Both are grateful for what happen, at least they came back to settle their problems, unlike other gambling sites who would just easily go for an easy route which is the exit scam. Sadly you’re right, As the amount already disclosed here from the paid participants it shows that they only paid small balance from users that is active on this thread while leave all the huge balance.

They are also using the reason that some users funds is seize due to violation of the ToS which is probably an excuse to getaway. They become silent again after crypto pump hard and I will not be surprised if they come back again once the crypto market dump and pay all the refund in crypto with less fiat value while they take profit from the crypto market price pump.

Yeah, Betnomi just pay some people small money who are active in the forum. There is at least 200.000$ that they scammed from users here and they just write that these users have cheated or frauded.
Betnomi is a big scam project, the owner has the IQ of a fish, he thinks he can just open a new website basebet.io and scma people again.

Somehow we dont know whether those things or mentions above about being not paid or getting their refund even up to now to be real or fake but basing up with those
words from others is that they do clearly have still some unresolved issues specially into those amounts which are less are getting paid and the bigger ones are still pending.

Well, realistically they do not need to log on their account in order for them to read the comments we are leaving here, so reading all these comments is not the reason for them to log on again, there must be another explanation.
By the way, I agree with you. They were not supposed to mark this topic as solved as long as they did not send some proof of them paying back to all their gamblers. I don't even know or understand what were the filters used by Betnomi to accept or reject refunds from their users, since they have been people here who have received money from them, but still they seem to be a minority among hundreds of gamblers who got defrauded.

All of this could have been a very transparent process if they revealed a list of users which they intended to refund in a spread sheet, and then they started to attach the transaction hashes to the spread sheets, so anyone could verify they actually sent the money. I don't know, all of this ended up being more shady than was supposed to be.

The currency is BTC. And that is another thing. First I was promised to receive the amount in BTC (as it should be), then later they switched to promising only the USD value at the time the website went offline. So for sure BTC value is not a reason anymore to wait any longer for paying me.

I honestly think the guys behind betnomi know what they are doing, and personally, I don't think they have any plan of paying their users back their funds, come to even think of this, why did they create this thread, and after some weeks or about a month, they included "[SOLVED]" in the subject of this thread even when they have not paid those who they stole from? Like I said before, they know exactly what they are doing..
They knew 2024/2025 would be bull run, and they exit scammed in 2023, taking away their customer's crypto holdings to hold for themselves to profit from in the coming bull run.
Now, my question is, does it make any sense that, after 2025 when the market comes crashing down, they return to pay their victims the fiat value of the crypto coins they  stole from them in 2023, after they must sold them in the peak of the bull run and make good profit from it?.

What I do think is that, this guys don't have any plan of refunding their victims, if actually they had and genuinely wanted to do it, they would have atleast, created a proper documentation of what their plans are, and how or what will be the payment process, atleast, for their victims to know how long they have to wait before finally getting their refund.

This is a crazy revelation and I’m right they are still considering the low price of crypto way back when the casino is shutdown. This is really a huge loss to you regardless if they will pay you now since they will use the lower conversion rate that is almost x2 IIRC the BTC price before they close.

This is just my hunch but they probably just waiting for the funds from their tokens to unknown source. Perhaps your own token that they are now use for trading to get some profit on this bull run. The way they change the conversion rate of your tokens means they are really doing something shady behind. This refund should be in original currency and same amount since the deposit money should be on their wallet address.

"There is already a casino that done this before" if you are actually talking about 1xbit, then I will like to ask you how turned out for them at the end of the day?, 1xbit is no where to be found today even after they came back to this forum claiming that they are under a new leadership and had decided to settle everyone who had lost money unjustly in their casino, this I personally believe they did in order to gain the trust of the community back, but unfortunately, it still didn't work out for them, since..
1. They never paid any of their victim back
2. Their reputation was never restored because the community here waited to see  how they will go about paying back all their victims, and as expected by many,  their promise turned out to be just another scam strategy.

For me, I personally will advice all the users who are victim to betnomi exit scam to simply just forget about their lost money and move on, I am not sure this guys have any plans of paying back their users, just as I have said before, it's a total torture of the mind to keep expecting or looking forward to something that may likely never come.
