It seems quite likely that the BTC price is going to catch up to my total number of pushups and to pass my total number of pushups and perhaps even to stay above my total number of pushups for days and/or weeks at a time, even though since about the beginning of March, I have been tending to mostly add around 100 to 140 pushups per day, even though my current overall average pushups per day for the past 497 days is just below 230 per day. If all of us now wish for bitcoin to catch up with your total number of pushups, we are also wishing for New ATH and that's the point we are. This is an evidence of dedication. So far, I sometimes wonder how you estimated your target for 100k pushups while chasing the bitcoin. Now your pushups success has turned out to be our own bitcoin success story. We can't wish more than asking bitcoin to follow your pushups number, haha. Maybe you alone has pushed bitcoin to where it is.

I did 50 yesterday and so far 25 today.
as soon as i end this sentence i will do 25 more.
I will get back to doing it correctly as I pretty much have decided the toe pain is no longer a ligament pain and that it is arthritis.
which will come and go. Thus doing 100 should be safe to,do.
added 25 more so at fifty for today
If you have a toe pain I advise you reduce the amount of push up you do for the pains to die off completely because I won't say you should stop for sometime before starting up again, for you to stop your body will crave for the push up and with it gets used to not receiving that regular push up it becomes a problem whenever you want to start it again you'd struggle to meet up to that standard that you were before stopping...let's say if you normally do 100 push ups you can reduce to maybe 50 or 25 daily, as you're nursing the pains with time you'll get back on track and even faster, I know it will be add to reduce your push up but take it easy to heal properly.

It seems that almost every single day, I don't want to do my daily pushups, so in some sense, I am frequently mauling over potential excuses.. yet at the same time, I place the pushups as a priority so I don't really easily give myself excuses. It's easy to find excuses when you don't really want to do it. In such times it's okay to take a break but it shouldn't become a habit. Otherwise we forget the purpose of doing this. Another 200 today. 10[edit]0k,EFS,73,10650,2025-06-15 I have to put the daily (every day) as a priority, since I am afraid that if I stop with the daily streak, then I will become even more vulnerable to taking breaks here and there.. so keeping the streak going seems to be amongst the best of solutions to not give me any excuses to have future issues. I have done similar with other past exercises (and streaks), so if I end up breaking the streak, the activity becomes a lower priority, even if I tell myself it is a higher priority, and the psychological devolution contributes towards worse and harder abilities to continue on a daily basis. You've gone further ahead once more. This is now bitcoin chasing your pushups number. For bitcoin price to catch up with your number of pushups, a new ATH is already assured. Keeping that streak is a good way of not slacking back. Do you even know that reducing the number of pushups you do daily or the number of sets gradually gets into you making it impossible for you to raise it further unless after a serious self conditioning. My pushups now come in the early hours, it feels different. 10[edit]0k,Tonimez,192,23807,2025-6-16 It seems quite likely that the BTC price is going to catch up to my total number of pushups and to pass my total number of pushups and perhaps even to stay above my total number of pushups for days and/or weeks at a time, even though since about the beginning of March, I have been tending to mostly add around 100 to 140 pushups per day, even though my current overall average pushups per day for the past 497 days is just below 230 per day. If eventually Bitcoin price catches your total number of push-ups per day, i will advice you that you should never be in a hurry to stay above Bitcoin price, but if you can add up with your presence number of push-ups to be able to give Bitcoin price enough gap before the Bitcoin price can catches you again fine, but if you can't don't worry too much because these push-ups exercise it is not do or die affair, one must do the total number push-ups his body can carry per day and gradually by gradually you will hit to the top of it without knowing because of your consistency in push-ups daily. My report:10[edit]0k,POPOLUV,157,23000,2025-06-16. I have been finding that in order to attempt to stay motivated in pushups, it has been helpful to attempt to have various goals along the way that might have had been beyond some of the bitcoin pushup community goals of striving to do daily pushups of (100 pushups or whatever) until the BTC price reached $100k. So, at first my goals just related to monitoring my doing the pushups consistently and then daily quantity of pushups and/or quality of pushups, and so then surely in August/September it started to become clear that my total quantity of pushups was starting to get close to the BTC price, which became part of a new goal that was related to the then circumstances of having the total pushups start to get close to the BTC price, so then by early February my total pushups started to cross above the BTC price and then on February 21, my total pushups crossed above 100k,, which then contributed to my being motivated to cut back on daily quantity of pushups and to incorporate lunges into my daily routine. For now, I am just sticking with my 100 to 140-ish quantity of pushups per day, and perhaps not really directly thinking about how that relates to BTC prices, even though sure, the BTC price has not left my thinking, and I have decently high confidence that the price is going to cross back over my total pushup quantity yet at my rate of doing pushups i have some difficulties imagining how the BTC price could sustainably stay above my current daily pushup quantity, especially since in recent times (like the past 3-6 months), the 200-WMA has mostly been moving up in the ballpark of $35 to $55 per day.. and I consider the 200-WMA to be a bottom indicator and currently it is just right around $48,362, so even at the higher ends of the current range, it is going to take nearly 939 days for the 200-WMA to cross over $100k. Presumptively if the BTC price could go up faster, then the 200-WMA would likely get drug up towards moving up a a faster rate to potentially cross over $100k in less than 2 years.. even something like crossing over $100k by the end of 2026 would not be an unreasonable projection and such considerable BTC price going up tendencies would be good for any of us longer term BTC holders who have largely gotten through most of our BTC accumulation already, even though shorter term BTC holders may well prefer that the BTC prices (including the 200-WMA) do not go up so fast in order that they are able to accumulate more BTC in the coming couple of years with lower rather than higher prices. Even the projections within my own current charts show the 200-WMA moving up to cross over $100k in the ballpark of 1.5 to 2 years, which could even happen (which would be considerably bullish) for the 200-WMA to cross over $100k on or before the end of 2026. Ladies and gentlemen, here is the day two update: 10[edit]0k,Wake Up,2,45,2025-05-16 I was able to complete 25 push-ups. I do them in one go or I can do 25 more throughout the day. I wonder how much more I can do by focusing on the push-ups I can do in one go each day.
Sure, it is up to you to create whatever goals that you like, and if you really want to figure out a way to increase your quantity of pushups within any one set, you likely are better off to increase the quantity of pushup sets that you do per day and to build up your quantity of pushups per set. Since there tends to be some value in warm up and cool down, it is not necessarily good to ONLY do one set of pushups per day or even any activities in which you do some kind of intensity only ONCE per day or even with less regularity, and sure sometimes young people can be abusive to their own bodies without necessarily recognizing their own ways in which their lack of consistency might not necessarily be the better way forward, yet sure it is your body and your chosen activity, so you can do whatever you like. In recent times (perhaps the past year or so), my normal quantity of pushups per pushup set has tended to mostly be 40-50, even though surely when I first started doing pushups, I started out at mostly 20 to 30 per set and worked my way up to higher quantities and I spent quite a bit of time with pushup sets that were mostly between 30 and 40 pushups per set, and over the past (nearly 500 days) sometimes I have had some higher quantity pushup sets that go into the lower to mid 70s, yet I no longer consider striving to do that many pushups in any particular pushup set - even though surely quantity of pushups per set is not necessarily a bad goal in order to strive to work towards being able to measure improvement or even stamina.. which still I doubt that stamina is necessarily built by ONLY doing an activity once a day.. but hey whatever, there are all kinds of theories and approaches to do things, and some ways of doing things are more productive (and efficient and even individually tailored) than other ways. .. Even keeping in mind quantity versus quality in terms of sometimes the quality of the pushups will go down when the quantity is pushed, which surely, it is up to you to monitor what you are getting out of the deal and to figure out if you are happy with your own results or possible improvements, whether it is improvement in pushups that you are seeking to achieve or merely consistency of pushups or consistency of frequency of pushups that you might strive to achieve. [Edited out]

I am getting to an age where body parts are starting to have issues, and I have found pushup activities to be quite good in terms of engaging in a kind of daily activity that can be done in a lot of places and without much of any equipment besides a flat area - even though I do tend to prefer to do them inside and in private rather than publicly.. yet I might be able to adapt if I were forced to have to change locations due to unexpected circumstances. This thread has been helpful to provide a structure and a motivation to do the pushups within the context of submitting periodic reports - of course, with some gamification with the existence of DirtyKeyboard's daily pushup table updates. Of course, I have created my own system of keeping track, too.. but it still remain motivating to have a place to regularly memorialize the current status, even though surely we can see quibbles in regards to OgNasty considering that there maybe reasons to close/lock the thread... so of course, with dwindling participation, it may well end up that justifications for closing/locking the thread might get stronger than justifications for keeping it opened/unlocked.

1) Self-Custody is a right. Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted." 2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized. 3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

I hope you are not planning to retire from daily pushups?? I guess you have hit your goal ever since you hit the 100k pushups number. You initially dropped your pushups number and now you are hinting on quitting the thread. I wouldn't want to admit, even though you have the right to choose what you want, but you are a motivation to many and showing that you are giving up already won't encourage me in particular. I don't think that locking this thread will be to the general interest of all. There are many of us, just like you've noted, that have this thread as our motivation to keeping it daily. I know that I have always engaged in pushups some years back, but ever since I joined this thread, my attitude to the Pushups exercises has completely changed. Having to report my daily pushups has become a dragging reason that keeps me on the floor even when the bench tastes good. Having some people like you also in the thread and @OgNasty has also given me a goal to pursue. Having to keep to far above 400 days of daily pushups is not what everyone can easily do. But being in this thread has shown that it is possible. Even though we're 3 people left, let others remain on the bench while I get myself fit and good shape.

I feel like I'm working myself into a pretty good routine since missing my last day. I have been doing sets of 25 and at the same time I will do a set of 25 sit-ups and 25 leg lifts. Trying to get the midsection looking nice for the crowds. Seems to be easy enough to where I shouldn't hurt myself again for a while if I stay away from crazy hanging exercises and relax on the weights a bit. Luckily, it is summer time so I can enjoy a daily swim as a way to try and beat the unrelenting heat of the desert. 100k,OgNasty,496,50500,2025-06-16

I tripped on stairs a year ago. I have nursed it on and off. I believe it is as healed as it will get and that I now have a bit of arthritis . So I have decided to do 4 sets of 25 every day it does not hurt. I did 50 so far today. at tonimez I am not quite on the bench or for that matter on the bench.

The past 2 weeks have been a bit tiring for me because I have a job and it requires me to travel, so the challenge was put on hold because it was really hard to avoid.
But today I restarted after 2 weeks of busyness and tried to do some warm up with jogging as usual followed by sit ups and of course the challenge that I left temporarily.
After 2 weeks of not doing it there were some parts of my body especially in my biceps that felt quite sore for a while after I did push ups for 5 sets x 20 reps. Although it didn't really interfere with my activities, there was a slight difference I felt in terms of body condition because it seemed like I had to start a new training again after I had previously stopped.

I believe that one's you put your mind to do something nothing can stop you and if you had given up I think you would have been on the bench list taking a long break. With the sets of push up and some add up exercises I did today I can still feel it all over me.

I am hinting that the existence of this particular thread helps to keep me doing pushups every day for the past 498 days I don't think that locking this thread will be to the general interest of all.
That is up to thread OP OgNasty and/or forum admins. Not this here cat. There are many of us, just like you've noted, that have this thread as our motivation to keeping it daily. I know that I have always engaged in pushups some years back, but ever since I joined this thread, my attitude to the Pushups exercises has completely changed.
Of course, it helps to have some commonality with other guys who might be actively participating, observing or even some guys on the bench who might end up returning and/or becoming more pushup active. Having to report my daily pushups has become a dragging reason that keeps me on the floor even when the bench tastes good.
Sure. Your number of days are adding up for sure. Having some people like you also in the thread and @OgNasty has also given me a goal to pursue. Having to keep to far above 400 days of daily pushups is not what everyone can easily do. But being in this thread has shown that it is possible.
For sure it is not easy, and you are half way there. Even though we're 3 people left, let others remain on the bench while I get myself fit and good shape.
It is possible that this thread will remain active and not locked.. [edited out]
You just make me laugh so much when i come across this post that you hope jay-juangee is not planning to retire from daily push-ups, Jay-juangee found push-ups exercise quiet interesting that even when he didn't post his push-ups report in a particular day that doesn't me that day he didn't do his daily push-ups, he have passion in push-ups exercise that he can only rudus by number of push-ups than retiring and when i perus JayJuanGee post i saw were he said that he is getting to an age where his body is starting to have issues but he didn't talk about retirement It seems to me that resistance training (and/or weights) are very good for people as they age, and so having an ability to do resistance training (like pushups) seems to be good for me. I think that historically, I have been guilty of similar kinds of gravitations towards cardio as other folks, and so I am glad to try to make pushups (and/or other resistance training) as one of my daily staples.. as long as I can continue to do it... so maybe there is some fortune that anyone has to be able to do certain kinds of strenuous exercises, and I was even told by some people that maybe I should not be doing pushups... and I don't tend to easily listen to others, especially when my opinion is different, even if they might have some "expertise" in the area of the discussion. You know a "way out of this" seemingly predictament of a possible status "misunderstanding". AmInotrite? Yep. Exactamente!!! Amazing how that works!!!!! And, surely one of the reasons that I am trying to avoid, as much as I can to completely take a break, even though from time to time, I end up having some low number of pushup repetitions and also low number of pushup sets days. By the way, I also have some tricks that I do in terms of making up for my missed pushups when it happens and even to punish myself and in essence it results in my doing way more pushups than I count.. and not getting credit for many of the punishment pushups that I end up having to do and not wanting to do that, but the punishment ends up being something to help to inspire me to try to stick with the "easy route" of doing my required daily pushups of at least three sets... Even though it sometimes can be difficult, it is not as difficult as the punishment that I sometimes end up having to dish out to myself for not doing the regular pushups within my schedule. 100k,JayJuanGee,498,114425,2025-06-16

I was able to complete 25 push-ups. I do them in one go or I can do 25 more throughout the day. I wonder how much more I can do by focusing on the push-ups I can do in one go each day. Instead of doing 25 push-ups in a single set and stopping, it would be more beneficial at this stage to do 3-4 sets. You can do 10-15 reps per set. This way you'll end up doing more in total and your muscles will get worked more effectively. When you do it all at once and stop, the muscles don't even get a chance to warm up properly. You could also try a pyramid style like 10-15-20-15-10 reps etc. I'm currently continuing with 20 reps for 10 sets. Added 200 more. 100k,EFS,74,10850,2025-06-16

Are you aware that unless you report in a format given, the DirtyKeyboard machine won't be able to pick your report? You've been on the bench section since February 26th and you are not really feeling it, haha. I don't know why you no longer wish to be on the table but whatever be the case, I will suggest you report in the right format so that @dirtykeyboard can pick you and increase the number of people on the floor. The mates on the floor are seriously going down even when all of us know that you have been pushing daily. 100k,Tonimez,193,23927,2025-06-17

Hey, this water you are swimming looks very dirty and I don't think it will be good for your health. Perhaps, something dangerous can be in that water and can harm you. Why don't you look for a swimming pool that is clean and well treated instead of exposing yourself to some kind of sickness from this dirty water. Be very cautious of your health even if you find it fun and pleasure. If something dangerous is in the river,I think locals in that very community that's often makes use of the river would have restraint people from going close to it and perhaps @popoluv wouldn't endangered his safety all because he wants to swim. I haven't seen any river that's 100% germs free, even the swimming pools your advising him to make use of is not 100% safe as some swimmers making using of the pool often salivate in it,some goes as far urinating in it while swimming. You might know all of this if you're not carefully observing activities goings-on in most public swimming pools, better still I prefer him swimming in a clean river where the water is flowing continuously or maybe he should have his personal swimming pools at home if possible.

We should never let the pains we feel each time we engage in our daily work out to always be a reason to make us skip what we love doing and like we all know, the body can't speak for it self that it's enjoying the the daily exercises, we have to feed it more and stay positive. The pains is a good sign that you're on the right track especially for those who just started this challenge.
