That's very true, several coaches are very familiar with that philosophy (the best form of defence is attack) and it's for them cause when you mostly attack your opponent you put more pressure on them and cause them to make errors cause they're not calm enough to read the game properly and carry out their own coaches instructions but that doesn't mean that a team shouldn't have a solid defence inasmuch as they depend on the attackers to be very offensive against opponents take Arsenal, Bayern and also PSG for instance. Well done, you've hit on a key point! It's true that attack is the best form of defence, but if you don't have a solid defence, you can end up facing the same tactics from the opposing team, and then it becomes difficult to get back into the match.

I don’t know why but I just have that big confidence that Roma will come out on top in this game, and I really want to gamble on it. Roma looks very discipline especially on the defensive aspect of their game, and again for them now playing at home I think that will be another big advantage for them in this game. Roma have the best defensive team In the league this season and it will take a huge effort for Como to break them through.

I’m not taking anything away from Como, they are a very special side in this since they gain their promotion to Seria A and they play this kind of special football but in this game I think Roma will gain a win over them. Antonio Conte complained about the schedule after the Benfica loss. He said they were playing a match every 3 days and always fielding the same players. He has a large squad at his disposal and can play with different players. All teams competing in European cups play an average of one match every 3 days. They adjust their squads accordingly at the start of the season. You don't have to field the same starting 11 every time. Managing the rotation effectively is one of the manager's responsibilities. Como are well organised, as we saw in their defeat against Inter, when they never gave up despite the Nerazzurri's comfortable lead.
Roma are strong but unbalanced in defence, and they're also coming off a defeat against Cagliari. So we'll see two teams looking to get back to winning ways and put last week's heavy defeat behind them.

Attractive football doesn't always win you matches. Zeman is a good example of that. He didn't win anything in Italy. Take a look at what Allegri has done and is still doing, for example. He is always criticized for his ugly style of football, but he doesn't care. He won 5 consecutive Serie A titles and 4 Coppa Italia trophies with Juventus not that long ago. He is doing good with Milan right now, although he doesn't have nearly as good a team now as he had with Juve during his first spell. He said to a journalist to go to the circus if he wants to be entertained. He is there to win football matches.

I like Cesc and his Como side. Nico Paz is probably heading for Real next season, and I think that will be the downfall of Como. If Fabregas remains as their manager next season, I see them towards the bottom of the league table.

Milan were really under the expected level. I really don't like what Allegri is doing. He just focuses on keeping the score mainly instead of continuing to attack more. That was what happened in this match too.

Napoli played very poorly. The only part that they looked good was after Udinese scored. I still don't like Højlund and I believe Lukaku will do better. He is about to recover.

As for Juventus, things might have been different if Bologna scored that one hitting the post in the 1st half. And there is a red card shortly after Juventus' goal of course...

I'm not surprised about this result, I already say if Sassuolo can give unexpected result for AC Milan. this not just for the first time happen to AC Milan. Sassuolo just alike a nightmare for Milan in several important match for them. Sassuolo not dominant, but I remember in a season (i forget the year) when Milan trying to stay in compete for title with Inter but Milan lose from sassuolo making the points gap not possible for Milan to catch anymore.

Hojlund would do better only when he has KDB as the one who could give him easy and accurate pass. He looks so struggle and less dangeours without someone who can pass the ball to him like KDB. Hojlund consistently scored when KDB was fit, but after he missed KDB, he looks so lose.

Nevertheless, i don't think even replacing him with Lukaku will help a lot due to the amounts of injury faced by Napoli.

Wesley Franca's only goal came in the 60th minute, creating a tense atmosphere in the Roma side, which had repeatedly attempted shots but failed, and ultimately suceeded.

Indeed and he has achieved alot with his new team como, very soon some of the biggest club in Europe and beyond will start looking for him, as real Madrid for Alonso, and Napoli did for Mauricio sarri before he moved to Chelsea, sitting 7th in the league is a plus to the team

It was really weird. Roma couldn't score in the first half with 1.03 xG but they did later on with 0.12 xG.    Indeed their defense saved them in this match.

Otherwise I don't think Como would have lost. They had many shots inside the box but most of them were blocked. They couldn't find a single chance in or around the six-yard box.

The defense still carries Roma but how long will it be like this?
