I had a little injury but that won't stop me. 50 reps, 4 sets because why not? You don't have to do push-ups the same way all the time, you may shock the muscles once in a while.
Injuries that have to do with the muscle or joints should be taken seriously if not it becomes something that may keep you out from continuing doing what you love so is best to nurse the affected area before attempting to go for another round of exercises unless the injury is not that serious. 100k,Sexylizzy2813,270,68040,2026-02-18

Before starting this challenge, I assumed I’d make incremental progress that would turn into easy push-ups by the end. But my progress wasn’t linear. While some things improved quickly, I was surprised how long it took to really rebuild my strength. Here, my most noticeable benefits from doing daily push-ups. Day 10, congratulations to me it's days of active posting, and for that I did 50 pushups in the morning 2 sets of 25, then when I was free in the afternoon I did another and this evening I topped it up with another 50, all are in 2 sets, so in total I did 150 pushups and I plan to hold on to 150 pushups for each day till the week runs out, a line just came 😀 the week runs out while I burn out Well it's yet another week to be productive, y'all wish me luck on tomorrow's presentation.

I have tried my hardest to keep up with the goals of this thread, but I've got to tell you, it's just impossible. I can't keep doing this, I'm getting sick from it.
Smiles, you have to take it easy on yourself, yea. Of course, it's not a group challenge or a competition so to say, it's a personal challenge, yea, for your health, fitness and optimism about Bitcoin in the future. So, if you can't keep up or continue, it's alright, yea. I believe there are other light sports you could enjoy doing daily or so apart from push ups. So take a chill and be fine bro. The main goal of getting fit and staying healthy, that's it. So if you are grabbing that doing something else, it's not a big deal. It wasn't a serious injury that affected my ability, so I kept training. If it were something serious, I'd take a break anyway. Today I kept going with 200 push-ups in 5 sets, 40 reps. Bitcoin looks like it's settled down, it's been almost 2 weeks now. It's moving in a narrow range with very low volume. Sometimes, we can be limited from making our reports immediately, but sincerely, that's not a problem at all. You can actually keep them recorded somewhere, and when you are permitted or have the chance, you can drop the records, ensuring that you follow the report format and it will be picked by Dirtykeyboard's machine and recorded on the table. Day 11, today I did more of leg workouts because in all we should achieve balance, so I did 50 squats, some mountain climbs, also did plank for 1min 30sec, twice then i completed today's workout with 50 pushups, and for those who wishes to know how my presentation went, it was alright, although i did present anything 😀

I have tried my hardest to keep up with the goals of this thread, but I've got to tell you, it's just impossible. I can't keep doing this, I'm getting sick from it.  Age is not just a number as many people popularly believe. Sometimes age affect everything we do and especially this Pushups exercise because the older you get the harder it becomes to carry your weight too, joint pains and all manner of sickness. As a person age, you gradually start reducing your number of pushups daily and later graduate to skipping days. It goes on and on until you are no longer able to keep up with it. I'm sorry that you feel sick from the exercise maybe you have to quit a full body pushups and sometimes go for a knee pushups even though it's not daily but once in a while. This will help your aging self and burn fats too and help you sweat once in a while. I added 100 pushups daily for 3 days. 100k,Tonimez,418,52722,2026-02-19

I'm really lagging behind on this thread and it's quite annoying  . Managed to get in something today thanks to a somewhat lull in activities. Did my usual jumps, runs and skipped before doing 120 pushups. 100k, Majestic-milf,70,6780,2026-02-19

It's been almost two weeks i gave my push up report i haven't been much online or active in the forum but i have also be doing exercise and some numbers of push up but not much numbers i recorded 92 push up in the last days although i was not doing the push up everyday. My push up report.

Did my usual jumps, runs and skipped before doing 120 pushups. 100k, Majestic-milf,70,6780,2026-02-19See it as a way of taking a break and remember what they say "too much of everything is not good", maybe this will help you sit up and keep pushing hard and if you're taking a break it shouldn't be the way you did because the regret will definitely disturb you because you're not doing it right.... keep on trying.

Report for the week: For this week, I’m only having 3 days of pushups to report..
I added Sunday to the list this time around, but it’s only for last week after my long walk on Saturday. I added some new sets of exercise apart from pushups but my push up count dropped to 80Pus/day. Sunday & Monday => 160Pus @ 80/day Tuesday => break Wednesday => 80 Pus Today=> Entirely different exercise without Pushups
Total=> 240

My sleep schedule has been disrupted lately, and I'm staying up late some days, but I'm still forcing myself to do push-ups and workouts. Today was push-up day. I did diamond push-ups and push-ups. Then dips and bench press, followed by triceps, and the workout was over. I did a total of 120 push-ups, and I'm including it in my report.
