[SOLVED] Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan!

I already explained from the beginning that Betnomi is a scam project and does not pay big winners.
When people win, they suddenly cheated or defrauded. Sorsis chatwin is a scammer and every project he is involved in is scammed.
I am sure they are not going to pay the 100k that is still open balances from customers.

You are not saying anything new from what has been said here on this thread severally and even the current admin here has admitted to the fact that the former Betnomi is now under the control of some unknown guys who have stolen or lucked out all the users of betnomi which confirm the former betnomi as a scam and should be avoided.

What we are discussing right now isn't the refund process that this legit team put up to try to pay those who are affected by the action of the hackers and that if you are one of the victims you can reach out to the team by following the format of filing complaints.

We are already in March of 2024, so I don't think what is left the the Betnomi team are going to continue to process claims for refunds because of this fiasco. In my opinion, the window they offered for people of this community to ask for refunds was very narrow, keeping in mind the among of people potentially being scammed their money.

It is in the casino's interest for the user to play as much as possible. For the Sportsbook, the one and only reason a user will ever get limited is if they are engaged in fraud of some kind. The fact that you got limited is a clear indication you were engaged in fraud.

This is one of the dumbest statements I have ever heard. The founder of a crypto sportsbook calls every winning sports bettor a fraud.
By the way, the sports betting providers aren't perfect in profiling the customers, and long-term losers get limited all the time.

Nobody frauded on the website, except the owner. Betnomi does not want to pay out her customers and giving fake arguments to steal the funds!~

Here's what I think. They scammed gamblers, left and returned to act like they were trying their best to solve this entire mess, but they were just trying to lure gamblers over to their new site.

They did process some refunds by providing a narrow window as you mentioned, but were never going to refund everyone affected. Just my 2 cents.

I dont violate the forum rules. I just googled on betnomi owner and saw that Sorsis Chatwin is the owner with company information regarding Betnomi. That is not a secret that he is the owner.
And the last users are right, if you win to much money on Betnomi they simply say that you are frauding or cheating and confiscate your funds.
What timeframe they are talking about? There are users like Gekkebelg who were on time to claim their funds, and Betnomi sas they frauded and give all kind of excuses not to pay.
And Sorsis created another gambling project, with another company registered, the old company is history, because he know he will get many lawsuit claims if he opens with the scam company Nomi n.v.

Which basically means you have no legal right to claim anything anymore. Sorsis continues with their new scam project Basebet.io
For the moment, I can not find any company information from basebet.io so they might work without gambling license.

Well you can send a reminder to the email again and the confusing thing is that, the team did not give any specific timing as when they will respond to such requests or if the will reply to your email also.

But regardless I advice you send a follow-up reminder and wait a bit and keep an eye on this thread to see if you could lay your hand on anything eventually from the team representatives here in the forum.

Wow this is a good news for BetNomiz they paid you mate , and this is a very important thing to do in Their casino cause it will affect their performance and reputation do if they will solve all their issues then it's a big impact for them even though there's a delayed but still they are manage to pay on their responsibilites.

Betnomi refund is a joke. They only pay low amounts like 100$. If people win decent amount, their account got banned and the funds is confiscated.

Can you provide out some screenshots that do shows about these withdrawals? If they would really be just that simply paying up those small amounts rather than on bigger ones then this issue

It is really that had to clear this up if there are really still people who are really that keeps on complaining about their locked up funds on which it is sad. Yes, they had paid up those small amounts
but they should be doing with also with bigger funds on which it isnt really that ethical on doing so in the first place. They should pay into those amounts which need to be paid up.

Yes, not everyone is happy with how they concluded that everything is solved when it is not to be. Also, as you are saying that Betnomi is better than another casino they just did not scam exit but remember that they had to solve gamblers problem or at least give an impression that they are solving because sometime back they announced that they will start a new project named "Basebet"

Without solving the issues of the previous project, the Betnomi team could have faced serious set back n their new project. Although not solve the issues for those who invested big in Betnomi, may still get them a difficult time for them to establish and bring the audience for their new project.

The project "BaseBet" is a new project that I co-founded. It will be operating with our existing Casino software and with some upgrades to make it a true web3 platform with a smart contract interface
