100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

Tomorrow will definitely be an off day for me. Today was a leg workout, three sets of exercises, but the program included 7-8 exercises.
I did everything from squats to box jumps. The workout started with 100 push-ups and ended with four abs exercises it was a tiring day, but totally worth it.
Tomorrow I'll be an off day or just do push-ups, depending on how I am.

I have been busy recently and find it difficult keeping up with my exercises daily but I still try not to get rested to the extent of getting left on the bench. Since my last report I had an off days in between making a total of 3 days of 100 pushups and 2 off days. It got easier again. I tried not to overdo it in order not to require extra time to sit back and rest for long before going for my daily work. My next strenuous day for serious workouts will be by weekend when I'm less busy and have more time to give to exercise.

Bitcoin is still resisting around the $70k area and back and forth. Maybe more hands on the floor can make it break into the $80k-ish, or $100k-ish or probably not. I will focus on fitness now as a driving force to keep up with my daily pushups than focus on the chart for motivation.

Day 13, it's been a while since my last post, I've been quite busy, coupled with the network challenge in my school location, today I traveled back to my home and I said to post my report, I did 50 pushups daily, today is my 3rd day from Sunday till now,and that 150 in total

After a tiring Sunday, I usually have no energy on Mondays and I just rest. I'm back today, added 200 push-ups in 5 sets.

The markets aren't very exciting. Bitcoin keep moving back and forth. Even if BTC goes above 70k, it doesn't look like it can stay there. I think the chance of it going back to lower 60's is higher than it reaching to 80's.

Hopefully, on a personal level, you are making sure that you are ongoingly prepared for UP, even if you are skeptical in your perceptions of whether or not the BTC price is going to go up.

Of course, you have been around bitcoin a lot longer than many guys who are much newer, including me since I did not start to look into bitcoin and invest into it until late 2013... so surely guys who have been in bitcoin for a couple of cycles might have gotten a decently good stash by now.

On the other hand, guys who have been in bitcoin for less than a cycle (which seems to be many of the guys participating in this thread - not all of them, but a lot of them), so they likely should be just ongoingly accumulating bitcoin rather than waiting for BTC downward prices that might not happen.

Bitcoin is headed to £100,000 and that's not speculation. OK, maybe it is, but the 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K challenge is real and has been echoing throughout the community for a week now, so I thought I would make a thread here for those of us who want to try and hold ourselves accountable.

The first video that comes up when you do a quick search for this is Jae from Proof of Work Fitness, so I'll give him credit for kicking off this trend until someone corrects me with better information.  You can see his video about it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPrsA7gBc3U

I myself started this challenge on 2/2/24 and hope to inspire other Bitcoiners to take this step to help build some muscle in the community.

My only real tips would be to not worry about trying to do 100 push-ups at once.  Break them down into as small of sets as you need to keep from hurting yourself.

When you gave me the challenge to do 100 push-ups every day until I reach 100k, I will definitely do it and give you regular updates. And I will wait until BTC reaches 100k.

Once you reason on how Bitcoin is really fluctuating up and down in market you will know that is not that good pay too much attention to that, and it is very certain that we should do 100 push-ups daily as the topic was captured, i want you to understand these fact of this push-ups challenge exercise is that it is not compulsory to do 100 pushups at your very beginning but you can archive 100 push-ups daily with your level of consistency in doing pushups and secondly no body gave you a challenge to do pushups until you reach 100k but your doing pushups regularly or consistent with the numberv of your push-ups exercise you can do daily, for Bitcoin price to hit $100k.

I refuse to be part of any form of laziness, sometimes take a break seems like is the best thing to do because what you are taking a break from looks like a big burden and staying away from it sometimes gives you joy but yet again, you are the one losing out on what you normally benefit from it...stay positive.

Getting after it early this morning. Getting some things taken care of online that I’ve been putting off like putting a bow on my taxes. I may have been going a little too hard with the squats lately. My knee is hurting today. Seems like as good an excuse as any to catch up on some video game time and have a fun little day of relaxation.

Day 14, today I got back to school to prepare for my interim jury tomorrow, I did 50 pushups to start my day, then I left for my friend's Matriculation, he just enter college and it happened to be that he got admitted into same college as me so I joined him for celebration and after that I got back home and before I took my bath I did 30 pushups and some leg workouts because it neccessary for balance

 Finally gotten to the big 80. Although I haven't been so consistent, it has been quite a journey ngl. I tried to reach to see if I could test myself to reach 180 but  couldn't as my hands started turning to jelly and also I didn't have anyone I was trying to compete with so I had to stop at 140. Added 120 squats and some mountain climbs too. What a day!

Yesterday push up was 152 in 4 sets of 38.
Today i was able to reduce the numbers of set. 180 in 3 sets of 60.

i think it's just because i got bored of doing regular push-ups, so two days ago i added diamond push-ups to my workout. they didn't feel that challenging while doing them, and i did about 20 diamond push-ups after finishing my regular routine. the next day when i woke up, i don't remember ever having such sore triceps in my life. in terms of “destroying” the muscle, diamond push-ups were incredibly effective for me. if you want to push your limits a bit, i recommend giving them a try.

I'm planning to reach the 15k push-up level tomorrow. I can't push myself too hard these days because I'm already tired. So, to avoid disrupting my routine, I'm getting by with 100 push-ups a day. Hopefully, I'll be able to present the 15k achievement here tomorrow with a new report.
