The 1st leg is at home for us. But even if we win again I don't think it'll be more than by a one-goal gap. And at Anfield after that, a destruction will be waiting for us most probably. So I wish we got Tottenham from that draw.

I understand the reasoning for the low chances for Real Madrid to make it to the finals talk more of even wining the damn team. They weren't just unlucky to draw Man City but they also got placed in the worst path in the UCL, if they manage to beat City, which ihighly doubt, they will have to face Bayern and that's not going to be easy as I don't trust Arbeloa to take Madrid that far.

I share the same thoughts with those who are saying the statistics is ridiculous to have position Real Madrid beneath the likes of Newcastle in the said table standing of performances. Real Madrid might not be seating at a good standing position now but it does not remove their tendency of making much impacts yet. They might not be looking so great like usual but it does not mean they won’t perform because they are a kind of club which works their way to the top even when the numbers of goals are not looking so great.

One thing you should understand is that sometimes football is actually unpredictable. I’m sure no one even believed Galatasaray will win Liverpool in that first leg but they did, Galatasaray players need to know how to manage pressure if they can manage pressure very well I’m sure they will win Liverpool again and qualify for the next round.

I consider Galatasaray a worthy opponent against Liverpool. Given the way Galatasaray fought, this presents a challenge for Liverpool. The first leg is a lead they can't afford to waste to score big. I understand the logic behind this calculation. Depending on which side of the knockout stage a club is... However it just doesn't make sense at some points.

For example Sporting are given nearly the same chance as Real Madrid for the CL title. Newcastle are favoured more than PSG and Real Madrid for it? There is more and these all sound ridiculous.  

Hahaha, silly, I admit Madrid isn't in top form, but it's a bit funny that they're positioned as the weakest contender among the big teams for this championship. They have experience that's beyond doubt. I also don't understand why Newcastle is considered to have a better chance, they'll face Barcelona in the knockout stage, which Opta should have taken into account as well, maybe it's because Newcastle is on the right side of the table, which is easier than the left side. Okay, Madrid, your path isn't easy, but I believe you'll still have a lot to say in this competition.

Your analysis is right, Realmadrid is just in danger, the truth is, if it were to be Realmadrid of those days we won't have anything to worry about, of course we know how inconsistent they have become and considering the fact that this is the UEFA champions League, I do not think they can get to the final this season unless by high luck which we many count here because it does not happen all they time, they will have to play as they can, bayen Munich is hot, any team that will meet Bayern will have to be ready for war, so I think I agree with what have said.

Yes, I completely agree with you on this point. Sometimes we all face or see unexpected events that we can never imagine. For example, when Manchester City lost this match against Bodo Glimt. This match was very unimaginable and many people faced losses by betting on Manchester City. If we look at the Premier League, we can see the defeat of Aston Villa against Wolverhampton. The result of this match was very unimaginable because Aston Villa was the 3rd ranked team in the Premier League at that time and Wolverhampton was a team at the bottom of the league. Watching Liverpool game today in the premier league tournament, I guess Galatasaray will not going to strength Liverpool before they will win in this round. And moreover this is Lock out stage which it will be hard for Liverpool players to play anyhow, because every players want their club to qualify for final stage for people to praise them for good performance.

Galatasaray have a solid defenders which is what is helping them in this champion league to remain in the table, because before they qualified for this lockout stage, their defenders and goalkeeper saved many goals that made them to secured goals to beat their opponent to arrived in this stage but I don't think they can drop Liverpool.

These type of games are a bit "easier" for the smaller club (smaller as in financials, of course everyone in this 16 clubs are great). Because if Galatasaray ends up losing like we all assume, then nobody could say anything about it, think about it Liverpool spent nearly half a billion dollars only this summer, it would be difficult to face against them.

Whereas if we face something shocking and they somehow win, then Liverpool would be the ones who gets humiliated. This is why there is no loss for Galatasaray, win or lose they are going to be ok. Hence they will play with a lot more ease whereas LFC will play with more stress.
