I considered Liverpool as the favourites for the Premier League title. But they cannot be considered favourites on the Champions League platform. And we got the proof of that against Galatasaray. Liverpool lost in the first away match. Maybe this defeat will not cause Liverpool any major problems in the first round. Maybe the team will be able to easily qualify for the play-offs. But I doubt whether Liverpool will be able to survive the competition against the giants of the Champions League in the knockout round.

I don't think Liverpool are the best for the Premier League this season. They have big problems in their back line which is reflected well against the big teams. Even against the smaller teams this season they don't look strong and ended with disappointing wins. I don't think they are the best in the Champions League so far, there is still a lot of time to improve themselves. I don't want to rush now, but in the current situation they are in, the chances of them winning any title are very low. Maybe they can make a comeback towards the end by correcting their mistakes.

PSG winning the title again is not impossible, they already beat Barcelona while missing some players, they are going to get Kvara, Doue, Dembele all back, and after the national break they will be all ready. Yeah in general we can see which teams have the potential to reach the semi-finals PSG, Real Madrid, Arsenal and Bayern Munich and maybe there will be one team that is called the underdog team whether it is Inter Milan or another team. Which team you referring to as the underdogs? Inter Milan? If memory serves, in the past seasons, The Nerazzurri had made it to the UEFA Champions League final twice and have lost. They made it to the final against Manchester City and last season, it was against Paris Saint-Germain which they lost entirely. This is no longer the team that have formidable defendlines but seen as a vulnerable team that wouldn't deliver when they get access to the grand UCL final.

This season is entirely different because we have quite different numbers that are not holding back and they're itching to make winnings happen. Common this is not the average teams we know but elite and very competitive. We should atleast be ready to watch the stunning performance and competition this season.

Trusting Yamal is not a bad idea, they also trusted Messi, even when he was very young, it's a decision that Barcelona made before and did not regretted. Greatness comes with huge pressure and responsibilities, people will always expect you to deliver all the time and the very minute you fail to do so they will be very quick to judge you. We have seen young players with big potentials failed to live to expectations because of such pressure, I just really hope for Yamal it doesn?t ends so.

In fact, these players often fail to handle the fame and popularity that is attributed to them and which suddenly grows out of all proportion.

One thing i like about the new format is the goal diference is super relevant and every team has to play every ball and minute like it is the final one, so we dont have dead minutes in any match, no matter if is a resolved match or one from the first one.

Both oour arguments are really strong however I see it a little differently. Liverpool may be contenders in the domestic competition however they should be a little careful in the Champions League. i could see they lost 1 - 0 to Galatasaray in the opening stages, so it is clear their defence is not able to handle the pressure, especially in big matches where one mistake can ruin the whole match.

Slot has yet to develop tactics & shape properly since Klopp left, and the risk of that kind of thing is higher in the knockout rounds. So yeah, they might qualify, but the hope of winning the UCL right now seems a bit risky to start with.

PSG are still a major contender for the league title and as for Chelsea, they’ve not yet given up hope on their fight fight for the title as well. They were the team that got to defeat PSG last season in the FIFA club World Cup finals which is something commendable from them. Liverpool was defeated by Chelsea in their last game even when many people thought they can’t be defeated easily in this season. PSG are also showing their dominance in the champions league after seeing them beat Barcelona in their last champions league encounter. PSG as well as Chelsea still remain one of the tops for the champions league title this season. With little more time, we can tell more the teams that have the better chance for the champions league trophy.

PSG are definitely amongst the favorite to win the champion's league,  we can say that are the only favorite to win it. I think we have some few teams that can go all the way to win it, which includes Real Madrid,  Arsenal,  Bayern Munich,  Barcelona,  Inter Milan and even Liverpool. Although what they did against Barcelona even without some of their best players is sometime to make a lot of people look towards them as the favorite,  but like I mentioned they still have to play one or two of this teams that I have mentioned and I don't think it's going to be an easy game for them, but it's still early to predict, so let's just enjoy the games for now

Before I saw Liverpool defeated by Galatasaray, I was actually quite optimistic about Liverpool's strength. And I had already placed them as favorites this season in both the Premier League and the Champions League. But after seeing how they were defeated by Galatasaray, I began to doubt their strength. And I began to see Liverpool's weaknesses that had become increasingly apparent at the start of this season. Namely, their defense really needed improvement. That's normal. But that doesn't mean it can be ignored. Arne Slot must learn from Liverpool's consecutive defeats. And he must realize that this is one of his worst performances since replacing Jurgen Klopp. But I personally believe he will be able to fix it soon as I see that he has realized some of his team's weaknesses (Source).

Liverpool is going to come back to winning ways after the international break, am sure about that to me I don't see any thing wrong with Liverpool it's just a bad time in their season. It looks like other clubs manager have understood Flick game strategy which I think is the main reason for their defeats. Losing three consecutive games isn't something good to write home about despite all the quality players that they bought during the transfer window.

I hope the the international break will calm the pressure on Flick and his men in order for them to start winning their upcoming matches. Sallah isn't in his best form like last season and that's also affecting the team success.

Barcelona need a plan B. Hansi Flick also relies too much on certain players, especially Lamine Yamal and Raphinha. I feel like these two players should not be a reason why Barcelona will be struggling to win matches by this time. This shows that if these players are out for a long time with injury, Barcelona will not do anything good for themselves, which is not supposed to be like that.

They should at least have backupplayers that can replace some of their players when there is a problem like this. At this point, I’m not expecting much from Barcelona till these players get back on the field and get strong. On the other hand, Real Madrid have already got back to the top position of the table and will be difficult to drop in points because they will not want to leave that position to either Barcelona or PSG.

I think Real Madrid will do everything possible to remain in that position for the rest of the season, although Barcelona may get back stronger, but who knows when? They may get back stronger when Real Madrid goes far in points.

The reason why PSG lost to Barcelona in most of their previous matches is because Barcelona had a better team than PSG back then, but right now PSG has a more complete and better team than Barcelona, and that's why Barcelona couldn't defeat PSG. Many people thought Liverpool would win this time, but things have changed and they are going through what other teams have gone through. When Arsenal was struggling, some fans thought they weren't a serious team, and they might not smell the Premier League this season. They also talked more about the Champions League, and one of their problems is their defense; if they can improve that, half of their problems will be resolved. It might affect there everything this season and maybe since they won the premier league this season they might want to relax this season. Through there last games are just a disappointment.

And the case of Chelsea with don't understand were the are going to yet, and how psg  lost to Chelsea during the world cup is something I find very difficult to explain because Chelsea was never the best the to be able to win that title but eventually they still won but they might not get that luck next time.
