Atletico lost against Tottenham, but they have successfully eliminated the English team. I've had doubts only about Liverpool and Galatasaray, but this time, Liverpool did their job and won 4-0. I was not able to watch this match between Barcelona and Newcastle do to work stuffs. But when I checked scores online I was shocked with what I saw, because i can't imagine Barcelona winning Newcastle with that score, I expected to see below that something like 2:1, but what did saw 7:2.

I am not a Newcastle fan, but I was very disappointed yesterday when I saw the scores, i expected better from Newcastle. Newcastle losing the match is not a problem, but conceding 7 goals is something shameful. And from what I have read so far the Newcastle team never played that match with seriousness, they never planned of winning that yesterday match.

The actual fact is that Chelsea has really dropped in standard since the club world cup finals that they both met, and the current coach of Chelsea is just not good enough tactically to compete at the highest level, because if you look at the quality in both teams, they are not that far apart, it's just the tactical brilliance and maturity that PSG used to beat them convincingly.

Additionally, the defence of Chelsea is the worst I have seen so far in the English premier league this season, and as we all saw in the game, the misunderstanding and poor defending was just too obvious, so it's a well deserve victory for psg because the game wasn't as competitive as I expected.

Liverpool completely deserved to win. Galatasaray had virtually no scoring opportunities throughout the 90 minutes. Goalkeeper Uğurcan saved one penalty and had 11 other saves overall.

Liverpool played very well in this match. They definitely  deserved to win. But I thought I would see a better performance from Galatasaray. Even though they played well in the home match, the team performed atrociously in this  match.
Galatasaray's performance was very boring. Looking at their gameplay, I do not think they are willing to win the match at all. They did not make any attempt to score goals. The team was able to take only  2 shots in the entire match...

Liverpool were in full on killing mode and deserved their 4-0 win. But watching Galatasaray play I was completely disappointed after showing so much enthusiasm at home such a shaky performance away from home was truly disappointing. Only 2 shot in the entire match and after falling behind 1-0 at the start there was no sign of a goal it is hard to imagine such a disjointed game with so much attacking talent.

It seemed like they had given up after conceding first goal and gone into damage control mode and that is what happened, they simply crumbled like straw in the face of Slot's high pressing attack. I think Okan Buruk's tactic on the foreign field were a bit too defensive. Real Madrid has performed well in both matches against Manchester City. So it is normal for every player to celebrate during the game, after winning and after losing. Liverpool did not play well in the game, the first half of the game look boring because Liverpool players did not played well and we can see that Liverpool players take advantage of Victor Osimhen and other Galatasaray players to win the game, I did not say Liverpool did not deserve to win the game, Liverpool is the one playing at home and  they have a good advantage to win the game but they could not play well against Galatasaray until Osimhen got injured, Liverpool need to do better because they are facing PSG in the quarter final.

Barcelona performed very well and no one thought about their great performance. I thought Barcelona would win by scoring at most 4 goals. But I never imagined Barcelona would make such a big difference. Barcelona played much better than every Barcelona fan expected.

Every next match will be very exciting except Arsenal VS Sporting. Because after this Barcelona is going to face Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid is going to face Bayern Munich and PSG VS Liverpool. These matches will not be easy for anyone. Each team will have to try to be ahead in their home field and when they have to play in the opponent's home field, they will have to strengthen their defense a lot.
