I’ve started doing more than 100 pretty much everyday now just because I’m squeezing a few extra in here or there. For the sake of keeping my part of this simple I’m sticking with reporting 100 a day. I still havent gone beyond 55 in a set and now I see I’m even further away from reaching Bitcoin’s price in a set. I might need to start elevating my legs when I do my push-ups.

So how about, if one has less than 10 pushups per day and no reports for more than 10 days, they are out, but we keep their Team Pushups in the total (if that isn't too difficult).

Personally, I believe that it is fair to exclude pushers whose reported pushups do not  calculate to an average of at least 10 pushups per day.

Actually not that some are not participating some persons interest begin to drop as dirty keyboard could not capture there details of report unlike me though I don't loss interest but still push up but don't do daily report I tried to see how I will follow existing format in my daily report twice I tried dirty keyboard said the format is not correct I need pulse in the report as, because of this experience me too believe others may face similar challenge who are doing the push up but don't report, there is one benefit I have seen in the pushups challenge which is more important to me personally before the report is the health benefits which I can't ceased to participate or deceive audience I don't even need supervisor to continue on this practice.

But for real DailyScript, your reports are too messed up to be reliable.  Day 3 and day 22, stated as day 89, reports shown.

Yeah i found out that i had placed my reports wronging. When i was looking at the table it was a bit confusing. It is good you noticed as well. By tomorrow i will include my reports and correct the days i misarrange my reports then send it here so you can try correcting it on the table. Hope that is quite okay and you will be able to make the changes?

That is not an excuse for people to lose interest. If we cant maintain consistency in this challenge then how are we going to maintain consistency in our investment. Just a quick suggestion for everyone, what if we take record individual in our sperate google spreadsheet then by the end of the week we can drop our report for throughout the week so that Dirtykeybaord can pick a day at the end of the week to arrange the table. This will save him some stress and make it easy for everyone of us.

I get sad when I post the table and I'm the only one who reported.  I'm running a daily script, Dailyscript, that collects the properly formatted reports from entities like you, Dailyscript, and you too Uhwuchukwu53.  Smiley

Nice.  You've got the momentum now.  You could also try some mini sandbags to hang around your neck for some weighted pushups.  Here is a good article https://www.masterclass.com/articles/weighted-push-ups-guide  One good point I saw is that a weighted pushup is better than benchpressing because you don't need a spotter and the bar will never be on your neck if you exhaust doing weighted pushups.  I guess you just gotta build up your wrists as well, but that must be true of benchpressing also.  Lately I've been saying to myself a lot, "was that 80 or 100?  Screw it, I'll be safe and do 20 more."  I must have at least 500 more.  At this point it's easier to do at least 100 pushups than to count exactly 100 pushups.   Cheesy  *blessed*  I just can't get 100 down to just 3 sets.

Averaging less than 10 pushups per day, you are OUT OF HERE.... That is my preference, and of course, it is not like I am in charge of anything.. just stating my preference and just stating what I believe to be a fair cut-off.

Yet, I am not too excited about any new requirement that pushup reports have to be ongoing in order to be required.  In other words, I see no problem with a person ONLY reporting once or twice and then no longer reporting.. both including their name in the table and also including their results in the total.  It seems more problematic if you have some hidden substantive numbers that are adding to the report, but the data is not in the table so that someone might be able to manually calculate and check from the table if the totals add up.

You do what you like.

Every member in the table had either submitted a proper report or another member submitted it for them.  It does not seem to difficult.  All you need to do is to put in your particulars.  The number of days doing pushups and the total number of pushups.. Those are the two main substantive numbers that go into your report.. and yeah sure, the other parts are important too, but does not seem too difficult to figure it out, and if you cannot do it, then I suppose Darwin's survival of the fittest applies in terms of which forum members end up having their user names included in the table.

That is true.   I could barely do five pushups a day when I started (with one strong arm) and now I do 25.  My goal is to hit 100 pushups a day before bitcoin hits 100K or 10K.
Let me guess  the two joint regions of your humerus  aches alot....
Yes! starting  brings about  pain and similarly, the process of building muscles at this same rigions will bring about pain too..
The more muscles formed the lesser the fat and pain besides for muscles to be formed there must be a burn of fat too .
Also for more muscles more strong and rigid exercises must be done and pushups is actually a great example all we need to do is increase our number of pushups  anytime we feel like increasing muscles mostly chest,arm and partly legs.
100 pushups on a stretch is greatly possible with determinations Smiley

Are we already heading to hit the 100k price value or we should expect another huge correction, this could be that one big step towards achieving our all time high. I don't know if just me but seeing a price growth as good as this stipulates me into putting more figures into my push ups, probably by my next report we get to see a much bigger difference than the usual.

With self determination I don't think there would be anything impossible to achieve.
Looking at your report there is a little error in it you will do well to edit it so it won't affect your push-up activity when DirtyKeyboard will finally update the table your date in your report is suppose to be 2024-05-21 since we are in the 5th month of the year and not 4th month with your date going backward mean while today is 21st and not 2024-04-15. We are imperfect human, making mistakes is always inevitable in our life's for we can never learn if there is not mistake.

Hello family! I have been sick for a while now, which is why I was not fully active in the forum, but I am happy I am getting stronger; I can now hold my phone and play with my keyboard. I can see a lot of developments have happened since I was not fully active; I will take my time to go through them. Hopefully, I will resume my push-up on Wednesday. It is good to be back in here.

You are right mate, outside push-up exercise I have also been involved with some of this aerobics exercises such as lunges exercises which has helped to strengthen my lower muscles and also squats exercises and running too.
There is really a great health benefits doing exercises.

Normally is very necessary for us to Engaged our selves in some many exercises because is really good for our health, just like me after doing a set of push ups exercise in the morning then I normally do my second set around 4:30pm before going to the field to play football because already before I join this challenge I love playing football and in my team one thing I really like about my coach is before will start playing football every evening will normally do push ups exercise.

Lung exercises are very important to increase the number of sets and number of pushups. I started with very low numbers in the beginning and gradually increased the pushup and in this case the lunges exercises helped me a lot. I started lunges exercises on the advice of @JayJuanGee sir. This even applies to running or other exercises.
The way the price of BTC is moving forward aggressively at the moment I think it is important to continue to increase the number of pushups as it may not take long for the price to hit $100k. May hit within this year.

Obviously exercise can go beyond push-ups, but I feel if you're only going to do one exercise, push-ups is a great choice.  Everyone should also be doing things like walking as well.  Personally, I ride my bike daily, along with other weights, stairs and swimming (I love summertime), but I think a commitment to doing 100 push-ups a day should be first and foremost in people's minds.  Especially people over 40, as you do not want to let your muscles disappear on you in old age.  You have to fight to keep your strength, and if you don't start it at 40, it's going to get harder and harder by the day.
