At the moment I'm using Bittrex.com as an exchange for BTC to NLG coins and reverse. However, when I send or withdraw BTC or NLG coins to/from Bittrex.com it takes quite some time (1+ hours) for it has been confirmed which makes the coins stay on pending deposits for quite a long time. I already sent an e-mail to Bittrex asking them about this issue but unfortunate I still haven't received any answer from them yet.

Is this a normal situation and do you experience the same thing?

Bittrex requires 20 confirmations for the transaction to be accepted by them so it is normal.

You might not get the same volumes though as your normal exchanges or you talking about NLG/other crypto pairings brought out by independent Dutch exchange operator?

Bitxshares is an example of a coin with 2 billion coins (300 million more then NLG will have in 40 years and sitting at a $84 million marketcap ). The problem with that coin is it's centralized (all coins available already) and goes against the principles of decentralization which cryptos were founded on.

I hope the total trading volume will increase the following days as this might get more people into GuldenCoin. More people into this great community is a good think in my eyes .

That is correct.

 I mean, of course, we still very far from this rate. And, it will obviously depend on the acceptance of crypto-currencies and a lot of other facts.
 
 Still, on the altcoin market no other coin comes even close to what the NLG team has been delivering. This market really needed a coin like NLG with this transparency and acceptance.

 Guldencoin will become much more than a national crypto-currency (and it is already more than that), this is what I love about the concept of this coin, simply crazy if you start thinking about it.

 Guldencoin does not talk about it's next skills  and what will be the next feature, they "simply" do the job and bring out new shops one after the other, where you can use the coin and this is the purpose of a currency.

 Simply great and honest...and this is what cryptocurrency needs
