I don't understand why so many people keep overthinking about the upcoming Champions League games. It's pretty clear that Liverpool, Atletico, Barcelona and Bayern are the favorites and they are going to win(or end in a draw) against Galatasaray, Tottenham, Newcastle and Atalanta. Galatasaray managed to eliminated Juventus, but Juventus isn't what it used to be as a team and the red card for a Juventus footballer in the first leg had a very significant role Galatasaray winning 5-2. Tottenham is a joke this season. Atletico won't be facing any problems against the team from London. Newcastle and Atalanta have very good teams, but they aren't at the same level as Barcelona and Bayern.

This is a familiar encounter and we know it didn't end well for Liverpool the last time they met, it could be that Liverpool will be the one to get the first win in this encounter like a 1nil win, not sure but I'm just saying and again, Liverpool are on the suffering side that they hardly win against the weakest team, even if they win is under struggling to even push one goal into the back of the net. Galatasaray on the other hand I'd say they are doing pretty well both in their league as league leaders and also won against Juventus even if it almost cost them the game at extra time. I honestly expect Liverpool to come out different from what we have been seeing them display in the English games after all they're the favorite but that is not a 100% guarantee of them winning the game and advancing.

Hm, it doesn't look too bad actually. Like always it is difficult to get parlays right even if you have three selections with odds 3x 1.50. But since these games will be taken very very seriously, Bayern and Barcelona could get it done, chances Tottenham scoring a goal are decent, but I really believe that Galatasaray is a damn hard nut to crack in that game. It will all be about whether or not Liverpool can exert control over Galatasaray and the whole situation there. The problem I see there is if Galatasaray scores once, I don't see Liverpool scoring three goals there. They did win 0-3 against Marseille though, but there was an own goal and a 90+3 goal involved.

I don't think that Liverpool is good enough to win Galatasaray on both legs, though they are the clear favourite here, and the bookmarkers favours them to make it into the quarter finals with a win over this Galatasaray team on both legs, but winning them home and away is what I really doubt because Galatasaray has a lot of fire power to give this Liverpool team big problem tonight.
Another reason why we should not just rule this Galatasaray team out completely is that they beat this Liverpool team in Istanbul during the group stage, so we should not be surprised if they are fearless and decide to take the game to Liverpool and eventually wins the game, because in football, anything can happen.

Well, I agreed with you and we understand how strong Real Madrid performance used to be in champions league, but in my opinion that doesn't apply to this current squad, because this was the similar difficulies they faced even last season and got eliminated in the quarter finals by Arsenal. Last season Real Madrid performance was poor in their home league, and that poor performances also followed them to the champions league and the worst part now most of their key players are injured, with their current state I don't think Real Madrid can beat Manchester City.
