same here, i've been following warren buffett's letters to shareholders for years, it's like having a mentor, he's sharing his wisdom and experience, i've learned so much from his insights on value investing, it's amazing how much you can learn from someone who's been in the game for decades, even if you don't have a personal relationship with them.

A business mentor who already has a lot of knowledge and experience like Warren Buffett is certainly liked by many people so that people who are able to meet him directly and receive every knowledge he says will be useful if we are able to observe it properly. Because walking without a mentor in a business is like sailing on an ocean that has no direction and destination so that we ourselves need to determine the direction when we have gained knowledge from people who have been successful in a particular business field.

Well said.. Because having a mentorship will help your work to be easier and it depends on kind of works or skills that you're about to take and it also depends on level of exposure of the person. people who have mentors that guide them on every step they're taking or everything they're doings find things easier than people who doesn't have mentors in there carriers.
 People who have mentors has a less effect of been a failures than people who doesn't have a mentor to coach them because every step they take it will either loss or gain because there will not be someone to correct them.

Having mentors is really good for some people, their mentor tutors, aids and directs and show them step by step guidelines that can propel them into being successful but not every successful persons have mentors. There are people that will just know their purpose or what they are good in, learn it with great focus, determination and consistency, make mistakes and correct themselves . If you need a mentor to succeed in life, then I would say it is parents because a parent works the hardest and tries the hardest for his child to succeed. Moreover, I do not think that any mentor is needed to succeed in life because one's own efforts and success will one day take a person to his best position, moreover, if the parents have the blessings of a child, then that child will definitely reach the edge of success. I consider my parents as a good mentor to create my successful life because I have reached the edge of success today because of my parents. I praise the creator from this position that I am in.

I alone know how much stupidity I have done since teenage, and I only recently realized the worth of mentor, if I had right guidance then I would have been likely at much better place than what I am at right now. 

What is done is done and I don't look for mentor these days, if I need guidance on something, I would research on Internet or read a book and figure out what I should do.

Parents are the best advisers. You can also use your past work experience to begin your own business. we cannot ignore the importance of a mentor. A mentor plays a very important role in making a business successful.
