There are many queries which bot can't handle and it's good to have live human support. Right, Bot support can never solve problems like a human. And in the case of human support, no problem can be raised in the same way as in the case of bots.  Some specific commands are set in the bot which the bot replies with immediately. If the human support system is not good, a site will never be able to give satisfaction to the users in terms of support. And there are some objections against this site that if the account registration is done through email, then a user's profile is not completely created.  If these issues are not addressed, they will lose many potential gamblers

Provably they got human support but maybe they have limited personnel working on that area especially you can see that they have message like that and that means they don't have 24 hours support in their casino. So I guess they need to address that one since its important for their gamblers to have 24 hours support staff that can work with their issue since they have gamblers on other parts of their country which provably might need an immediate assistance.

The team behind this casino is not just one - perhaps several or more. But every casino should have 24 hour non-stop customer service because they need to solve every customer problem. If customers who want to resolve their issues need to wait for the team to wake up - then imagine how many tickets they will need to resolve when they wake up. This kind of service may not be effective because after all this casino is always active 24 hours non-stop.

But whatever it is - give them a little time to improve and prepare things for the better. This casino may still be in the development stage which may take some time to perfect as its customers expect. If they can't solve it - then maybe their traffic won't be high.

The Whale.io team really needs to iron out these bugs before asking players to deposit or invest time. Smoothing out the login procedures, fixing those display issues, streamlining the registrations, and offering reliable on-site support would go a long way toward earning trust. As it is, it just doesn't feel ready for prime time.

Many here (including me) already experienced some things in their casino. From long loading times to blank screens, to technical issues that can't be fixed. As for the customer support, I've also seen that theirs isn't 24/7. Hmmm, maybe they can do it 24/7 in the future since we are all living in different countries and we all have different time zones as well.

Regardless of what's happening, it's good that we as the users of their online casino is sharing the bugs that we are experiencing so that they can fix it. As the above post said, let's just give them some time to fix it and the more bugs or glitches we share here, the better as they will see what things must be fixed for a better customer experience.

It still seems that even the whale.io team is yet to automate their systems or employ AI bots to answer queries and complaint from its customers with issues or concerns. The main aim of support is to listen to user queries and respond them in short duration. If they have support that is not active and have an active discord channel where user can register there complains or ask questions related to the project then it's equally good. If they have provided option of support on there website then they must try to keep it active for few hours at least. It will put bad impression on users who ask question from support team and they take considerable time to respond.

I am seeing that they have the live chat available but may be it's not for the 24hours and I want to also say that their live supports respond time is really feel me uncomfortable that Whale.io is one of the big site but it's supports response time is much higher. This was also disappointing but I am hoping they will surely upgrade this as they also run their signature campaign with a well reputed campaign manager.

I will agree with you and I also personally think it is best to provide non-stop service in this type of support system and I will also say that whale.io casino needs to make a good improvement in their support system.
Because there are many user complaints about their support system recently I visited their trustpilot reviews their rating is only 2.9 there and I see multiple the negative review regarding the support, I think they should provide 24/7 live support very soon and also decrease the response-time of their support team.

I'm not actually against the idea of support team sleeping but what they should have done instead is to program it in such a way that some other persons will be work on the daily hours while some will be working at night since we have different time zones because people will always be gambling but however I have not check there discord channel yet but if they have an active one were any issue can be attended to is fine, however who have noticed that the team has worked on the issue we were complaining before about the name not displaying because as I tried to log in it took me back to the registration were I can put my name and some other requirements, you can check to also confirm.
