100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

Today I worked out my legs again. I like exercises like box jumps and jump squats, and I also did wall sits and squats, as well as Bulgarian slip squats. And I did some abdominal exercises.

I try to imagine what it feels like. A body hugging set of T-shirts, yeah, you can't go a kilometer without a compliment. An evidence of a work well done over a period of 760 days. Have you tried going on a sleeveless bodysuit?

After back-to-back leg days, resting would have been good, but I didn't. Today I added a push-up day after all, the pain is in my lower body, so I could work my upper body.
It was a dips-heavy workout, with bench press too. I did 100 push-ups and I'm adding it to my report. I also need to stretch my body a bit, especially my legs.

The day we stop doing all these exercises I wonder how our body would look like, talking about old age when it comes...sometimes I wish to always stay young but nature have to take place one way or there other. Don't get me wrong, getting old isn't that bad but the ability to do those things like push up and all that won't be there when we turn 80-85...we keep praying for good health and long life.

This morning my push ups was stopped by some pains i felt on my wrist,it made me slow down. I ended up doing 120 in 4 sets of 30.

Today I worked out my legs again. I like exercises like box jumps and jump squats, and I also did wall sits and squats, as well as Bulgarian slip squats. And I did some abdominal exercises.
I started with 100 push-ups and I'm including it in my report.

Wow! All these different workout at a go. That's a lot of self resilience and discipline you must have put in there in doing all that exercises. Thigh building exercises are said to be the hardest of exercises which some body builders avoids, and that's why you can see some body builders having a lion-loooking shape, broader up and slender legs down with no standing stamina since the upper body is bigger than the down.

I bought some new shirts that show off your physique and I was surprised to be getting complements. Almost like all this hard work ends in positive results.

That's the joy of workingout, when you have someone randomly complement and admire you for your physique, it improves the individual motivation level to keep working out consistently.

I can't take all the credit though.  The shirts obviously played a role.  Maybe this says more about the clothing I've worn in the past, but honestly, a good shirt is a good shirt.  Especially at these prices...  If anyone is in the market, a cheaper and better shirt would be hard to find.

What's the new thing that you want to try? If your clothes are getting torn or they aren't sizing you again, you shouldn't see this work out/exercise as what is causing so much damage to you because most people would kill to have the upper body you were able to build up. Just get yourself new clothes, and I don't forget to get the clothes that will be big on you so that if you develop more in the future the clothes will still be your size.
