It has launched without a wallet? I'm confused..
So, where the coins at market come from?

We have some final touches to do on the wallet. All exchange owners have access to the current wallet. IPO funds were sent to exchanges.

So how do we get some coins in a 100% POS currency, only buying it ?

Unfortunately the first round offering is over. You can currently buy the coins on poloniex or peercover. Mining will be available upon the launch of the wallet.

Any coin using 'Bitcoin' in their name should not be allowed.
This is a direct attack on Bitcoin and i don't believe you have permission to use the name.

Bitcoin Scrypt
Bitcoin +

what next?

It is clearly stated in the OP that Bitcoin+ is a codename. No one owns Bitcoin per se. Mt Gox has the trademark but I think they have enough issues of their own...

Why not make a new PC and call it 'Apple+' and see how that ends up, all the best to you though.

Where are mining pools?

I'll look into mining pools. Right now it is just being solo mined. Open the client and type 'setgenerate true' into the console command.

Block explorer is almost complete, therefore a coinmarketcap listing is imminent.

Working on building a new aesthetic wallet, establishing the committee and funding our first project. Also we have a few names in mind for the coins name change.

I'll keep you all posted! We're hard at work further establishing XBC.

So once you are in the wallet > help > debug window > console and you typed: setgenerate true

We're currently working on a pool.

Sure. Just type: getmininginfo and pay attention to "hashespersec" it should be more than 0 if you are mining.
