it was a great match. Small details gave the tour to Galatasaray. specifically, those details were the red cards Juve received in both legs which obviously took a toll on them. despite that, they wasted three very clear chances yesterday. the game could have easily ended 5-0. once GS converted their first clear opportunity in extra time, it was over anyway as Juve was extremely tired.

Eh, most of the teams are inconsistent, and Galatasaray is no exception, otherwise they would have not been in the play-off but in the top 8 and they would not have finished in 20th position. Remember that 5-1 loss at Frankfurt of all teams?

I made the Real Madrid - Benfica match one of a particular concern to me dew to the actions of the 1st leg in Portugal, I wanted to see what the match will be like there in Spain with the visit of the Portuguese club at the Bernabeau but it was less of what I anticipated, less heated aggressions.

However, if Real Madrid were to face Manchester City and win, they would automatically have overcome one of the biggest obstacles. But defeating Manchester City will require extra effort. They already had the lead before Kelly wad red carded. But damn, they were able to convert two more goals to make it three. It was thanks to Victor Osimhen for that goal which reduced the pressure brought into the extra-time by Juventus. The old ladies Juventus are a big side in the Champions League Competition,  I wasn't surprised they'd have such a massive win. I was sad to see Juve eliminated from the competition after they had put in a remarkable performance, especially after playing for half the match with a player less due to a decidedly exaggerated and inappropriate red card. Despite this, they also had a glorious chance in the 95th minute to score the 4-0 goal with Zhegrova, which would have qualified them without going to extra time.

Vinicius jr is the most important player in Real Madrid currently. He knows the responsibility of wearing that number 7. He wears that number with honor and with pride, in the same way as his predecessor, CR 7, did.

I disagree with you that Vinicius stepped in when no one expected and saved Real Madrid from a 1-1 draw against Benfica because as  Vinicius was terrorizing and penetrating Benfica defense it was expected that Vinicius would find the back of the net against Benfica, and I wasn't surprised when he did it. After seeing how clubs like Bodo and Galatasary managed to qualify i don't think I'll dount if it would be possible for Sporting to eliminate Manchester City, although you're right that it would be tough for Sporting to do that cause the Champions is important to Manchester City and they won't allow Sporting eliminate them easily infact they'll be favorites to qualify for the next round except Sporting prove otherwise.

Madrid finally advanced, but I don't know which team they will be playing against. This situation certainly makes us realize that the opponent they face in the knockout stage will be stronger. Manchester City isn't in their best form like those past seasons likewise, Real Madrid. Therefore, we cannot say which of them will be the favorite if they clash in the round of 16. I never see Benfica like a club that will stop Real Madrid in the champion league tournament, because Real Madrid is maintaining a good position in the laLiga league which is one of the advantage Benfica fans noticed towards yesterday game. Watching the game from first half till the end of the 45 minutes, I noticed so many mistakes from Real Madrid that made them to struggle in that game before they secured victory, because they have plenty opportunity that would have made Real Madrid to beat their opponent 4:1 but they chose to use few goals to end the game to moved to next round.

Surely they need to learn something from this game because they risked their qualification despite having a 3 goal lead. They can't let this repeat itself again when they face other opponents. Big congregation to them as they beat Juventus and progress to the next round.

I definitely agree with you about Vinicus being the most important player in Real Madrid, take a look at his performance is so incredible both in first leg and also the second leg, he did what you could to save Real Madrid. At least now benfica way say that it's opportunity they got in the first time to even reach this level. Now benfica's attention will be at their home League so that they will continue with their good work they are doing there. Vinicus deserved the Man of the Match award in the match against Benfica. Vinicus played his role very well. Especially with Mbappé's absence, Vinicus was able to fill in and play a key role in determining the outcome of the match. Vinicus is now starting to rediscover his best form, which had faded under Alonso. I hope Vinicus can maintain his top form, as Real Madrid desperately needs him in their title race.

That was crazy, to go on and score two goals despite being a man down. The odd were literally against the old ladies but somehow they were able to find their way back in the game. If they had knocked out Gala, I would have really liked it. Regardless of the outcome, I am still pleased with the performance, especially the resilience.
