2/57, we do have a tournament on our hands now. After all the praises jayce got from other players he manages to stay up at the last roll of the dice.

As the final match of this round gets completed, most of the favorites have not impressed at all. Spain were the most convincing against very tough opponents and winning comfortably, Germany were good, but they will need to be tested some more, Netherlands also made a good account of themselves. England/ France were lucky to get all three points and Portugal are struggling to get that now.

The officiating has also been decent this far.

After being able to predict only two questions correctly I was worried about saying goodbye very early. But there were more unlucky people than me thankfully. It was a round which was full of surprises by the way. However big congrats to people who completed the round successfully, especially jeremypwr.    I need to collect many more points in the next round to increase my chance. I thought I would be successful because of its similarities to BSFL but I couldn't so far.

Decent points for me so far on the 1st round but this game is kinda like a marathon instead of a sprint, gotta put in full throttle on the rounds after this. Well Im not as confident as I was on round 1 but Im planning to atleast get myself through the first 3 rounds to get freebets. Gotta play and earn something atleast

About the questions two questions i really hate are the ones who are about the presence of players, nearby to imposible to predict.


About round one results, man what a round Jeremy had super round, also for us who play in BSFL format we all know is very strange to reach 7/8 correct answers in a round, so congratulations J for that and also this info can be useful for people who is new to this format because is not normal to see a guy scoring 7 points. So you can fight.

In the other side, sad to see one of our regulars fall in the first round, im refering to notblox.

In my particular case im just in the middle with 4, not bad.

You can submit only if you have answered all questions - otherwise the form does not let you.
If your name is in the spreadsheet (which it is for Round 2), everything is ok.

I was literally about to make re-buy but thanks to Provod he saved my 0.5mbtc for now lol. Too bad it's notblox1 and yassinmanai failed this round. I think rebuy is not a bad idea since it's just 1st round. Good luck everyone for the 2nd round.

The problem with betting on opposite results is that usually there are more than one opposite answer so you don't know what to bet on. For example, Igebotz lost a point on Croatia - Span game because he went with Spain to win and both to score. There are two opposite answers so it's not easy to bet against your picks.

Late submission penalties

• In case of late submission, the player can still play in that round if he pays the evil fee.
  Evil fee is the same fee that would have to be paid if the player was the last one in that round, so 0,5mBTC in the group stages and 2mBTC in the quarterfinals.
• If a player that rebuys after late submission ends up with the worst round result, his submission does not count towards the ‘lowest score’ group.
  This means that if he’s the worst one with 3 points and 7 others have 4 points, all of them are out of the competition unless they rebuy back in.

This means 0.5 mBTC needs to be paid if you want to enter, be careful about the elimination rules as well.

I just noticed this but doesnt this means someone could use it for their advantage as part of their strategy

I mean something along the line like submitting late to check on lineups or injuries update that could affect the course of the game. Yeah there is a price to be paid but its actually a pretty good strategy if someone know how to make full use of it especially when the questions give higher points in the upcoming rounds

Sorry I did not see this reply to my post earlier, but yes, it's not fixed as I understand. As quoted below here by CRO2 twin brother, the more we progress the more points to win, so you can always catch up. It has to be the case otherwise rebuys are kinda pointless. Like I'm now 5 points behind leader, would I rebuy 2 mbtc later to hope I win 6 points more than leader? Most likely not

So, bet on Double Chance Croatia, And then Bet on Spain to win and BTTS no OK so multibet not possible, just singles on every bet lol

As a Croat, I hate that I am among those 5, but simply couldn't go against my gut feeling which was telling me that it will be yet another hard game for us.

Regarding the game, terrible first half, we are lucky that we are loosing only 0-1. Problem is that we don't have many players on the bench that can make a difference, especially not up front but I still hope I don't get the point from that question.

I was watching Albania against Italy and they played very good. I expected that it won't be an easy game against them, but I expected our team to play faster. They are playing like they came out of a retirement home. Bunch of lazy f... I won't go further...

I paid my jail break fee and I am back after having worst result in history of my predictions, but it is not over yet.
New round started and I have another zero points thanks to Croatia not playing good and conceding goal in stoppage time, this ruined all my predictions.
