I used to play basketball regularly, but because of an injury I haven’t played for about 7 months. During that time I definitely got out of shape. Now I’ve mostly recovered from the injury, but there’s no way I can just jump back into basketball like this. This whole topic actually gave me some motivation though. I started working out at my company’s gym and today I did 100 push-ups. I feel amazing.
Feels really good to be back.

I like the fact that you didn't just let yourself wallow in self pity and drown in what ifs but rather decided to take action. Sorry about the injury though and I'm also glad you've recovered.This thread had helped many people who took it seriously, getting them back in shape and into a body they don't just wish for but also own. Asides from the obvious aim of keeping fit, the pushup thread is aimed at keeping track of Bitcoin price movement and the desire to see it move further up, preferably till we see another ATH. Jogging has been essential to my health and I keep on doing it because of how beneficial it is to my health,i did jogging continuously and after which I did my routine push up and I ended it on 151 push up , though many neglect the jogging exercises it help

As a person who has been an athlete and getting ready to get back to the pitch, I understand you wouldn't find it too difficult keeping up with the challenge daily. You mentioned your sports background, but were you doing push-ups regularly before? I also haven't played basketball in a long time. I used to play every day. Oh I miss those days. I can't tell if too much eating is bad because I feel some how about it like I have committed a crime I'm not aware of, after working out I do feel hungry and I go straight to it and is becoming a habit. Have talked about this before but I don't know if it feels right or is there something that need to be done?

Even walking up a slight incline would make my hip feel like it was being cut with a knife. With physical therapy and consistent training, I can say I’ve pretty much beaten it. Tracking the Bitcoin price here while also doing push-ups is gonna be fun. Thanks for the heads-up, by the way — I fixed it to a capital ‘A’.

I used to play basketball regularly, but because of an injury I haven’t played for about 7 months. During that time I definitely got out of shape. Now I’ve mostly recovered from the injury, but there’s no way I can just jump back into basketball like this. This whole topic actually gave me some motivation though. I started working out at my company’s gym and today I did 100 push-ups. I feel amazing.
Feels really good to be back. Welcome, it's nice to see new people here. My calls in the local board seem to be working a bit. Were you able to do 100 push-ups on the first day? You mentioned your sports background, but were you doing push-ups regularly before? I also haven't played basketball in a long time. I used to play every day. Oh I miss those days. On the days I go to the office, I hit the gym and focus on strengthening specific muscle groups. On the days I work from home, I train with my own bodyweight — and of course sit-ups and push-ups are part of that routine. So that’s why I was able to do the 100 push-ups.

I couldn't see it coming that i missed out some days without doing push-ups because of an emergency that took my whole time within the days that was absent, I'm glad to be here once again and also have being through with what have been eaten my time, as i finish reading through the push-ups report i noticed that i didn't missed much but a new member by the username Akkaali was humbley welcome to this push-ups thread by the elderly members that is like a father to so many in this push-ups that will always advise and put you in the right direction to follow in this push-ups so that you will not deviate from the right format.
It is again another stages of the Europe League and Conference League tournament which every lovers of football will be very busy in watching their favorite clubs and if your favorite club is not playing today i still believe you we still watch any of league matches, it is very important to add work out as your exercises because I'm talking out of experience and gym if possible and the one you should miss is your daily push-ups once you are chance to do your daily push-ups, i was able to archive my daily 210 push-ups in a sets for easy analysis.

I never thought of Bitcoin to be at $66k in 2026 and almost getting to $50k. I don't think by next month their would be a change. It could be that the price won't go up rather it will continue to move around $60k $75+k like when is this going to stop? Many have been encouraging others to buy now which I have no problem with, a good idea but what will be the best advise for those who are on the losing side?

No one thought of bitcoin to be at $66k in 2026, but we won't kill ourselves since bitcoin has been hovering around $60k+ this year. Instead of me to worry myself about the price of bitcoin and when it will get to $100k+ I rather use this opportunity to accumulate bitcoin at a discounted price because I don't know when the price of bitcoin will be this lower again. You are sounding like someone who is just getting to know about bitcoin, but I want to make it very clear to you that as far as you aren't a paper hand, you will never be on the losing side in bitcoin investment.

Terminators?! Lolz, that's just one way to put it. Just a bunch of guys and gals hoping to stay fit despite the challenges they may be feeling and not also letting those issues weigh them down. You're very welcome to this thread and taking up the challenge to push to fitness while stacking up some bitcoin. As a person who has been an athlete and getting ready to get back to the pitch, I understand you wouldn't find it too difficult keeping up with the challenge daily. Even walking up a slight incline would make my hip feel like it was being cut with a knife. With physical therapy and consistent training, I can say I’ve pretty much beaten it. Longtime pushups can actually get you looking like a Terminator haha. Over time I started getting too muscular and decided to moderate my appearance while I also try to remain fit. So I began to reduce my number of pushups and also stopped pushing to get beyond my other previous pushup numbers or sets too so I also began to substitute with Knee pushups in order to keep fit with less muscular body. I added 100 pushups in 5 sets of 20 pushups and then additional 8 pushups to round up my number of pushups. I'm very wick in health, I have been coughing seriously throughout night till now I couldn't sleep neither do anything to help my self, I have been on drugs taking cough syrup right now I can't continue my daily push up routine, because it will definitely affect my lungs seriously I wish to get better soon to join you guys.
