The more I rest, the more I'd get lazy so what I do is take at most two days of, then get back because even when I try to convince myself that my body needs it, I sometimes take more than is necessary and that's when I know that laziness and procrastination held a closed door meeting on my behalf  . Today's weather is just the right type of sunny for a morning walk, so I did some after I had done a 100 pushups, (Trying to not overwork myself) and got in some squats too. I believe the mindset is the solution to stop us from being lazy, is good to take a break at the same time is not good to take a break that much if not it will become a part of you and before you know it you'll be taking more time out than engaging in your work out routine. I used to do push up competitions with my friends. Then I got busy with my work and didn't do push ups for a long time. I got inspired again by seeing everyone's push up numbers in this thread. Although I can't go to the gym, I did 100 push ups in 5 sets at home before posting this message.

Here's my report: 100k, Majestic-milf,37,3770,2025-12-08This push-ups is not what you should be lazy about, unless you are not physically feet or you are in a tight schedule that you don't have the chance to do daily push-ups exercise than being lazy unnecessarily to what will benefit you and help Bitcoin price to be adding in value to stay above $100k before the year could runs out, and i know that we can be hundred percent when it comes to Bitcoin price prediction but at least in the recent time many was able to predict closely of what Bitcoin should be at moment, so the fluctuation of Bitcoin should not be what will distract you from buying now because there are every tendance that Bitcoin price might stay $100k before the end of the year. Surely, the more you stay out, the note laziness creeps in. The more you say let me rest avday or two, the more slowly you creep out and gradually to the bench. That's why it's advisable that instead of taking a total off for few days, you can just reduce your number of push ups and/or sets, and then be able to go small, at least just to keep up rather than staying away completely. You can possibly just do 30, 49, 60 or 80 against your usual 150, 180 or 200. So, you still get to stay actiyevwb though you are not at usual best, it is better small than never. 80 push ups added. 100k, NewRevelation,40,2600,2025-12-08

I skipped my workout today, doing push-ups and core only. I want to get a good workout in tomorrow, it's been three days. I'll be doing a pretty intense workout tomorrow, so I'm hungry, and I'm also a bit physically rested. I did 100 push-ups today and I'm adding them to my report. I wish everyone a good week.

There's the saying that doing things in excess is not good. There has to be some sort of balance and it can get tricky if we don't know how to go about it because you can overdo either the workout or the resting but at the end of the day, the most important thing is to be consistent. True, it's very important to keep fit and maintain what I've started if I want to gain confidence in my body.

100k,Tonimez,358,45860,2025-12-09I skipped my workout today, doing push-ups and core only. I want to get a good workout in tomorrow, it's been three days. I'll be doing a pretty intense workout tomorrow, so I'm hungry, and I'm also a bit physically rested. I did 100 push-ups today and I'm adding them to my report. I wish everyone a good week.

Planning oneself based on your body system is very important and it helps to avoid total breakdown of a person. It is important to get rest when you feel too much fatigue or feel that your muscles cannot carry you. But I prefer reducing my number of pushups sets or the number of pushups per set when I feel I need rest to avoid getting too relaxed and falling to the bench. There's the saying that doing things in excess is not good. There has to be some sort of balance and it can get tricky if we don't know how to go about it because you can overdo either the workout or the resting but at the end of the day, the most important thing is to be consistent. True, it's very important to keep fit and maintain what I've started if I want to gain confidence in my body.
Doing anything in excess will only make a person not to do it any longer or get broken beyond his wish. Also for a person to keep fit, it comes with various struggles with laziness. One day you want to quit and another moment you don't also want to loose your fitness. This is why it's very important to be very intentional and being fit just like bitcoin buying and HODLing is an intentional act.

I believe the mindset is the solution to stop us from being lazy, is good to take a break at the same time is not good to take a break that much if not it will become a part of you and before you know it you'll be taking more time out than engaging in your work out routine. This push-ups is not what you should be lazy about, unless you are not physically feet or you are in a tight schedule that you don't have the chance to do daily push-ups exercise than being lazy unnecessarily to what will benefit you and help Bitcoin price to be adding in value to stay above $100k before the year could runs out, and i know that we can be hundred percent when it comes to Bitcoin price prediction but at least in the recent time many was able to predict closely of what Bitcoin should be at moment, so the fluctuation of Bitcoin should not be what will distract you from buying now because there are every tendance that Bitcoin price might stay $100k before the end of the year.

Great to hear it. I wouldn't be keeping this going without you guys, so it goes both ways. I think I've decided that not including the days I don't do push-ups makes my stats incorrect as far as push-ups per day. I did an intense workout today, just as I planned and desired. I did 5x4 pull-ups with a 10kg plate, followed by pike push-ups, rope climbing, and simple exercises for front levers and planks. At the beginning of the workout, I had 100 push-ups. Lately, I've had a lot of tension in my triceps and lats, even rest doesn't help. I need to do more stretching for these areas.
