I never rush to talk about favorites in the Champions League until the play-off stage begins. Because by that time a lot of things can still change. It is only December now, and the final stage will take place closer to the end of spring. That is a lot of time, and because of that everything can change. Arsenal, as usual, have maintained their consistency well this season. And perhaps they will continue like this until the round of 16. Personally, I have high hopes for Arsenal this season. Compared to other teams, we can see that Arsenal are the most consistent. Arsenal has not lost a single game in the UCL this season. But I hope Arsenal will not make the same mistake as Liverpool. Last season , liverpool was at the top of the first round table. They won 7 consecutive matches. But they lost in the first match of the knockout round. Performing well in the knockout  round matches is more important than the first round matches in the champions league.

Arsenal is really in their best performance currently, they are performing very great. For them to top the two competition which is champions league and premier league competition, they winning their matches on a steady. However, their current performance doesn’t look like how their performance look like for the previous seasons, this look very different.

About yesterday games, i was surprised from the very start, Villareal losing against Copenague was not in my books and Qarabag losing after being ahead also.

I think it should confidently take 6 points here and avoid 2 additional games, if not, then we can ask questions about the prospects for the entire season.

I am very disappointed at Inter Milan,  and I their their fans should be very disappointed at the team too. Inter Milan is playing at home against a Liverpool team that has a lot of issues and having been very poor thus season and they still lost to them. I don't think they have any excuse not to win that match, but they lost it to their poor performance and Liverpool played better and deserve to win the match. I really don't think this game changes anything for Liverpool,  because they have been very inconsistent recently,  but congratulations to them for putting up such a performance to win the match.

Liverpool's recent performance has been erratic. They have been in poor form since the new signings. However, they have also won some big matches. Inter Milan's recent performance has been very disappointing too. They have won against smaller teams but have lost to A.C. Milan, athletico  and Liverpool in their last 3 big matches. This shows that Inter Milan's tactical weaknesses come in the big teams.

After the Aston Villa game, they still remain favorites by a large margin according to statistics. Manchester City and Aston Villa might have closed up the gap but Arsenal still clear when it comes to winning the Premier league competition. They deserve it but their players need to show up one hundred percent. Winning the Champions League competition?! PSG did it, Arsenal could also win it for the first time.

My concern is Barcelona, they have been making other teams to feel the heat and if you ask me I will say Frankfurt should not dare win this game even if they have a chance, why I'm saying this is because teams like Chelsea, PSG and Madrid that won Barcelona have been battling with form and consistency and these are big clubs, is like a curse to win Barcelona these days 😏. Well, this game will be like when Barcelona played against Benfica, scoring of goals from both sides and I think Barcelona will win this game as the favorite so let's watch and see if Frankfurt will try to beat Barcelona or get a draw.

I get your point, but right now Frankfurt just don’t look ready to compete with a side like Barcelona. Without Burkardt they offer almost no threat up front, and their defence has been leaking goals badly. Barca may be inconsistent, but their attack is flying again with 11 goals in the last three games. I expect an open match, but Barcelona should take the three points.

In that game after Frankfurt scored I started smiling because they don't know how bad it will be for them in their league but later on Barcelona replied and later won the game, it was as if it will happen as I said it but is still good to see Barcelona winning. Things about Barcelona since they finished their stadium is that they are trying to keep a good record at home and if it stays like that till the end of the season I'd say they did well but they should be prepared to face a much better stronger side in the champions league and the La Liga.

I think is safe to say Madueke has improved since he joined Arsenal from Chelsea, some of his moves wasn't seen while playing for the Blues, to be honest with you I never expected him to make that big run from the player that was with him and to even ignore the runs and clear chance to pass and shot the ball to find the back of the net, this will give him the courage to continue trying this same style of play always when he's with the ball...

This is a surprising display by Arsenal for topping both competitions they're in, the EPL they sit at the top and the champions league they're on top and unbeaten, I'd say this is their best in a long while.

I did not get to watch the Arsenal game though because my focus was on the Real Madrid vs Manchester City match. That was the main game of the night for me. But from the highlights I have seen, Arsenal are really showing that they mean business this season. They are playing with determination and trying to prove a point in every competition.
About Madueke, he really impressed me. Seriously, he has improved a lot since joining Arsenal from Chelsea. From the highlights I have seen, he truly deserved the man of the match award because he was the most outstanding player on the pitch last night.

Very true, a good mentality matters towards every game. Before every season, every manager ought to  prepare well for the competitions he is participating in, access the teams in the leagues and prepare very well for what's to come. Prepare for injuries,not that when a key player goes on injury, the team automatically becomes destabilized and begins to lose form, all of these should be the factors that will determine what type of players we are signing. We are competing in different leagues, and they will surely be fatigue because of several factors. What we need is options or solutions that will tackle any major problem. Some teams don't need big players anymore, they just need second option, incase of injury or whatever, while some need key players to help them maximize opportunities and also help the team to improve,it all depends on what the team needs and more importantly, how they are managed. Many team team are losing because of poor management of players, you need to know when to sub players, when to rest them, when to use them efficiently as a manager, if not you will just have a good squad without a good form.

I think it’s obvious now that Mbappe is the one carrying Real Madrid on his shoulders. Without him, the team just doesn’t look the same. Real Madrid were completely outplayed by Manchester City, and honestly, they were lucky the score wasn’t worse. Thanks to Courtois, who saved them from being embarrassed at home. If not for his big saves, the scoreline would have been shameful for Madrid.

It is obvious that Barcelona recent results against big teams are not too good, but it's doesn't mean that they will lose this match. I pretty obvious that they will win this match because their recent results was came out too good they spotted a big lead against rivals and also won other league matches by a big margin. So I don't think that Barcelona will do mistakes and lose the match.....

All of their players are pretty good and all of them are available for battle. So due to this I have more confidence in them, like they will win this match. In previous matches against PSG and Real Madrid, Raphinha was the player who was unavailable due to injury but now he is available, and probably he is teg king of UEFA Champions League competition, and probably he will try something good for his team.

Barcelona have not been in a good shape for sometime now and it has made some other teams hit them hard but I think since they started using this new stadium they started getting things right and is like they would do everything possible to impress their fans and to try not to drop unnecessary point against their opponent at home. The players who experience injuries are back and I hope they will remain that way because the season and the engagement is becoming serious which means they need everybody to be available at this time since they are chasing the La Liga the champions league and some other league titles, as for Frankfurt they needed that win to at least push their way forward, who knows they might finish in a better position.
