I didn’t give my report for yesterday because I was very busy and couldn’t make out enough time to do so but I think I will have to submit for yesterday and as well for today.

Don’t know if this is accepted, but I thinking of splitting my push-ups in a day and having to do them in batches for a day and see if I can achieve 100 push-ups a day and I’m thinking of doing this without having to stress the muscles so much and I think from today, I will be doing 10 pushups in each rounds of my daily pushups and hoping to get 10 rounds of 10 push-ups in a day, making it a 100 push-up in a day.

Something is wrong with your report

Maybe even your previous results in the table is wrong.. since your table results show that you had 75 pushups in 2 days.. and if you are saying that now you are doing around 100 pushups per day.. your report should show your total number of days doing pushups.. which would be either 3 or 4  and then it should show your total number of pushup which maybe is 285 or maybe it could be some other number that you need to add up and put into a proper report if you want your correct totals to be in the table.. Maybe look at the OP if you cannot figure out how to write a proper report.. or look at how other members are writing their reports.

I didn't think it would be possible for me to do 100 push ups a day. But I succeeded, now I can do more than 100 push ups a day. Now my new goal is to do 200 push ups a day. I don't know if it will be possible for me to do 200 push ups a day. I will do 140 push ups a day this week and try to do 150 push ups a day next week, I will try to increase slowly.

I have done 250 push ups in the last two days. I did 120 push ups on May 4 and 130 on May 5.

It is good to see that you are improving your push-up since you started this push-up challenge. You can do 200 push-ups just the way you did 100 push-ups a day, don't be in a hurry to achieve 200 push-ups quickly, just maintain 130 push-ups for two weeks so that you can build up the strength that will assist you in doing 200 push-ups when you are ready to it.
Yes that is correct, the best is to participate in stages I started not quite long with fifty push daily but the momentum I have gather now I think I can climb to 75-80 without stress, I assure my self to run hundred before next week if the strength I am seeing keep increasing. The push up make me understand that starting small is not a bad one in anything one engages on because the starting point can give edge to increase you in any time if consistency is applied.

@Jerrycrypto2024 - If you want your name and results added in the pushup table, you need to provide a properly formatted pushup report in order that Dirty Keyboard's script will be able to pick it up (and include that information into the pushup table).

So many people here have not been consistent in doing push-ups before, but this challenge has allowed us to be serious with our push-ups, and we have also seen the benefit of it in our bodies. I believe if you are serious about this push-up challenge, even if you do 30 push-ups a day, it will be helpful to you, and you will be happy to do it every day.

I'm so happy going into this challenge, I went to the hospital today for some check up and the doctor told me I'm so fit and I told him I do 100 push ups everyday and he said I should keep it up and he also advised me to eat proteinous food.

When I joined this Bitcointalk forum in 2021 I never believed I could be this healthy through this forum, health benefit through this forum never crossed my mind, but now I have used this forum to achieve a healthy life.

I will love to appreciate dirtykeyboard, OgNasty and JayJuanGee for there intelligent contribution to this challenge and also for everyone in this challenge, I believe we will achieve all our goals.

I have noted your point and I have done justice to it.

I never regretted been part of this push-up challenge my wife has already testify that this push-up am always doing has really helped me a lot that even the way I tumble her on bed is unusual, and I told her is power, stamina, and energy I have gotten through my push-up exercise.
I was able to hit a total of 305 push-up in last 3 days.

You should take it easy with your wife before you shift her womb. I know you are full with stamina end the energy is high now. Just make sure you don't hit your wife the way you are to hit a pros. Don't take the way the energy is full at the moment and cause havoc.

Got another set of 55 push-ups in today and then finished with 45 more. This one went much smoother but I’m definitely pushing the limits of what I can do. I believe this is the first time I’ve done 100 push-ups in 2 sets. I’ve also noticed that I’ve stopped losing weight and have been adding it as a result of this challenge. In spite of looking thinner, I’m about 7 pounds heavier now then when I started.

You sound funny, honestly my wife is not complaining she is the one enjoying it hitting them hard is one thing that makes most marriages to last without divorce, because the inability to satisfied your wife most time always leads to broken marriages.

You’re performing your duty as a responsible husband with fulll body energy, I can’t say cause am yet to get married but I love how this challenge is helping everyone and also like your case enabling a satisfied and happy marriage life, yh majority of broken homes is caused because of lack of satisfaction from partners.

I am not sure if your report is valid enough to be picked up by the script, since you have a space between your total number of days and your total number of pushups.  Better if you take out the space.

Just for my start as woman for this week only, but now my momentum had increase by next week will range from 70-80 till I stabilize to hundred per day.

In putting the names and pushup information in the table for each member, DirtyKeyboard uses a script so he does not have to figure out every member's latest report, so each member's report has to be in the proper format for the script to be able to recognize it and read  report.  Yours is surely not even close to being in a proper format.  You can either copy the way other members are doing it (which now almost all members are making their reports properly), or look at the OP for instructions.. which is the first post in the thread.

Since you are a woman, I suggest you stick with the 50 push-ups a day so that you will not have a big upper part that will make it hard for you to get into a relationship, because not all men like their women to get a big upper part like men.

I found this part funny, which really in regards to pushups, Jerrycrypto2024 can do whatever she wants, and maybe she wants to beat up some guys or scare them away with her upcoming upper body prowess. hahahahaha

In my own dating history, I have found that mostly I would not want to get into a relationship with a woman if I think that she might kick my ass or at least if she might be too much of a physical challenge if push comes to shove (especially when women are sometimes throwing their temper tantrums the guy likely would prefer to be able to keep them from over powering him during those occasions, if those kinds of occasions were to happen.. which I am not even saying such a thing is a certainty.. because there could actually be some (or maybe one) women who don't have temper tantrums).. but surely if you get to know someone then you can figure out their personality too, and since relationships should have a certain element of trust, neither side should have to worry about the other side physically overpowering them, even though in an overwhelming number of cases guys are going to have more physical strength than woman, absent the existence of some special circumstances.

I have improved quite a bit in the last few days, where it was difficult for me to do 100 push ups a day I have been able to do 150 push ups a day. I have not been able to submit the push up record for the last 3 days. I did 130 push ups on May 6th, 140 push ups on May 7th and 150 push ups on May 8th. I did a total of 420 push ups in 3 days. Hope to complete my new challenge in few days. I have completed a total of 3000 push ups.

Your entitled to your opinion or desire but I am very cool person,what your details is not even my objective this is really helping my physical fitness mist person who is not following up will not knowing thought is is just ordinary but when started being consistent I realized that is beyond deceiving people in given report without participating, though is stressful for a start but regular participating make it more easy my body that is always heavy be come lite in weight.

I have decided to maximize the benefits of this pushups challenge, yeah am now into another phase of it just for me to achieve a better result for myself, as a result of being consistent I have been able to be achieving 100 pushups in the each sessions of both in the morning and evening, that is to say for the past two days I have been hitting up to 200 pushups a day without much struggling,100 pushups in each sessions of four sets in each sessions, yeah the feeling is different and really boosting up the muscles. Words alone can not qualify my happiness for being part of this pushups challenge my chest and my arms are now significant enough to be noticeable not be me alone but those around me too has also comment about it and I laughed  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes when some people were busy asking me what have I been eating, am glad that i joined ,  for those faking it that is there own  business, below is my newest report.

Got another set of 55 push-ups in today and then finished with 45 more. This one went much smoother but I’m definitely pushing the limits of what I can do. I believe this is the first time I’ve done 100 push-ups in 2 sets. I’ve also noticed that I’ve stopped losing weight and have been adding it as a result of this challenge. In spite of looking thinner, I’m about 7 pounds heavier now then when I started.

I'm not surprised that you did another 55 push-ups in a set. Since you have already achieved 55 push-ups in a set, it will be hard for you to do push-up that will be below 30 push-ups in a set because you will not feel any pain in your body. As long as you are active in this push-up challenge, you will keep improving in your push-ups because now your push-ups in a set will be between 40 and 50 push-ups. You will soon beat your new record of 55 push-ups in a set by another higher number than 55.

How i do my push up? As if laying facing down on a plane floor/surface, having your toes pinned on the floor and your palms kissing the floor then the start off, letting your elbows do the carrying of your body down and up as if laying down and trying to get up, repeating the process. On completing a move down up you count 1 and so on to heaven knows how many times you can do that carrying to count first round. Trying out again to see how many rounds and total number of down up movements you can accomplish.... That how I do my push up
