It's been a hot day, it's getting hard to even breathe. We had to take a break from outside activities but still can do push-ups at home. I added 200 more today.
BTC is at 106k. It wasn't much affected by the recent incidents. I hope it doesn't get any bigger. We can't afford another war in the region.

Had slower tempo this year because of underlying joint pain. Hope warm up exercises will help with that. Also I'll look into adding more exercises to add variety of exercises in a routine.

Maybe you guys have to be flexible with your pushups time. For example, it mustn't always or only be in the morning that you can do your pushups, and so when you missed doing it in the morning then that day is missed out. No. You could try to take it into the evening/night, doing it like about an hour to your bedtime. The weather will even be friendlier at that time of the day too. And another benefit of taking out the opportunity to workout at night is that you just go to bed and relax the body. Not having to do other activities like with the morning workouts.

I believe many of us are doing it morning and night so it doesn't have to be a stressful thing, when you push yourself too much you can't believe what you can do. For me is not even about doing it every morning is just that some persons don't like stress that's why they go for morning or night, anything that has to do with exercises some don't have that time to try it, that's why it becomes a thing to choose.

And mostly what usually lead to people giving up is when they decide to give excuses to skip a day or two and before they know it, it has gone from days to weeks. Coming back becomes even harder because when you remember the pains your muscles gonna give you since it has relaxed due to how long you have skipped from working out.

And hypothetically from what I think,  aside from BTC price reaching 100k, what also led to some persons tired out and  quitted was that they didn't had a workouts partner which both could be encouraging each other either to take it on in the evening or morning as the case might be. But still, some would say that's not an excuse.

I'm just curious bro, what country are you from or is it a mistake? Because on the date you have in your report is 2025-05-31 meanwhile today's date is 14th of June the 6th month of 2025...just want to know.

You are right and again the reason why some persons do give up is when they do it alone like you said because doing it alone without seeing anyone to compete with or someone to motivate you that's when your morela has dropped you need someone to push you back up when you're giving up, is very hard to see many who do it alone and still maintain that consistency, nothing is involved that is why, I think.
From how I see it, that's if we exclude Bitcoin price getting to $100k  and the OP says we should do the push up everyday morning or night and also drop our report to gain at least $30 every week for the highest member with the highest push up you'd see both those on the bench and those who skip this thread will start partaking in this push-up challenge without motivation from anybody.

These weekend is full of fun and after my daily push-ups today, I went to the river side because the weather was so hot then i decided to go to the river side to swim, i really display my swimming skills, as you can see the picture below I'm swimming while i was clapping my hands and the wave in the river was much that i swimming the part were wave is not much.

During my swimming in the river i noticed that if you are swimming under water the wave is not much compared when you are swimming on top of the river.

I am not away from the exercise, even though I am not updating every day.  I have been doing my pushups, and I have been tending to end after the time that DirtyKeyboard's script runs...
Is like you're not here but in spirit you are here with us, good thing you're here to drop your report in as much as you said you have been up to speed with the exercise but not reporting, it still shows the commitment...at least those who asked of you have finally seen you drop your report and for you to be off for sometime made me start asking myself if you're going to be on the bench any time soon? But good you're back...

Sometimes I have delays in when I do my pushups, so I am not sure if it self-imposed delays or just some things get in the way to cause irregularities that may or may not really be interesting enough to post.. yet I have already had delays that last several days and even a week or two.. and maybe we should be getting on DirtyKeyboard's case, since he has not submitted an updated pushup report for more than 2 weeks.  I cannot recall ever going that long between pushup reports.. at least not so far.. but yeah, other activities (whether exercise related or not) can some times get in the way of submitting pushup reports.

I am surely not going to claim it is easy to keep doing pushups every day...even if we might establish daily (or quasi-daily) pushups as a personal priority.

Part of the reason that I advocate doing pushups every day and not skipping days is because a certain level of increased soreness seems to come from larger periods of time between doing pushup sets... so yeah, guys are likely going to experience breaks in pushups differently depending on other things that they might be doing and/or maybe their age and/or health/fitness status.

Having an exercise partner could be helpful, yet we likely need to put the responsibility on ourselves in terms of our priorities, since it is likely difficult to find a partner who is likely to share in their assigning of priorities and/or even if we might pay a personal trainer, sometimes their priorities are going to sufficiently differ from our own in order to potentially cause tensions and/or conflicts.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  Resist being labelled as: "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Hey, this water you are swimming looks very dirty and I don't think it will be good for your health. Perhaps, something dangerous can be in that water and can harm you. Why don't you look for a swimming pool that is clean and well treated instead of exposing yourself to some kind of sickness from this dirty water. Be very cautious of your health even if you find it fun and pleasure.

As long as he's not drinking (he can too if he wants to) the water there's nothing wrong with him swimming there and you can as well do the same too. I don't think anything can happen in that water because things you think can harm him are afraid of getting close to that River and the one to drink is just like this and I believe they don't drink and bath/swim in the same river just like we have here in some part of Nigeria or should I say Africa as a whole. This very River is very cold and comfortable but as a new comer you can see it as dirty and dangerous to humans but is good to make use of, so nothing bad will happen to him and if there's something in that River to harm him they would have notified everybody not to swim or drink from that River.

I don't think the water there is dirty, after all it's flowing water but swimming in a river can be dangerous. We can't know that better than he does, it's not right to judge just based on one photo. First Sunday in camp, exercise still intense. I started with juggling for close to 1 hour before the drill instructor called for a pushup contest. I'm happy to announce that I grabbed the first position with 57 pushups in a set, 12 pushups above my closest ally. We also engaged in squats, 25x4. I added another 3 sets of 30, 20x2 pushups nearly 30 minutes later.

I'm really having fun here and having to focus fully on exercises for a period of 3 weeks would have a great physical impact on me. Maybe this would make me a macho man, haha.

One thing i believe in life is that once you have passion on what you love doing, you will go extra miles in doing what you love in doing best with any reason attached to it, why I'm saying these is because when i joined these push-ups thread the number of members i do use to see in these push-ups thread was diminish day by day due to they were not founding these push-ups thread so interesting to them and i want to believe that the members that is still consistent with their daily routine was the actual members doing the exact push-ups exercise daily and i want to use these opportunity appreciate every members that are still pushing consistently because it is that very easy for us to have made it these far. Hey, this water you are swimming looks very dirty and I don't think it will be good for your health. Perhaps, something dangerous can be in that water and can harm you. Why don't you look for a swimming pool that is clean and well treated instead of exposing yourself to some kind of sickness from this dirty water. Be very cautious of your health even if you find it fun and pleasure.
Pictures could be deceiving, and not giving us the right view. I think that's a clean river he's swimming in. It's just the texture or the colour of the soil underneath that makes the water appear to look dirty in the image. Moreover, you can see that the water doesn't look settled, that shows it's in current, and rivers with current are known to have one of the cleanest waters to swim in. I do prefer swimming in natural river to pool.

Exercise can be a very difficult task to keep up with oneself consistently. And mostly what usually lead to people giving up is when they decide to give excuses to skip a day or two and before they know it, it has gone from days to weeks. Coming back becomes even harder because when you remember the pains your muscles gonna give you since it has relaxed due to how long you have skipped from working out.

And hypothetically from what I think, aside from BTC price reaching 100k, what also led to some persons tired out and  quitted was that they didn't had a workouts partner which both could be encouraging each other either to take it on in the evening or morning as the case might be. But still, some would say that's not an excuse.
 

Part of the reason that I advocate doing pushups every day and not skipping days is because a certain level of increased soreness seems to come from larger periods of time between doing pushup sets... so yeah, guys are likely going to experience breaks in pushups differently depending on other things that they might be doing and/or maybe their age and/or health/fitness status.

Having an exercise partner could be helpful, yet we likely need to put the responsibility on ourselves in terms of our priorities, since it is likely difficult to find a partner who is likely to share in their assigning of priorities and/or even if we might pay a personal trainer, sometimes their priorities are going to sufficiently differ from our own in order to potentially cause tensions and/or conflicts.
Reasons of health, age and fitness can be accommodated but having to skip out of tiredness should be something people should intentionally fight themselves out with their pushups because exercise isn't just about body building but do also help in creating sharp mind and improving mental health.
