Tomorrow Barcelona will play against Newcastle United at Spotify Camp Nou and definitely it will be one the most exciting matches because their first leg has been end up with a draw and both teams played super competitive football at St. James' Park, and now they will tussle here at the Barcelona home ground. In the previous meeting, Barcelona was bit sloppy due to some tactical mistake as well injuries suspect but now I think they will try hard to get a lead first and finish the round 16 tie.

In first leg Newcastle United was bit stronger because they used physical tussling to stop Barcelona, like their players was too physical, and every time they put a hard challenge on Barcelona player to disturb their tactics pattern. However, the second leg will be good because Barcelona will be at their hometown, and Hansi Flick will try some new changes to trap their physicality.

It is true that Barcelona plays a more attacking football with Home advantage but if Newcastle United is able to continue pressing football or physical game strategy and score first then it will be difficult for Barcelona to deal with United's counter attack. Not only that but if the momentum of the game is in favor of United and if they get an early goal then the match will be difficult for Barca. In that case your 4-1 prediction is a little optimistic I would say. My prediction is Barcelona can win 3-2 or 3-1. Because Barcelona is technically strong but Newcastle is a very disciplined and physical team.

Paris Saint-Germain have scored two goals so far, and there's a chance they'll score more. Chelsea aren't playing too badly, but Paris Saint-Germain have found the net with both of their shots on goal. What happened, I really didn't watch this match and honestly I was shocked after seeing the score now.
Sporting managed to force Glimpt into extra time by making the aggregate 3-3 in normal time, so this was truly the hottest drama that came in the second leg. The current score is 4-0 in favor of Sporting and I think this will end with Sporting coming out as the winner of the ticket to the next round.

A lot happen in the extra time. Bodo Glimt players are weak, they can’t even defend what they have started; they are defeated 5-0 after having three goals advantage which means the overall aggregate is 5-3 which is embarrassing for Bodo Glimt that defeated Manchester City, Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid earlier before this stage. Sporting Lisbon is now officially in the quarterfinal waiting for either Arsenal or Leverkusen which will also be determine tonight.

Well you better believe because it's football and so many crazy things can happen especially with the results and there is also one surprise waiting for us this night although for me because I want to see it happen and that's the result of Bayer Leverkusen actually taking the lead in this arsenal game because that would be the most unexpected result of the time. Although arsenal are very organized and they might likely not let that happen.

With this performance of Sporting against Bodo there is a lot of hope for the teams that was defeated in the first round because I didn't believe that Sporting would get three goals in this second round. Sometime Champions league can be unpredictable because for Sporting to make this huge come back shows that there is hope for Manchester city tonight, just that there performance has not been easy to predict anymore because they are just struggling to get a win this time around. But let's see if they can turn things around for Real Madrid tonight.

I'm still in shock, is it not same Bodo/Glimt that won Manchester, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and Sporting Lisbon in the first leg. How come they couldn't pass this simple task after making it very easy in the first leg when they played Sporting. Scoring 3 goals was enough to make them qualify but I really don't understand why they were very weak today, you could see the amount of shots they concede, it makes me wonder if it's the same team that won those teams i mentioned.
 Indeed anything is possible in football, who would've believe that Sporting Lisbon would have a comeback today. I doubt if Manchester City would be able to do same, Real Madrid ain't Bodo/Glimt and won't concede 3 goals without scoring, it doesn't matter whether they're away or not, they're already leading by a goal which is a big problem for Manchester City.

A very poor start by Chelsea as they are been out played at home by PSG, I didn't expect this type of performance from Chelsea in this game even though I know that Chelsea is out of this competition. PSG looks more serious and mean business in this game. There game plan is price to attack and destabilize Chelsea and it really working out for them so far. Chelsea just has to manage the remaining game to the end and avoid conceeding more goals.


In the first match that was played sports over came Bodo Blink against all odds and qualified to the next round of the competition. With the first leg ending 3:0 against their opponents, alot of football Analyst and followers did not give them any chance. Many people predicted this fixture was decided but , sporting was able to score three goals in regular time before scoring two goals in extra time to make it 5:0 .

The first leg match was already an end of the road for both team because they got three goals deficit because they played like shit. They have also brought their shitty performance in the second leg which has cost both of them more goals in the first half.

Arsenal on the other hand hasn't been lucky enough to find the back of the net after a few goal attempts that was denied by Leverkusen goalie.

I’m watching the game on Prime and can’t believe Manchester City are losing this badly at home. Considering the red card given to Bernardo Silva, I doubt there is any chance that City are going to close the deficit. Real Madrid aren’t exactly playing great, Vini has missed multiple chances at goal. Despite being a man down, City seem to be the side pressing in the match.

It seems that the mission to catch up is getting almost impossible after Chelsea conceded two goals, now PSG is more comfortable controlling the match after the agg got bigger (2-7).  Chelsea are under increasing pressure and the disappointing result in Paris will be repeated at Stamford Bridge.
The direction of the match changed completely after Bernardo Silva was sent off and Vinicius successfully converted a penalty perfectly. Now it was Real Madrid's turn to start dominating the match and they managed to create several golden opportunities that almost resulted in goals. It is clear that Chelsea and Man City will be eliminated sooner than expected because it is impossible to catch up with such a large gap in the agg.

I'm so loving this Manchester City match, chances after chances being created, it very interesting, Manchester City will miss a chance and just then Real Madrid is on the other end attacking and missing their own. If both teams were converting by now we will have been seeing a huge score from both teams and goals would have been raining as if it were a basketball. I already knew that Real Madrid is going to win Man City. In fact I told someone that man city is not even going to score a goal. I was very sure of what I was saying because Manchester City missed their opportunity to qualify in the first leg. I was actually not supposed to watch the match because I already know that Real Madrid is going to qualify, satisfy my curiosity, I still had to watch the match. But immediately Silva got red carded and Vini Junior concerted the PK, I switched off my TV to focus on important things. It's over for City.

I would have opted to watch Chelsea match, but seen that there are 2 goals done already demoralized me. Maybe I will have to consider watching Arsenal and Bayer Leverkusen, that would be the interesting match to watch.

Because they are now five goals down and need to score five goals against Paris Saint-Germain to take the match to extra time, and the first half is almost over. The way they are playing already shows that this kind of result is unlikely. I think Chelsea will want to forget this tie and happily advance to the next round against Paris Saint-Germain.

They gave their most, had their chance and now, the flames has being extinguished. They shouldn’t have resulted to a defense against Sporting CP simply because they had a first leg 3 goals on aggregate. Sporting is a scorning team and they’ve being really good this season. It was rather surprising how they lost by 3 goals in the second leg but, here they are with all the aura to fix it and it’s fixed as it is. Leading by 4 goals to 0 and 4:3 on aggregate and the statistics is everything Sporting CP, ain’t nothing Bodo was going to do about tonight’s send off.

Bodo glimt made a mistake,look how they wasted the opportunity they had against sporting cp. They shouldn't have focus on defense  which was the mistake they made in the match. If they had come out and attack sporting cp,it could have been difficult for sporting CP to score five goals against them in the game. Bodo glimt had a good chance to make it to the quarter finals but at the end,they couldn't handle sporting cp and ended up losing 5-3 aggregate.
