Hey Jakecrow can you not read??? I don't even have any kids but I can empathise with folk who are trying to manage these days and suffer at the hands of greedy bastards. If you read back a little further you will find a post from me telling folk NOT TO INVEST what they can't afford to lose. I'm probably on your side.  Smiley

With regard to commentary on merchandise, this is something we have been working on. Selsonblue and Deadlyonetwo3 were kind enough to share our initial line. Negotiations for distribution channels and pricing are still underway, I will make official announcements on the matter in due time. Great job guys!

Great job guys, much more to come moving forward. I will keep you all updated when everything is ready to go.

omg even my wife would wear those boy shorts, these look great!!!

It cost points to vote on cryptsy. 1 cryptsy points equals 5 votes. No points no votes.

Not true, If you have an account at Cryptsy you have 1 free vote and then you can pay if you want further votes. 1 vote is free.
Let's get voting up.  Wink

Someone just ate 5btc of a 11btc sell wall instantly lol, hopefully now the manipulators learned a lesson and let the show continue.

It was probably the same person who sold higher. This has been happening due to whales selling off huge chunks of their stack at higher prices and crashing the market and then when they have that done they start all over again. This needs to stop because these people are destroying every coin out there with this greed and manipulation.Nobody should be allowed to jump from buy to sell and back holding up the natural progression in such a clearly blatant and destructive fashion. They will eventually hoard huge amounts and be able to crash and burn whenever they please. Cry Angry
I am not agree. If you not getting profit from a coin then how do you invest more?
Simple logic BUY LOW SELL HIGH again and again then you will be a good trader.
N.B sometimes noobs may lose some money, it goes to pro but after repeating this noobs become a good trader. Every new trader have to make some losses to be a pro trader. You shouldn't expect only uprising & profit.

Good luck

I will agree to disagree.Having engaged in Forex for over 30 years I can say that such rules do not apply to alt currencies in the same manner.Folk can argue and present their argument versus this fact as much they wish but the truth is that uncontrolled leverage by way of pump and dump is not sustainable and will eventually destroy the integrity of the currency.Trickle flow offloading of coins in a moderate manner is acceptable but offloading slabs here and there is destructive to the point of wreckless. No viewpoint that disagrees with these facts can hold water.

is is the same story like all coins ? dead coin ?

Yes, it's been out about a week and didn't go straight up forever. Hence it must be dead.

Unfortunately that means every single coin out there, using those same rules, is also dead. Oh well.

Market Magic. +1000  Smiley I agree completely with you. The excessive greed is the problem not the fact that people want reasonable profit.
This coin could have a great future.  Grin
People in crypto, the traders, the exchanges, the miners, the investors and the devs all have a stake in making it difficult for rampant profiteering.
So we can all win. Yes, I agree it's a good idea to hold your coins. But one day, you will want to sell and the predators will be waiting. Let's get something working to at least provide a heads up on an exchange when a particularly greedy one hoves into view. Meercat style look outs. Sorry but Yes. I'm suggesting a blacklist and self regulation.
Or maybe we deserve the wild west sauve qui peut savagery. Up to you.

Hi everyone,

I noticed a lot of people here are worried about ''whales''. i would like to point out a few things and cheer everyone up a little.

Lets look at it this way, the coin has been released only a couple of days ago, yet there are only 5 coins that have more daily volume than xbc. This is a great thing, because this draws attention.  The current market cap of xbc is only $450.000 dollar. this means that if the market cap rallies upwards to 4.5 million, wich is not unthinkable at all, the value of xbc will be at 0.2 btc. that is over 10 times its current value!

I Know how whales work, but if you are smart, you can turn them into an advantage rather than a disadvantage. Right now, those ''whales'' are drawing attention to the coin, wich in turn will lead people to check out the forum. Now when they do, do you want them to see a bunch of people talking about a manipulated price or do you want them to trust the coin and invest? The choise is all up to you guys.

This is a great community, and i will be investing here long term.
I will also be funding a few things here and there, so if you have an idea wich could make the coin a bigger thing, go ahead and contact me.

I hope i eased your minds a bit, there will be a lot of profit for us here Smiley

Sincerely,

Jeffrey

Well said BtcFinancials, if you know a dev who can fork a bitcoin merchant api please let me know. There is a bounty on this that I will help fund in order to give businesses ease of accepting Bitcoinplus as payment.

Hey folks! As you all know we have a lot going on right now, I hope the tentative product line we posted earlier is sitting well with everybody and we would love new ideas on the matter. I'm really excited about everything we have coming through really soon.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=549485.msg6548417#msg6548417 -- Take a look at this stuff, we need input and of course new ideas and images.

I have been receiving a lot of questions about us getting to new exchanges so I took the time to get in contact with some folks tonight. I'm really interested in Cryptsy after my conversation with their rep tonight because they are very well organized and stay on top of things. I was made aware that they have a very skilled wallet developer who checks sources for any issues prior to adding coins. That speaks volumes to me about the level of care they put into running the exchange. I arranged to have direct contact with the developer they used and will work with him and whoever I can to ensure our new wallet is top notch. I believe if we can prove to them the wallet is good we can earn the trust from a community which is very important to us.

We are obviously going to be heading into more exchanges based on our incredible volume, so we are doing whatever it takes to make the transition now.

Many people have been asking for an exact time on the wallet so I must reiterate, I will not release a wallet that I feel has any bugs or potential exploits that I could have had fixed. Too many coins have fallen prey to scams recently whether deliberately or through exploits because people are using very poorly coded wallets. We have put in a great deal of work in a short period of time tossing the original source and rebuilding a new wallet + testing and I should be able to provide a launch time very soon.

Thus far I have brought together 3 developers to work on our new source code. Needless to say I believe we owe them a debt, they have all come on to help for free and I feel we should raise a few bucks (coin) for them.

Remember we have destroyed the entire premine and have been spending funds heavily for all of our development and the products/merchant channels we are working on will cost us a great deal of funds up front. Thus I would like to remind everybody we have started a community development fund wallet for both XBC and BTC. Any support we can get would be greatly appreciated, we have to make sure we're able to keep growing well into the future.

Community wallet for Android Wallet - Goal = 1 BTC, so far we have raised .22 BTC, Once we get close to the mark I will contract
BTC: 1EEm16adhGrYTGGW3f5sh8phs4EHWRK55x

XBC address to cover the new wallet - These folks worked hard on the wallet and didn't ask me for a cent, show them some love.

BTC address for wallet development

Lets keep up the great work folks, lets tip the folks that have helped us through our bumpy beginnings and make long term contacts  Smiley

-------------------------------------------------------

Also, Bitcoin_Mafia has been putting in full time hours building a layout for xbcplus.com. ETA for this is today 5/5, all content is prepared and the forum is established. We need to determine who will be willing to moderate and run our forum (possibly more as traffic builds), let us know if you can spare some time to work in the forums.

Keep up the great work devs.

Behind all the FUD on Trollbox, these devs have been working day and night & are 100% dedicated to this project & the community.

Strong & stable growth regardless of current market price is the key.
