There was a period of 2/3 weeks where they were all 1 point apart, so you can well imagine.

This 5 points gap is indeed mathematically achievable for AC Milan to catch up. However, I can't imagine it will be easy. Because, as we know, Inter is more consistent than AC Milan, which will likely make it difficult for Milan to shift Inter position. Just securing a UCL spot isn't enough for me, as Milan no longer have any other competitions besides Serie A. It would be very disappointing if they don't get the Serie A title with players who should be in better physical condition than Inter, cause they are still playing in the UCL and Coppa Italia.

Inter being title winners was given, they have been great for the past two years and still failed, so it is going to be nice for them to get the title finally. A season ago they won the league, but last year they missed it and barely missed it as well, so it's fine that they are doing great again, last year was a fluke but they are the best team so getting these type of wins is great for them.

I can see why other teams wanted too, because both Milan and Napoli were fine for a very long time but they couldn't sustain being that good for too long and started to do worse while Inter kept on winning games. Now, it is going to be even tougher, because Inter will be playing at later stages of UCL so they will be even more tired.

They're even better off than most teams that have managed to secure a spot in the Europa league group stages and the Europa conference league play off. Teams like Sassuolo Calcio, Lazio and Cremonese, usually with either just 1 win, 1 draw and 3 losses or, for the last club, no wins at all in their last 5 games. Fiorentina only woke up late, after 22 uncertain games, so with every breath in them, all they should need right now is to stay above the relegation zone.
Tomorrow will be another tough match that will decide how this goes for them entirely.. Napoli isn't in great shape right now; maybe it's a strategy to conserve the energy for the UCL matches or whatnot, but it'll be a great way to start the new week if they can win.

Playing at Inter's home ground and taking a two-goal lead is truly extraordinary for a team at the bottom of Serie A. I personally didn't believe they could score two goals. But in the end, they still lost. Inter absolutely punished them with six spectacular goals. Of course, no one expected Pisa to win that match. This result makes it even more difficult for them to escape the relegation zone. Fiorentina still has a chance to escape the relegation zone. But I think Verona and Pisa have already lost their chances of staying in Serie A next season, even though there are still 16 matches left.

I had predicted before the match that Inter would win by a big score, because facing a weak team at home. Furthermore, Inter's winning mentality was also evident in this match, as despite being two goals down, they immediately thrashed Pisa with six goals.
