KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Ukraine is ready to sign an agreement that would give the U.S. access to its valuable rare minerals in the hopes of ensuring continued American support for Kyiv in its grinding war with Russia, senior Ukrainian officials said Wednesday.

Although the main part of the agreement had been settled, there were still hurdles to overcome, said a senior Ukrainian official who spoke on condition of anonymity because the official wasn't authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

For Ukraine, the agreement is seen as key to ensuring its access to future U.S. military aid.



This will put a hurt on China.

Trump could pull this off.

This is a good update. Could this affect the bitcoin market in a later day? If Ukraine finally falls to that bait and gets trapped under the US again, would he also key into the bitcoin project?? Many questions that borders on what the outcome of the contract could be. Whatever does not influence the crypto market bullish may not be much interesting to me.

Lets hope that everything goes as planned, at least Ukraine can enjoy relative peace once more and maybe, have time to think about digital economy and how it relates to bitcoin assets.

The summer has finally started fully that today i was not able to go outside because it rained from morning till noon, i was really cold that i put on pullover to prevent some of the cold.

Today to was the day i so cherish this push-ups thread very well because with the cold weather, i felt inside of immediately did my first set push-ups, that my body that was so cold within morning period and with the help of my daily push-ups i was not cold again nd i went to bath immediately.

Pushing on a Monday… I’ve gotten addicted to these protein bowls from Cafe Zupas. $20 out the door with tax and a tip (gotta tip for everything nowadays) and worth every penny. I have basically been living off of them for the last week and I don’t care if I never eat anything else again. Taco Tuesday tomorrow though.

Looks awesome, but 20$ is quite a bit! I am so glad I live in Japan. Sure the base salary is lower but the living expense for something like food is MUCH more reasonable. Something like this you posted I would get for a lunch set for around 1000-1400yen, which is between 6-9$ . Sure somewhere like Thailand is even more cheap but Japan has a very high living standard in comparison I would say. Also it's fairly easy to eat healthy here, with an ok price.

Anyway, keep up the great work!! I'm back at it again as well because in 2 months I have a big basketball tournament in here. Wanna be in the best shape possible for this one. Also, summer is coming. 

In defense of Cafe Zupas, these bowls are usually a lot cheaper. They are only supposed to have 4 items and 1 main protein and the brisket is the most expensive. I add bacon and 3 extras. If I axed the Brisket and 3 extras it would only be about $12.

I think the spiritual energy we get after the exercise

I really surprised that after all my exercises and i due stretch my legs after all exercises yet i experience muscle-knots just at  the end of my daily push-ups, it was very painful that was able to help myself hitting my legs with my hands.
 
I was very calm at a spot that i didn't move for sometimes till was relief from it, yet that will stop me from doing my push-ups daily and others relating exercises to improve my body system in a right now channel that i will always be fit and healthy.

Yeah it's hard an 85 mile trip to his house in a driving rain.

Sleep on the couch and an 85 mile trip home tonight.

For may and June we have 3 more trips to his house to do with a very likely 3 more with a heart doctor and a vein doctor and a blood doctor

He has the mild dementia.

He has low iron blood
He may have heart failure
He has varicose veins.

Plus my diabetes
My wife's  5 year old covid damage

Means doctors for us too.

At least I can still exercise pretty good and the diabetes is under control with a 6.0 a1c.

I think I will do 50 more steps and some more pushup as soon as I type this.

Sometimes I don't know how to go ahead with the daily push up after a very hectic day at work, seems like an alarm isn't going to be remaining us that this is the time to do the push up or exercises, ones you're tired it becomes a problem to even think of trying it.

I'm watching multiples for the bitcoin price and the push-up days I do.

I was amazed today that i saw a group of friends that have aged in one of the gymming center, the gymming center is be constructed in such way that different kinds of exercises due took place, so on the process of me going to the area were push-ups exercise can be done without any distraction and after i have finished my gymming.

I started with my daily push-ups with one hand on the floor and the hands attach to my body with for like 20 times, then i change to another styles  which i was able to archive in 6*20 in total.
 
So as i was about to go home those group friends started telling me stories about when they were like, that push-ups exercise has really helped them and that their coming together in gymming center didn't start today, one of them start saying that push-ups exercise will surely help me in life if I'm constant with my push-ups exercise and attached to other exercises.

They said even if  i grow old i will still remain strong and fit at all times and i was really pleased with such advice coming from an elderly men and i thank them so much for giving me an motivation words that i can't never forget in hurry.
