I would like to discuss this here to understand how many people decide to take this step to find a mentor?
And maybe some of you have been a mentor for other people? Share your experience too, if it is not too much trouble for you.

Many of us think that helping someone means helping them with money. But there are many things that money cannot buy. A good piece of advice and wisdom that can easily make our lives beautiful. You are right that every successful person had a good advisor, but more important than this advice is that person's perseverance and the challenge of changing his life. I can't argue with this because it is true, successful people must have mentors who direct and realize and support them behind both in terms of thinking, psychology and spirituality there are supporters that we cannot have behind the war in business and against their competitors in the outside world, when they are disappointed and confused or fail they will look for a mentor to give enlightenment thinking and spaciousness of heart that is expensive therefore finding a teacher who guides you to achieve success is a great achievement before success but it is very difficult especially if it does not match our thinking patterns and habits with him like not in tune finally if you take the wrong mentor.

You seem to be conflating two different situations: does a successful person need a mentor, or does a person need a teacher to succeed? If so, the world would already be full of successful entrepreneurs, and mentors would surely be running out of students. This isn't the case.

I also won't dispute that your point isn't limited to paid mentors. There are many people from the lower classes who have achieved success through their own experiences, repeated failures, and the advice and support of those close to them. There are many people who, without a mentor, can reach the next level of success because they already have what they need even more than a dedicated mentor can provide.

Well it's not every business that one does that require mentorship,it depends on the kind of business and even in that same business that requires mentor it's also depends on how hard you have tried on your own ability to understand it or to be able to run the business and you was unable to achieve it  goals before you begin to seek for a mentorship,if not you can as well handle everything on your own without a mentorship as long as you understand everything perfectly ok..

I have heard a lot of testimonies from investors that became successful through their mentors that stood by them to make sure they follow their directions to achieved their goals, there are bad mentors and good mentors, and when you see or meet the good mentors they will not demand any funds from you because your success is their proud, while the bad mentors don't mentor investors without  paying for the service whether you are making progress from the mentorship or  not that is not their business, if you want to have a mentor let it be a good mentor because you will benefit from the mentor, and you will confess with your mouth that mentor is good for investors to have.

Mentors only help us in our process, but it is ourselves who determine whether we succeed or not. If we have mentors but we are lazy in learning and doing whatever it is, then it will not produce anything, so the most important thing here is ourselves whether we want to learn and be disciplined or not.

You may not have thought of anyone as an ideal person, but you have learned how to behave in society and how to talk to others. Your parents are the biggest mentors. Or if someone grows up in an orphanage, they have to live their life with discipline. It is not a matter of pride not to take advice from the experienced. You are not an expert on everything. Taking advice from the experienced helps you to succeed. You cannot succeed in anything without the advice of others.

I have not seen anyone grow up without advice. Everyone builds their life according to the advice of others. Whether it is religious practice or gaining knowledge from an educational institution, you have to listen to the advice of others in every field.

In this case, he (our father) is no longer a mentor, but more than that, my friend, because he doesn't want his children's lives to be worse than his own before he became successful.
