In the current position, Manchester City has become so weak that they are constantly performing poorly. Manchester City lost 3-0 in the first match against Real Madrid and they lost again in the second match. The gap in this second match seemed even worse to me, at the beginning of the game, Manchester City's players lost Silva and became weak.
And in the end, Manchester City was forced to lose, but Real Madrid maintained their lead by winning. Real Madrid showed a consistent performance in this match and I think Real Madrid has proven that they can reach the final.

I said it many times that when it comes to Champions league do not doubt Real Madrid, after the draw of the round of 16 when Real Madrid was going to face Manchester City everybody thinks that Real Madrid will be eliminated because of the way Real Madrid is playing in La Liga, Champions League itself knows that Real Madrid is the best when it comes to the competition, the funny part is that even after Real Madrid beat Manchester City at Santiago Stadium some people still believe that Manchester City will do ramontada and eliminate Real Madrid and Real Madrid surprise them by beating Manchester City at Etihad Stadium again.

Chelsea lost again in today's second leg against PSG with a score of 0-3. Chelsea, as the host, unfortunately couldn't score a single goal in today's match. Chelsea also had good opportunities, but unfortunately, Chelsea couldn't capitalize on their opportunities, ultimately PSG won. Now, Chelsea's struggles are certainly over, having already lost to PSG in the first and second legs.

All the teams that need to make a comeback will be playing at their home stadiums. It is a very interesting situation. In principle, overturning a three-goal deficit is a perfectly possible scenario. I think today one of the teams that lost the first leg will pull off a surprise and erase the gap. For me, Sporting is the most likely to do it.

I didn't think I would guess the team that could overturn a 3-goal deficit and advance to the next round of the Champions League. But Sporting did it and very convincingly, scoring 5 goals without response. Bodo/Glimt apparently thought they could hold onto their advantage, but they were wrong. Overall, the Norwegian team showed a very weak game; it seemed like they didn't want to play at all, Sporting just crushed them. In the end, the Lisbon side won, and Bodo/Glimt's fairytale ended.

I knew that Real, PSG and Arsenal won't be facing any problems eliminating Manchester City, Chelsea and Leverkusen. That was a tough day for the English clubs(except Arsenal). The big surprise was Sporting destroying Bodo/Glimt. I don't know what happened with a Norwegian team, but I'm glad that I didn't bet any money on them, because I was thinking on betting a small amount on Bodo eliminating Sporting.
Barcelona, Bayern and Atletico are going to be moving to the next round. Liverpool-Galatasaray is 1x2, in other conditions I would think that Liverpool is the absolute favorite for winning versus Galatasaray, but this season, the team from Merseyside is totally unpredictable.

In my opinion, the most exciting and surprising match was Sporting vs. Glimt Sporting played really well today, crushing Glimt 5-0. Initially, I thought glimt would win this match because glimt played well in the first leg and Sporting was helpless However, unexpectedly, in the second leg sportinG played well, their teamwork was excellent, and the passes  from the Sporting players near the Glimt goalposts were beautiful which ultimately resulted in a beautiful goal,

But in this match I lost because I lost my bet, and it's likely many others have experienced the same fate as me. Sometimes I wonder why Sporting hasn't played this well before. Maybe if they had played better from the start the aggregate score would have been more satisfying for Sporting. Rui is truly amazing for successfully defeating the glimt coach's strategy

Liam Rosenior is a baby coach and an inferior coach to Enzo maresca because if it was Enzo maresca that was still the manager of Chelsea, I would have bet that they will be unable to win Chelsea, talk less of winning them 8-2 on aggregate because if you check Enzo maresca record against top teams, you will understand that he is up there among the best managers tactically, that's why I believe that the hierarchy of Chelsea presently is destroying the club slowly.

Chelsea really fall my hand this time fr, I honestly thought they would at least show up and win the game or even put up a fight.  but they could not even score one goal. not even one.

0-3 is actually crazy, that is not even a close game at all, they were really dominated. I was really expecting better from them not gonna lie.

The most exciting matches of the second leg will be Barcelona vs Newcastle and arsenal vs leverkusen. Both of these  matches were drawn. However, Arsenal and Barcelona are considered favorites. They are stronger and the match is also their home match.

scoring 3 or more goals is a very difficult thing and many teams end up being afraid of facing the return leg but i don't think that's what Manchester City wants to do and they will certainly work hard to try to turn the game around, but i don't think they can really score so many goals.

Not gonna lie, Vinicius did played well, I was impressed tbh.  they even ruled out one of his goals for offside and he still came back to score two.

At first I thought Man City would win, even after the red card, because they were actually playing well and dominating Real Madrid. It looked like the game was in their control at some point.

But somehow Real Madrid still ended up defeating them. City really need to do better because right now, they have lost form.

I'm still in shock, is it not same Bodo/Glimt that won Manchester, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and Sporting Lisbon in the first leg. How come they couldn't pass this simple task after making it very easy in the first leg when they played Sporting. Scoring 3 goals was enough to make them qualify but I really don't understand why they were very weak today, you could see the amount of shots they concede, it makes me wonder if it's the same team that won those teams i mentioned.
 Indeed anything is possible in football, who would've believe that Sporting Lisbon would have a comeback today. I doubt if Manchester City would be able to do same, Real Madrid ain't Bodo/Glimt and won't concede 3 goals without scoring, it doesn't matter whether they're away or not, they're already leading by a goal which is a big problem for Manchester City.

This is why we love the champions league and actually name it the biggest club football competition in the world. In the past three goals is good enough to take you to the next round but right now three goals is now looking like an easy position that a team can easily come back from and that’s why we usually say any team that relaxes in the second leg is definitely going to be in first it and that’s exactly what Bodo/Glimt faced today.

This Bodo/Glimt team is just the same team that started last week and it is worth noting that the exact team Shiit has been on for some games and there is nothing like fatigue because they are in off season in their league and do not play until champions league nights

Ya, that's football, totally unpredictable. Who would have thought that, or even see Sporting CP advance to the next level. But sincerely, it was a shocker. From a 3:0 down in the first leg, to a full time 3:0 match, and Scoaring two goals at the second leg, making the game 5:0. It's was a real text of strength, power, decision to fight, never give up spirit and resilience in the sight of the Portuguese team, and it's paid off for them. Congratulations to them and there coach, Jose Mourinho. They have proven a real text of character and power to push on, and now, they are in the quarter finals, and they will be facing Arsenal. In all the matches played yesterday, Only Sporting was the club that gave me a big surprise because they were bold enough and believed in themselves that they can score more than three goals which they did amd eliminated bodo/glimit out of the competition from three goals down. They are the only club that three goals deficit didn't affect their performance or stop them from winning the game. The EPL clubs with three goals deficit couldn't even draw the match at home. What a shame.

From the beginning of the UEFA Champions league bodo was unstoppable even when they won Sporting 3-0 in the first leg i thought it was a game over for Sporting i never knew they can make a come back yesterday from 3-0 down in first leg to 3-3 in aggregate before heading to the extra time where Sporting added an extra 2 goals to make it look 5-3 in aggregate it was really a surprising result to me. EPL teams didn't do well in the round of 16 it was only Arsenal that made it to the quarter final maybe Newcastle United can also surprise me today.

I never expected Sporting CP to overturn the three goals advantage Bodø/Glimt had over them but they did it at ease and made it to the quarter final. Yes, Bodø/Glimt thought they could proceed to the next round of the Champions League with their advantage and they were relaxed and they didn't bothered to score a goal and make Sporting CP lose hope to qualify for the quarter final, that's why Sporting CP were motivated to fight Bodø/Glimt until they got the two goals in extra time that gave them a safe passage to the next stage of the Champions League.

Extremely disappointed by Manchester City. Getting eliminated by this Real Madrid losing both matches is humiliating. If they don't win the Premier League either I wonder if Guardiola will remain the manager for the next year too. I feel like his time at Ethiad has come to an end. They bought a lot of players during the last years, spending a huge amount of money, and they got very little results. After winning the Champions League they began a renovation process that is clearly not working.

Yes, it's a shame that Manchester City couldn't win in the first and second legs. In the second leg, it was a shame that, even though Manchester City was the host, they couldn't make their fans happy because they lost. In my opinion, Manchester City's loss to Real Madrid isn't too embarrassing. Real Madrid is a team with a strong squad and certainly has experience in the Champions League. We don't know what will happen to Pep, whether he will continue to coach Manchester City next season or not if Manchester City doesn't win a trophy. However, I think a change of coach is necessary if Manchester City doesn't improve their performance this season. We'll just have to wait and see what happens. But I think if Manchester City has a new coach, and if it's an experienced coach, it will definitely be exciting because Manchester City's game will be different.

You and I were both wrong about Sporting’s potential to advance to the next round. They were unbelievable scoring five goals and keeping shutout. 38 shot attempts and fourteen on target. They were playing like devils. It was indeed a very tough day for the English teams. Of course, it was quite obvious that Real Madrid, PSG and Arsenal would secure their ticket to the next round, even though Arsenal played draw with Leverkusen in the first leg I knew that they would eliminate Leverkusen in this second leg.

Honestly, Sporting proved us wrong in this match because nobody expected them to win Bodo due to the fact that Bodo was on winning streak, but Sporting took the lead and secured their ticket to the next round without any mistake in the game. Let's see how it goes with the teams you mentioned, but I'm pretty sure that they would also make it through.

I thought that Sporting should win at home, but I also thought that Bodo Glimt could score at least one goal, because they played very well in attack in all their previous matches. However, Sporting apparently realized that total pressing could completely block the attacking potential of the opponent. Overall, it was a very beautiful comeback. Sporting did what City and Chelsea could not do in their matches. It is a pity that Silva received a red card so early and basically took away all of City’s chances in that match. And PSG did what champions are supposed to do by the way, I bet on them.

Their loss makes me wonder if they have a type of weakness for sporting because it makes no sense for them not to score even a single goal against them in the first and second leg and the same team has won big teams from different leagues and I cannot say that they out of luck because they played quite well. It is a shame that they have been eliminated, I was hoping they could achieve something significant.

This is very likely. Bodo have lost their spark in the champions league. I guess they thought it was all over after the first leg and conceived a defensive idea. They felt they can hold them off to just 2 goals and should they be able to manage a 3rd goal, they would find a way to get 1 goal.
Well, all that has being smoked as it is. Sporting CP has being on the front foot since the kick off and they are not giving Bodo any breather. It?s go to be the end for Bodo, the Juventus and Gala story isn?t going to resurface here.

I don't think they're done for, in fact i think they still have some ammunition left to shoot, and they haven't quite reached the end, but i think there's still hope for them, everything is possible in football, let's not forget the absurd results we've seen over time, however i think that just having got there is a great satisfaction.

I didn't like the reaction of the City fans towards Vinicius at all.
Vini responded nicely by scoring a goal on the field.
In the last minute, Vini scored the second goal, but after a VAR review, it was determined that the position was offside and the goal was disallowed. City fans briefly protested against Vinicius again.
I was also upset about the goal being disallowed.
I was very happy when Tchouameni made a beautiful cross and Vinicius scored once again. This time Vini celebrated calmly. Real Madrid defeated Manchester City 1-2 away and eliminated Manchester City from the Champions League for the 5th time.

Vinicius Jr sometimes if not most of the times he is the cause of his own problems, I'm not in support of the way they treat him but yet again, why raise dust where there's non? He's a good player, many have seen what makes him weak on the pitch and they'd use it against him, they (opposition fans) know what would make the danger man play less and they had to do it, Vinicius Jr is a very emotional guy and all I expect of him is always keep calm weather they abuse him or not, stay calm and ignore these people and with time they'd grow weak in making him feel bad but you'd see him keep doing things that will make opposition fans grow more hate and all that at him so I blame him in some part. He scored a very good goal, why not celebrate without using a mocking the fans, they will always hit at him if he continues with such act.
