Barcelona always struggles against teams with a strong defense. In the match against Eintracht Frankfurt, it was evident that Flick had to rack his brains to find a solution. In that match Barca struggled against a team that played a parking the bus style, especially on the counterattack. Barcelona's defenders were often slow to react making it difficult for Barcelona to keep a clean sheet.

Yes, one of Barcelona's weaknesses is facing a team with a tight defense and relying on counterattacks. Barcelona has struggled, and this has been the case for years. Xabi Alonso still has time to improve everything the team wants, as Real Madrid is currently in the top eight, which is the spot that automatically advances the team to the next round without having to play another qualifying match. However, for the match against Alaves, I also hope Real Madrid doesn't make any more fatal mistakes that would prevent them from winning at Alaves' home ground. Alaves is not a particularly weak team at home, so Real Madrid will have to fight very hard in this weekend's match.

I really don't know why Real Madrid management is putting pressure on Xavi Alonso he is still a new coach in the club and this is usually what happens when a coach comes to a club newly he needs to know the players very well and he is still in process of doing that he don't have good relationship with this players yet and that was why he was having issues with vini Junior,  what they should do right now is to give him more time in the club I believe he is a very good coach and he will do very well in Real Madrid if he's giving more time to work with the team, if Real Madrid should bring another coach right now he will still not do better so they should just calm down and allow xavi Alonso.

See guy I this just as you have said it all would want to chip in something on this issue I think the Real Madrid guys are no for such a behavior of changing coach once their feels the games is not working there way well this has been their life style pattern for over 10 or 15 years of their career’s over time this has really helped them I have come to study this right from their last season.

Yes that is Real Madrid standard and they have been doing it for years now and it has been working perfectly for them that is why they are the club with the most trophy they don't do sentiment if you are not giving them what they employed you for they will immediately sack you and replace you with someone else I think that is a good strategy however they should not be doing that in every case I believe that when you give a coach more time and not always threatening him with his job it makes the coach more relaxed to think of a way out, with this much pressure on Xavi Alonso i don't think he can do anything good, for me the problem of Real Madrid is not the coach the problem of Real Madrid is the players and he needs more time to have a good relationship with the players so they can be performing very well.

La Liga is also more worrying and with Barcelona having a four point advantage, Madrid also have a promising schedule of matches. A lot will rely on the consistency and performances in the next few weeks. Once the results become better, the pressure will also alleviate soon, yet more points dropped may certainly jeopardize the job of Alonso greatly.

Liverpool's win was really shocking to me, if we are to compare the forms of both teams we would say that Inter is in a better form compared to Liverpool but they still ended up losing...so it means that Liverpool can still perform better in the champions league and flop in their own league...Liverpool are indeed unpredictable and they might really have a chance to turn the tables around in the final moment

Sometimes the form may not be enough grounds to judge the expected outcome of the teams performance but it has been for so many most often. Liverpool did appear not to have the best of forms to expect they win but at dame time they could just be lucky and have that win and mind you, they are not a terrible side like that so they have the chance of pulling the victory too, only  that it will not be as easy as it would  if they were to be in their best form.

7th place isn't the ranking you'd expect from a team as big as Real Madrid, especially when they have more better players and higher expectations compared to most teams in the league. So they need to improve quickly and catch up with the other teams. Especially with Arsenal and Munich widening the points gap between them, Real Madrid needs to quickly rediscover their best form and start collecting points consistently if they want to climb the rankings and restore public confidence in them.
Especially for Xabi, this is no longer the time to play around after he was threatened with being kicked out some time ago. The club and fans no longer have the patience for experimentation... it's time for Xabi to take full responsibility and create the best strategy so that Real Madrid's performance can rise and they can return to the top of the standings.

 It’s a long way until those two games; maybe Real will even strengthen their squad in the winter transfer window. So I think they will win these two games and end up in the top eight. The Spanish league is a bit of a different scenario. As things stand now, Real will need a lot of luck to finish in the top spot and win the league. But I’m pretty sure that Xabi will see out the season as Real’s manager—I think the club believes in him.

Barcelona’s game is very much understandable when looked into well, and this can actually form an advantage to the opposing team when they make use of that which they’ve learnt against them when playing. The ball is still rolling on which team gets to advance to the next round of the competition, so we’re going to wait to see which team makes the top 8.

For now I don't think Xabi Alonso should be under danger. It isn't fair for him. If they defeat Alaves tonight the point difference with Barcelona will stay as 4 in the La liga. Never a gap that can't be closed.

Real Madrid can still finish the CL league phase in top 8 too as you also said. Even if they don't there is no problem. They are still going to be in playoffs. The last champion here didn't do a great work in this phase for example.

Their chances of qualifying directly for the round of 16 are indeed wide open because if you look at the two remaining matches they will face easy opponents, the problem is they are not in a stable condition at the moment, this is the big question is whether they can get 6 points in two matches easily? Also consider that Monaco is currently ranked 19th where if they lose they will be dropped to 25th or below. Benfica has also put in a great effort in their last two matches, so I think Madrid will have a hard time in the remaining UCL matches.

Madrid can make it to the next phase of the champions League without going through the playoffs rounds.madrid can't afford to drop points in their remaining two games but the problem is the chances of their coach staying in the club for the next three games is not too sure. Let’s not come to early conclusions on that and get to see how Real Madrid are able to farewell in the remaining games they’re going to be playing in the champions league. They may be showing the better chance of prevailing and may find it hard to win the remaining two games. They still remain the best team to have ever played in the champions league with the most trophies won, but I still think we should wait to see how they’re going to prevail in those matches because they need it in order to advance to the next round of the champions league competition.

In the La Liga, Barcelona don’t looks like a team to drop points now, so they’ll have to be more patient while remaining aggressively consistent in their games to maintain the point gap between them and Barcelona for now until an opportunity to close it more arises.

Liverpool play better in this match, they played in Inter's home and they still able to dominate in this match.

Despite the result is controversial, but I'm happy to see Liverpool able to beat big team again, they have never beat big teams in the last few months. Arne Slot choose to not include Salah in squad will create a big problem, he might no longer happy when he being include back to the squad.

Why are they a different side in the Premier League Competition and also in the Champions League?!

They was completely bad bad but faced Real Madrid and won, was in complete shambles but they faced Inter Milan and won again. Well, I don't forget that they're have a good a d rich history in the Champions League competition. I don't underestimate them in the slightest. Well, I get it now, the Premier League is a whole another level of a league. As for Mo Salah,  he's been recalled ahead of the game against Brighton.

This is not a particularly wise realization that Real Madrid will do everything, but did you notice what their everything currently is?

Liverpool beat them, draw against Rayo Vallecano, draw against Elche!, draw against Girona, loss against Celta Vigo at home, loss against Manchester City at home and now they are spectacularly leading 1-0 against Alaves after 60 minutes and have slightly less ball possession.

I think the majority has noticed by now that Real Madrid is in trouble. Their form is bad. They won't drop out of the top 24, but they could definitely drop out of the top 8 and that has nothing do with what they want to do, but with what they can do. It's not enough to have two names like Mbappe and Vinicius Junior on the team. They need to improve their game by a lot.

It seems that only Camavinga is likely to return from injury in the near future. However, I agree with you that AS Monaco and Benfica are not serious threats for a club of Madrid caliber, and Xabi Alonso will most likely be able to lead his team to secure maximum points from the remaining two matches. Xabi Alonso is certainly aware that his position is currently under pressure, so only victories will be enough to convince the management to keep him in charge. Meanwhile, Man City path to the round of 16 also looks very straightforward, as they will face Bodø/Glimt and Galatasaray in their upcoming matches. With their form continuing to improve, I assume they will manage to secure full points.

Currently, EPL teams are performing pretty good but their problem is that, they don't advance to the finals. It's not all about the group stage but about the champion. I don't know if it will be possible for an English club to win the trophy this season because City was the EPL club who lifted up the trophy last.
