It's difficult to replace two players who have contributed significantly to Real Madrid's midfield: Kroos and Modric. However, that should be put behind them. Xabi Alonso must work hard to regenerate the midfield. I'm confident it will work, even if it takes a while.

I just found out Dean Huijsen was injured, just last week I still saw him play, I looked for the exact chronology, he was injured at the Spanish national team training camp, luckily it was only a minor injury and it can be confirmed that Dean Huijsen can play for Real Madrid in the crucial La Liga match against Barcelona. But there is a possibility that he will not be able to play in the UCL against Juventus, I think Xabi is having a hard time if that is true, without Rudiger and Dean Huijsen, it is clear that Real defense is getting weaker.

Real Madrid is a team with star studded squad and I don’t expect them to use injury as an excuse for not playing well and winning games. Even the players who are on the bench and not playing regularly for Real Madrid is capable of making a strong starting 11 for some teams across Europe. I think the issue with Real Madrid is that they barely give chance to their young players especially those from the academy, rather they chose to spend huge amounts of cash in bringing in players outside which they regard as galaticos singing, thereby making it difficult for the academy graduates to get playing time and build their confidence in case of an injury to any of those their big players they can easily be replaced just like Barcelona usually gives time for their youngsters and academy graduates to build their confidence.

I'm not making excuses for any team but when a team is ravaged by injuries just as they were 2 seasons and last season ago. Replacing this two midfielders of the former real Madrid players will cause them a lot of signing because they will not signed and be sure of being the same as this two midfielders so definitely they might even be buying more than three midfielders to see the closest to those two, although real Madrid is not a difficult team for players so if they want to make sure of this they will train midfielders as them since they might not be spending much again on strikers. Aurelien Tchouameni and Dani Ceballos is the midfielders they have now but if they're worst real Madrid might be taking losing a lot but for having this 21 point and the finest now on there league is also part of the work of this people.

Sometimes, I still feel surprised about that final match against PSG in the vlub world cup because that was thd best of Chelsea's performance so far after a very long time. After that match, I haven't seen them in that high level of performance. I agree, Guler and Bellingham are looking good to me, plus they are very young as well. So give them time and I am sure that they will be as good as Kroos and Modric one day. They do not even have to be that good, the goal is to make sure that they are better than the opponents, comparing them to older generation players makes no sense, when the whole aim of the game is to win. So if Guler-Bellingham duo plays and they win thanks to that, then they are not to be worried at all.

This is exactly what I think every Chelsea fan should be thinking right now they should stop hyping the team because of their past glory in the club world cup that they won a lot is happening in the team right now and their performance is declining but fans are still believing that everything is going well in the team why it's not. Toni Kroos and Luka Modric are not the reason why Madrid are under performing. I won't also say its a coach problem but the rhythm at which they play is controlled and initiated by the coach. The players perform according to instructions and tactics from the coach, if they lose dominance then the coach should be seen as a reason behind, aside from Kroos and Modric there are outstanding midfielders in the team that can do similar things but the game style is now different due to coaching instructions.

Chelsea were determined in lifting and adding the club world cup trophy to their list of achievements and nothing of luck, someone that won PSG by 3 goals, PSG that were disgracing and humiliating different teams with 5:0 but they couldn't score even a goal in their final with Chelsea, even if luck were on Chelsea side and they managed to reach the final game. that luck wouldn't have worked with PSG, because it was obvious that PSG was super in form after their champions league triumphant victory.
