to see if anyone here from the players of Betnomi casino who has pending funds with them received any repayment yet, or at least got contacted by them.

As many of users mentioned, I believe that the process of refund should be quick and sharing any latest updates. I’m sure it’s not just a small hope for the users now but a big one and should stay the same until they all get their funds.

Exactly, If betnomi explained what happened at the early stage the distrust wouldn't be like this, betnomi I know was having a very good reputation in the forum, probably coming to the forum at that early time of the issue was also hacked, highjacked and or frustrated. betnomi should blame themselves action and inaction and now to cure the wound or the injury they gotten will not be easy.

But now all what they need to do for people to believe their side of the story is to clear all the debt and do the right thing at the right time then people start to trust them gradually.

It is obvious that Betnomi played with the trust customers had in them. What they are doing now should have been what they should have done from the very beginning of their internal struggles. Customers funds are what they should not be joking about or fighting over. I feel like they'd get a a lot less hate from users if they were 100% transparent, but it's our natural way of handling such things that we want to stay silent hoping we can handle it and save our reputation completely without anyone finding out and then it's too late.

I like that they're trying to do the right thing and bring back a casino with tarnished reputation. It's usually much easier to change name and start from scratch.
They chose the harder way, but the ethically right one. Let's give them a chance.

Nahhh, Nothing will change if they mention this earlier or not as long as they still hold the funds of users because all players money should be backed 1:1 and can be withdraw at all time. There’s no excuse about holding their customers if they are having some inner struggle since customers money is not their money so they should allow withdrawal even if the problem is going on.

At least they are doing the most ethical thing to be done on which giving back to those users who had been that affected on such pending withdrawals. Instead of losing it completely or to those players who had locked up their funds then they do still have the chance on pulling it out or make some withdrawal. Great, that's what people waiting for and its good that there's a chance that they can recover back their funds on your platform. But also make sure you will not ask more conditions before legitimate users can withdraw their funds since it might dismay them.

Also guys since there's a refund plan for Betnomi users just be careful to those email claiming that they would refund you and ask some payment or try to ask your wallet information especially your private key since this is total scam. As expected, Sorsis Chatwin will come with the innocent owner role. Because, Sorsis personal information is visible publicly, isn't it? The forum only knew 'Sorsis' as the admin/owner of Betnomi. Now you are blaming unknown person by addressing them as a shady owner of Betnomi. Users data has been compromised from your database. Perhaps, whoever completed the KYC verification on your platform is at risk too.

Let's wait and watch as it is too early to come to any conclusion. If they are committed to what they have said they would start the process as early as possible. If not then we would hear from those on the thread that they have not kept their promise. I still think that we should give them another chance and not start comparing them with other big exit scams. They have informed us of the reason why they suddenly stopped their service and it is better to wait some more time. If they refund the money they won't regain any lost trust it is just that it would help them in their new project.

Perhaps if the Betnomi team had come out earlier than this,  a lot could have been prevented such as the reputation and red tags that were given to the official Betnomi account should and could have been prevented,  but coming now after several months of inactivity to state that the domain has been attacked is something that will take a lot of replies and convictions of the gamblers who may have suffered from this event that happened to betnomi.

Another thing to note is the fact that there is no timeline as to when the users whose funds are held in the casino but the only promises which is something that we have to take them for and let us be on the lookout for another announcement from how fast the new domain will be launched.
Yes, that's right, because after all maintaining customer trust is very important and also if that trust has been damaged then it will be difficult to build a reputation again, let's just say Betnomi has failed and with this thread intends to return users' money, I think it's difficult to gain trust again if that's the case in the end there is a project built by the same person at betnomi, I think that is the risk that the betnomi team must bear.

The only way for Betnomi's admins to prove their trustworthiness and save their reputation is to pay ALL their users back ALL their money first, BUT it's also not a guarantee that they'll be trusted by the entire community again. Because if I had my money locked for months in a centralized service and the money was given back to me, I would never use any service owned or operated by those people again. One period of mental/emotional stress with them is enough.

For the sake that have been in trouble with their funds as they have became trusted by these users. They will just have to accept whatever is going to be the feedback of these people, whether they will say that they will still be trusted then that is good on their part.

But if these people after receiving their moneyback starts to say that they are not recommended and will never be back and gamble there again. They just have to accept any words from them and there is nothing they can do but to be in good faith and just return all of the pendings, either big or small amounts. As they have said, anyone who is eligible for that shall do.
I think what is most important at this point is not wether the betnomi team gain the trust of the community of not because their have already been down and at some point they announce that they are going to have domain name changes, which means the Betnomi we used to know is now scam and should remain like that.

But if the same team can make refunds as promised,  it then becomes another challenge for them to win the trust of the community and how they can do that,  is through adequate improvement and commitment to the promises.
