100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

Still on my todays push up.i was able to do 120 in 4 set of 30 the reduction was due to some pains i experienced yesterday due to work related issues.

Once i Skip my daily routine in the morning i don't have the chance of doing pushups again during afternoon or evening within the week accept weekend that is resting day for me that i can do push-ups anytime, so i always find provide time for myself in the morning before going out for other things, push-ups is the best exercise that should not skip when one is about to do other exercises because push-ups exercise has several functions to work on your body, i noticed that the floor mates are reducing as the day goes down, i don't know if it is actually due to the serious fluctuation of Bitcoin in the market or those bench mates just decided to give up this push-up challenge, i might not know the reason but i want to encourage those on the floor mates should continue pushing and those on bench mates to gather the courage in the their push-ups and to see as Bitcoin will grow one to stay above $100k one faithful day.

120 days, 4 months. That's a lot of time I've spent in this routine. Of course, more days have passed since my first push-up. This is my routine for today.

Gave the push-ups a go today after seeing the recent price action. Bitcoin breaking $72k definitely provides some extra motivation to get these sets done. I’m starting with 50 today and planning to scale up to the full 100 by next week. My chest is already feeling the burn, but it's a good reminder of the grind toward that £100k target.

Maybe if you had been on the floor before now, just maybe, bitcoin would have surpassed the $72k you mentioned. Lol🤣

Encouragement and self discipline keeps one going daily as we push on, although, it should be within your strength. There is hope for all bitcoiners, because bitcoin is a valuable asset.

The advice is to ensure you don't rush into it with higher numbers trying to keep up with the pace of other old members. It is slow and steady, and then your body getting used and adjusting to your strength daily.  You can start small, 20-30-40 etc, you must not pressure yourself above what you can carry, else you break down, and that wouldn't be good. Work with your strength.

Today was a pushing day, and it was a great workout. I did a lot of pushing exercises, including dips and dumbbell presses, and added three more triceps exercises. I did 100 push-ups and 60 diamond push-ups. I do extra push-ups on pushing days, and I might increase that even more.

Got some skipped days and again I’m still holding back on my added exercises.. No long walks for this week, was kinda lazy for this week, I should be fully back by this Saturday ~Monday .

It is the power of consistency in your daily routine because it is seems that your body has master your daily exercise and that is why you surprise to see how quickly you archived your push-ups,  i must say that I'm glad to see that when you think you were lossing strength that your strength return to you, pushing as we can is our aim to see as Bitcoin fluctuate to the point that all pushers and investors will smile to again, thank God is Friday and i wish all the pushers a happy weekend as i was able to do my normal routine of doing push-ups in sets to archived 210.

The most important thing is that you have recovered your health back, if we are not healthy we can't perform any physical activity well we can't even do it unless it's a minor illness and no illness should also be taken for granted. You can continue doing small numbers of push up until you recover fully before you can increase the number of your push up.
