I still continue my work out (jogging) today because I feel so good when ever I do jogging also today is leg work day I use it as an added advantage to continue the work out I combined the both , it makes me feel so good , and I ended it up with 75 pushups ,I noticed I'm gradually moving forward than before, I believe with time I will definitely get to my pick, in push up as to put my best effort to make sure the price of Bitcoin gets to 100k.

Today was leg day so I finished push-ups more quickly. Even though I don't do it very often, it feels good to work out on legs every now and then. Added another 200 push-ups today. Happy holidays everyone.

As we are building our upper bodies, it's also necessary for us not to forget leg days in order for us to have a great physique. As far as exercise is concerned one is a number, and even though you didn't do leg walk out very often, you are better than someone who isn't even doing leg walk out. There are some persons who go for exercise like as we do normal but some of these guys work more on their body, from the waist to the shoulder but they forget that the body need something to balance it, working more or together with the leg makes the shape to be nice. Some persons have slim legs but bigger body, mehn, I honestly hate that kind. Is really good to work on the leg like you say so that one won't look like some of these cartoon characters.

Hiking is a good way to build your endurance level and reduces how frequently fatigued you get during tasks. Hiking takes a long distance walk and not everyone has the safe space to carry out this exercise especially as it could mean engaging in the early hours of the day. That's a very good thing actually because I often exchange ideas with some people who are always in the gym or those who have an advantage in this area, they always recommend the bottom first before the top. The reason is simple so that our legs have more strength because this is the foundation for us to support the upper exercises later so it is a good action when we focus on the lower part first before the upper part. On the one hand walking looks simple but actually the effect is much better because I have practiced this to lose my weight where every day my target is 4000-5000 steps and it becomes quite effective to make us able to burn the fat we have.HSome days I eat a fairly large portion of what is it? 100k,Ryu_Ar1,413,46200,2026-03-22

I skipped some workouts because of the holiday, I did this on purpose and also to rest. Today I only did push-ups because the gym is still closed, if I'm not mistaken it will open tomorrow. If it opens, I'll go to training tomorrow and I want to do some pushing and pulling exercises. I only did push-ups today, 100 reps, I'm adding it to my report. Have a good week everyone.

I tried something different today, a long walk instead of jogging and I felt like I shouldn't stop and it made me to consume a lot of water, squatting became a problem for me. Good thing I was able to give 300 push up but this wrist problem is something else for me.

I decided to try the leg work alone today to see how effective it is on my body which last for some hours waw that's is crazy many where just looking at me as if I have gone crazy lol  ,but I continue it for some hours it's really nice having that experience all alone , because yesterday I combined it with jogging, but I decided to do the leg walk alone to see how the effects works on my bones and joints all together. Long walk also known as Hiking is a good exercise for general body fitness and not for lower body alone. As people always say that practice makes perfect, this popular saying that draw my attention that i has to link it with what consistency is all about and what it can do for you, i believe that every pushers here has its own experience to tell from the day one of doing push-ups till today, your level consistency or practice determines how perfect you can be good with your level of push-ups and you will not be finding it difficult in doing push-ups anymore and it is believe that the weight you experienced while lifting yourself up and down in doing pushups from the initial stages is not these same weight you might seeing right now, so what I'm seeing is that eyes is full with fear but if you are courageous to keep pushing you never see a big thing in doing push-ups, the floor benches could continue with their due to personal reasons best know to them and that i why i keep appreciating those floor mates that are still pushing consistently to see if Bitcoin can hit $100k anytime soon.

As we are building our upper bodies, it's also necessary for us not to forget leg days in order for us to have a great physique. As far as exercise is concerned one is a number, and even though you didn't do leg walk out very often, you are better than someone who isn't even doing leg walk out.
