I hope the team will look into this and fix the issue, as some gamblers who are in a hurry may get confused and think the site is not working and immediately leave, when they should have waited just a minute or two for the site to fully load and appear.

All the same, happy they seem attentive to their customers and hard working enough to ensure customers have a good experience and satisfaction with their services.

Don’t know if you’ve checked the spam box, although I didn’t have any issues when I had to sign up but most times, these could be due to glitches and when it doesn’t deliver in your primary mail, it could be in your spam box so, you could check that too, immediately after attempting a signup. You might have a couple of those previously sent codes there maybe. Even though it might no longer be useful but, should you not, the admins are there to see you through on this problem or perhaps it might just happen to be today’s thing.

i think they don't need to wait for it to be fixed. if they have previously registered with email and got an error, and then want to register again with telegram, then they can do so, no need to worry that they won't get any warning.

You don't understand my point, there was no error during the email registration, it was very easy to register but the username is the only area we are asking the team to fixed, so for me I think I would wait till the team tell us if is allowed to sign up with the second option, however I believe they should be handling it now because I noticed that they have already wrote to the team about the experience some users are having.

The error I experienced is when I login via email, the display is a little bit not proportional on my screen when browsing via browser that makes menu function hard to press/ not functional.

I think there’s still some bug on this casino.

I think this login process by email doesn't look reliable , from the customer point of view.

There is no option to login in, it looks like that i am always creating a new account and confirming my email.

My user is always called "noname" and I can't change it.

Imo, improving the login should be the top priority of the casino.

There are easy and fast solutions, like auth0, which allow you to login with Gmail or github .

No. Changing your telegram name does not affect your access to the website, i don't think you should be worried about that.

What you are asking is valid, but it would be wise to wait for the team to respond to the issues. I'm not certain when they will be able to address all the problems we are facing as a community. However, if they have started their marketing campaign within the forum, it indicates that they are closely monitoring the ongoing issues. The team should handle all technical inquiries, as they are the ones with the expertise to resolve them.

I would love to see a review campaign. I am tagging the OP, @Whale, to address the issues that everyone is facing here. Yeah, looks a serious problem imo.

The only way to login is to ask for a new account, and then we always receive a confirmation e-mail and verify the email again every time we login.

This is a bad start team. Changing usernames shouldn't be such a hassle for anyone and more people use the site to create an account when compared to Telegram which is why I am surprised to such low level issues not ironed out yet.
