MetaWin team so far are always reacting very quickly to resolve problems and move on, to continue serving their customers with as best services as possible as well as very actively in communication with community.

This helps the business team to have good bond with community and even make it stronger with time. They don't wait for issues on Discord to be resolved for having a channel of communication with communiiy. The telegram chat group is good temporary alternative from Metawin team.

I have a small idea. The team can create a Telegram announcement group too, and link it to the chat group, with automatic update of announcements from the ANN group to the chat group. It's better for Metawin users to visit the Telegram ANN group, for important news, and if they need support they can join the chat group.

Yes, support chat on Metawin is better than through Discord because many people don't have Discord account like me and when I needed help, I had to ask someone else to message to Metawin on Discord. This is now better but I wonder why Skel didn't do it before.

I liked Bitsler very much because their admin was very focused on the community and they quickly achieved a huge success. When Metawin created a thread here and I saw Skel's Twitter and Metawin's Twitter accounts, I immediately realized that this was a different casino. Skel is a huge supporter of the community, he listens and cares, and that's what matters in this business. For surface level stuff, one could make do with the chatroom but beyond that where you have to lodge a ticket to support, you'd need a discord account, unfortunately. Wow nice. This is a pretty good news! I was actually losing hope. I thought we're starting from scratch on a new server lol. I'm glad the team's persistence paid off.

Something to look forward on the reopening of the discord server are rumbles. He said, "be ready for the rumble week of your life" few days ago, so I assume the prize pool is gonna be big. For those not familiar with rumbles, it's pretty much a flash giveaway of some sort that make use of battle royale simulation to pick out winners. It's kinda fun lol. I am not sure, but I don't say it is impossible, and it's not my words to say this is $1M raffle. I took it from the post on X, from Metawin team, and it looks like a marketing trick to attract more people to this raffle.

Basically it's like a lottery or a raffle. You can buy tickets and that increases the jackpot. The interesting thing is also that the house has been putting for the jackpot as milestones were reached. If I remember correctly when it reached $700K they put in $50K.

They added $50,000 into the pot, after the total prize pool reached 700,000 dollars and it's worth mentioning that they also put $600,000 into the prize pool when they launched the competition. In other words, the prize pool started from $600,000 not zero and that's what makes the competition really attractive.

With this we see that participation in the raffle is fully EV+. Here it would make sense for someone with a lot of money to spend a few hundred thousand to win the raffle.

Someone spending $0.5M today would have about a 64% chance of winning $1.34M (what is in the pot today plus the half million they would buy). Although since the prize is spread over up to 100 positions it would depend a lot on which of the 100 positions he/she got. If that someone spent that amount and did not manage to win at least two of the first three prizes, which is where almost all the capital is concentrated, he would be left looking dumb.

Although I think the raffle is not about that, but about giving the MW customer base the chance to get a good prize at Christmas.
