Swimming😳? Hmm, that's another good addition to this very challenge, haven't done that for a long time, just wish I could add that to my daily exercise. I think I'll stick to the push up jogging and the other ones I normally do. Double JG it seems you'd become the next Aquaman of this Forum in the next couple of days or maybe before Bitcoin price hit a new ATH. Most likely I was merely mentioning swimming as a physical activity that I had been doing recently, but it is not really part of my regular routine, even though it has been something that I have been doing in the past couple of months.. .. but only sporadically, perhaps a couple times a week. I think is cool in making swimming part of your daily activities at least include it to be among your exercises, even if is 2 times or ones a week. After getting the muscles together with the push up and all that, you can use the swimming to flex the muscle a bit, that alone can prevent muscle pull. Maybe you can be switching it, like some days you go for swimming and the other you go for the regular push up, like mixing it. Swimming is good activities that make your body healthy because you moves all of your body parts. But unfortunately, if I am swimming, I am afraid that I just let myself drag to the deepest in the pool hahahah. But I cannot use swimming as my daily activities because the fee to go to that place is not cheap. Perhaps, I will jogging or will do walk around my house for some minutes. That is enough for making me sweat and feels better to do my daily activities. Besides that, I don't need to pay any fees because that is just a walk around my house. I can't make it part of my daily exercise, because I will never enjoy it the way I enjoy the push up, walking, jogging and the other ones. Every exercise has a role it plays in our body system and most of the exercises has a very peculiar importance which almost only such exercise can give such physical and mental health/feelings to the person participating in it. Engaging in only pushups daily is good but may not be the best. Push-up focuses more on the upper body region with less effects on the lower body. Engaging in exercises like the Squatting exercise which tends to focus more on the lower body can help give you a more balanced feelings and appearance. These two exercises now are not very prominient when it comes to Elevating heart rate which is only best supplied by cardiovascular exercises like swimming, running, walking, and cycling. Discussing about the benefits of these exercises won't be too odd to encourage a more healthy lifestyle. Push-up is an endurance exercise and tends to focus the mind on a set task; As in this thread. On the subject of pools, I got my main filter all cleaned out (full disassembly to get ready for summer) and brushed the pool today. The solar heater has it at a nice 84 degrees (nice when it’s 100+ outside) and it’s all ready to go. While swimming is no doubt good exercise, I find that it’s also a great place to do some thinking. I’m old, but I can be found quite often treading water and thinking for long periods of time.

I have the experience of after a hectic work or work-out i went to river and i jumped into the river, i found that the river water was very cold that i stayed inside water and i regained the energy lost and not only gaining the energy lost but i also straight my muscles with it, so what I'm trying to say if JayJuanGee just decided to share his experiences about on how he go about archiveing swimming in a pool that doesn't mean that he didn't do his daily push-ups, he was only trying to make his post look a little beat different from others. I just mentioned swimming because it was an activity that I was doing (somewhat sporadically), and I just mentioned some challenges that I have had with swimming, even though surely I don't consider swimming to be much of a resistance training kind of an activity, even though as Phil mentioned, there can be ways that any of us might use water for resistance training. Swimming also is not very practical for those who might not have very easy access to either a swimming pool or other kinds of water that might help to make swimming feasible for them.

I did a diabetes cheat today I had an icecream cone. I would like to knock off my 50 for the 20th after midnight.

I'm not little beat strong since today, yet manager to do my daily push-ups it was not really that easy being able to archive my daily routine, immediately i finish my push-ups i took bath and there was allot of different when i wake up from bed and when i finished my daily routine. i will keep pushing even as Bitcoin is over $100k.

I agreed to what you just impacted to him because I'm the best example of myself when it comes to push-ups, i never liked doing push-ups for a beat ever when sometimes my friends do competition among themselves base on who can do push-ups pass each others, i never give them a chance or talk of being there with them. But i took interest from the day one i joined this push-ups thread ordue it is not that very easy on me as a beginner but at first i was able to do three sets in 10 which i arrived at 30 push-ups total, so what I'm trying to say once you have made up your mind that to you will do 10 today, that is should be a good start because as days passes by you being increasing your number push-ups gradually, i will advise you not to have mindset of a laziness in you, why not just it try and see yourself making push-ups daily routine. I had taken a break from training since the weather got warmer but I started again with a new training layout. Calisthenics 4 days a week, boxing 2 days and push-ups in these only one day off. Today I did cardio and heavy bag training and definitely included push-ups. It's almost day 100.
