Man, this is some crazy stats for all of you. I'm not really physically into this but want to stay healthy so I might just take your dedication folks as motivation.

I'm with you while waiting for the $100k for Bitcoin. This is going to be a great day for all of you and you'd be fit by the time when Bitcoin reaches $100k.

Thank you for your kind words. It is not easy to achieve such a milestone, but our dedication and consistency were some of the things that made us achieve all those crazy numbers of push-ups. We are already fit because when I joined this push-up challenge, I couldn't do 40 push-ups in a set, but now I can do it easily without struggling. I would rather accumulate some stash than buy a pizza the day bitcoin reaches $100k.

I was so stressed this morning when I woke up but with this challenge, going 50 push up at a stretch rejuvenated my strength, this is to show that this exercise is so good for our body  both physical and mentally, it eases stress, stretches the body tendons, tissues and ligaments even our bodies  system is flushed of internal toxic substance. I am using this medium to appreciate a thread like this which is not only sustained or restricted to pushing up bitcoin but also have contributed immersely to our well being, growth and development.
Some individuals might  oppose but the truth remains the truth, even if the world is falling down..

Doing this for 18th times.
Like when I started the challenge, I thought that I was going to keep up consistently, only to learn that deliberately skipping at times to relieve stress is reasonable and the issues of life also affects doing pushup (in my case).
However, the vitality is worth it...
Keeping healthy as BTC keeps going higher.
Keep the fire burning.

Ya exercise is very essential and important to all human, exercise has help many keep the body system fit and healthy. Exercise helps to prevent hypertension, it boosts the body energy if you are the type that always feel tired all the time exercise can help to boost your energy and you will not feel getting tired again as usual, exercise also improve bone health, and one important part of it is that exercise helps to increase life expectancy so doing exercises is a always a great win to those doing it consistently.

Dedication is actually a tool for success, there is a lesson life is showing me through this push up for been dedicated nothing seem to big if one is ready to do it , it may appear big from the beginning but good decision can make it reality. Just as many has already move to this great milestone I know despite starting small may get to that height a good congratulations to those who has move that far.

Nobody had an easy ride when we all started this push-up challenge, but the ideas and help we shared on this push-up thread motivated us to be consistent with this challenge. We are now gladiators; our bodies have endured pain, which allows us to do push-ups without struggling. I am not surprised that you are feeling this way because you are still in the early stages of push-up exercise, but if you are consistent and hardworking, you will be like us. If you feel like taking a break from this push-up challenge, do it. Resting your body enough will help build up your upper body and help you regain your strength. We are just doing this push-up for fun; there is no prize for the person who does the most push-ups in this challenge, so it is okay if you skip this push-up challenge to attend to your life issues.

Oyes truth remains truth e.g "health is wealth". The vitality of keeping the body fit has alot of merits.

@ Boron19, u didn't drop ur report, as well not enlisted  in pushup stat.

Maybe, if u don't know how, here's is the format

Much better if you search for tutorial on youtube since there's a lot of tips you can find regarding on the tutorial on how you can execute well your push up routines.

2. Will I lose weight if I follow the hundred pushups plan?

Depends. You also need to have good diet plan and do other losing wait programs so your target will happen.

3. Should my chest touch the floor on the down phase of the pushup?

No. But if you are a beginner its tolerable.

4. Can I pause between pushups if I feel tired?

Yes. resting is a must you need to give time to relax your muscles.

5. What is the correct method for breathing during pushups?

Basic inhale and exhale but to get more proper tips. Again much better go to youtube and for sure you can see a helpful tips there.

6. Which is Better – Slow or Fast Pushups?

Depends on your capability but much better normal thing.

7. How Effective Are Pushups?

Its effective method to build up your upper body strength.

I think to get proper knowledge on how to position your hands arms and shoulders you can watch some push-up exercise on YouTube to get knowledge of what you are asking for.

For sure will definitely loss some weight if you are consistent with your push-up exercise.

3. Should my chest touch the floor on the down phase of the pushup?
No your chest shouldn't touch the floor but you can go a little bit lower to the ground when doing your push-up exercise.

4. Can I pause between pushups if I feel tired?
Yes can can pause when you feel like you are getting tired when doing your push-up even me at time I do suspend my self when I get tired instead of stopping then continue again after some seconds rest.

5. What is the correct method for breathing during pushups?
I don't think there is any method for breathing but you will always breath fast at some point when doing push-up expecially at your ending point due to some strength has been exhausted.

6. Which is Better – Slow or Fast Pushups?
Both but it all depends on the one you can be able to do that your body can carry you can choose the one you feel that will be ok for you but as a newbie in this game you should go it slowly at some point when you might have gathered enough strength you can choose to be going it fast too.

7. How Effective Are Pushups?
Push-up helps to build your upper body strength your chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Consistency is the key to a steady push-up growth and in other words, a total all round bodybuilding.
I started this challenge with 10 push-ups which I found very difficult at first, but after some time it began feeling less to me. So I decided to increase to 15 which wasn’t easy but I persevered and later increased to 20.

Yesterday I decided to try out 30 straight push-ups and I maintained it today although I wouldn’t start counting it as my regular routine yet cause I’m still getting used to it and it feels really hard for now so I’m going to take it slow and watch how my body adjusts.

However, today after the 3rd set I started to feel some pain on a particular region where I've experienced an injury before , 6 years back I had an injury on my radius-ulna (complete fracture) both bones broken into two  Tongue, it really suck had a POP  for 7months(yeah never gonna forget that Smiley) thought i would never be able to code again Grin. Although, it has been almost  3 years I felt such pain but it normally used to be at this time range for the year.
Doing pretty well in my Pushups having a lot stashed up on my chest and arm.... wish I could convert that to BTC too Cheesy

I commend your efforts op you’re an inspiration to all of us here despite the pains you feel constraining and limiting your efforts, you still wake up every beautiful morning with the hunger and enthusiasm to keep going thanks for sharing your pains with us, I hope by some miracle the pains go away and let you go about your business pain free.

It’s a beautiful day to hit the deck and gets some work done, I just did and I feel incredible as always I hope we all are healthy enough to hit the deck and ride together on the wave of our push-up challenge.

You are welcome back to this great thread hope you are getting better now regarding your health issue.
This thread is still active and lively for exercise is one thing we can't stop doing in a hurry due to the health benefits attached to it.
Looking at the push-up table you will notice that the numbers of pushers participating in this push-up challenge has increased that's to show that there is great progress and benefits in what we are doing here.

Your earlier pushup report had an extra space between "100k," and "promise444c5;" therefore, the script of DirtyKeyboard was not able to pick up the substantive information contained in that earlier pushup report and add it to the pushups' table.  On the other hand, the format of your pushup report from today looks correct.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Speaking of the table, anyone have any new column ideas?  I'm looking to shake things up just a bit.

I'm also having difficulties trying to figure out what the column would look like but i couldn't find a perfect one but I will try with the following if you might find one interesting.
Code:
S/N | Username (Alphabetical order) | Daily Push ups | Days in | Expected target | Latest Report | PU/day | Total Push ups | percentage % of total | Days till next digit | 

Or you can also maintain the old columns but add the following, S/N, Usernames Alphabetically, While you maintain the rest you can put the total push ups to the of the columns while "daily" push ups be in place of total pushups.

For the names that might start with numbers you can put them either in the beginning of at the end of alphabetical orders.
Nice.  Thanks.  S/N.  Is that a Serial Number?  Or is that Starts with Number S/N?  What do you mean by Expected target?  I'm working on the Latest Report column, but still fiddling around.

I had to do other exercises on Friday morning  that does not require the use of my hand so as to ease the pain although I barely felt it... but I dis 20ps in the evening.
This morning , I did 85 pushups in two sets(40,45)

Note: noticed my last reported was not merged to my existing report in the table @DirtyKeyboard you might want to review that

Your earlier pushup report had an extra space between "100k," and "promise444c5;" therefore, the script of DirtyKeyboard was not able to pick up the substantive information contained in that pushup report and add it to the pushups' table.
Barely noticed that... thanks, sure to take note of that so as to avoid any mistakes again  Smiley

@promise444c5 I really like what you did because it is always good for us to take corrections when we are not doing the right thing because we are all human and we are not always perfect on everything we are doing, however I think the best thing for us is to always feel happy when we are being corrected by our fellow members because although most us here normally feel bad when they are being corrected that is very bad, we are meant to be happy when we are being corrected because doing that will really help us to understand something very fast.

So it's early days.

Just to explain, three days have been "practice days - I haven't done a push up for more than a decade (at least!). I've done a few more than just ten, but I'm ready to have my pushups counted.

My pushups are still rusty with a lift shoulders off the ground then lift. Hopefully, very soon I'll get the knees off the ground too.

Feedback is appreciated.
