Whatsoever decision we see the coach date for the players were all to the progress of the team, not all the players we have to play at the same time as we know, some we definitely be on the bench, while some will have to be on the first 11, is common and it does not undermine the potential of a player, instead, shows for more coordination and oriented planning the same has in other two work in hand with each other for the progress of the team as the manager decided on who should play or not at a given time.

The head coach normally has the final say on the players he features on the match but that doesn't mean he's always right on his decision. Coach is a human and can make mistakes too. Sometimes, most of their decisions are based on emotion and it sometimes cost them the match. I have no problem with how the coach set up his team, whom he chooses as first eleven and who he keeps on the bench as long as it benefit the entire team. However, if his decision was based on personal issue with a player and at the end of the day, his decision affect the performance negatively, he deserves every criticism from the fans.

It is normal in football that whatever happens, the head coach is the one who usually takes the blame, and this has been going on for years. This is because the coach has a very important role to play. If you look at other clubs, the moment they change coach you will see how the performance of the club will also change, and as a coach, you should know your responsibility, and you don't need to worry, sometimes we are not in the position of the coach so what ever decision his making is for the benefits of the club so but most times we are always judging by emotions.

The idea to take a temporary contract is highly suitable option in order to be physically fit and stay in touch with the game. We observe that playing on the field would be even more worthy than just sitting around without definite signs of a big club. You are correct that it is important to invite a player to adjust the value of the contract to enable easier transformation of the career of the player. Such rational move will lead to more openings in future when the transfer window is reopened. Being at the top of competition proves great professionalism and this is greatly esteemed by global human resource hunters.

Eyimba should look for another goalkeeper and leave our national goalkeeper alone because those league are too small and will likely make Nwabali to learn nothing from them, is like after having a foreign experience and you are wasting it in a local football, if he wants more to his career he should not see Eyimba as a team to go, his salary may not be too big from the club he left but it will be very big compare to what Eyimba would give him, how much are they even paying people in Eyimba, the best salary for him should be in dollar currency because there is nothing thousand of naira Eyimba would pay him could buy like the ones he has been paid before.

From the decision that Nwabali took it clear that he wants to leave for a bigger club that is why he decided to leave his present club right their in south Africa. Let see what he can do , I know that Nwabali is a great fool keeper and he has proven himself already their is no doubt when it comes to what he can do as a goal keeper. I just pray that he gets better offers from European teams so that he can leave the sows of Africa to a bigger clubs in Europe were the pay will be much more better and in a more comfortable environment in terms of training facilities compared to to here in Africa.

Nwabali is not longer a small goalkeeper, he is an experience goalkeeper with a good goalkeeping skills. His performance during the afcon tournament is something I really admire. Making me  to  respect his present decision to leave his team and go for another. Normally nwabali is suppose to be keeping for one of the big teams in England or Europe, because he has what it takes to be there. For me Nwabali deserve better, this South Africa league nwabali is presently is not really doing him well. Coaches are the head of a team, and they make decisions for their team on how to start a game and finish it as well. Some coach always start their first eleven mixed up, while some bench why? because sometimes it is not reasonable to put all your eleven best workforce on display, because as time goes on, and when they are tired, they would need a replacement for their wing, and since the team has no more key players, they field whoever is available, and sometimes it can cost the team their match. This is why most coaches do not field their eleven best at the  beginning of games.

Yes that correct Coaches are really the head of the team and just as you have made mention there have very right to give any opinion for the team, which this should not even be an big issues to the players at first….all most all the coaches are found of doing such thing by start the game with their best players best eleven, and while player are sitted on the bench to be pick to me feel it no big deal having to allow coach pico who so ever he want to put..

Coaches have a reason for keeping players on the bench they do not just do that because they feel like it, but because they need players capable of being able to hold the game past halftime, because at that time, players are almost exhausted, so they would need a replacement, which should be another key player that the coach has reserved for the bench. This is why sometimes you see a key player on the bench till nearly the end of the game before they are changed.

I think for now I can see your point of view about this  coach's decisions in which said are crucial  well feel more like if If a player's not performing, it's on the coach to make changes. Fans expect results, and it's the coach's job to deliver and that all no mush issues just for the coaches to do the right thing that all…

Playing for Enyimba is temporary which could be adjusted later for a bigger deal, remarkable players like Musa plays for Kano Pillars and it's fun and builds playing time. Nwabali has great potentials, and has one job to do, staying televised to get the eyes of potential suitors in the international ground.

Of course all blames goes to the coach because it is his job to direct the players on what to do and whenever a problem of a player not giving out his best arises, the coach will be questioned for that, coach are overseers, they are been hired by the club management to take charge of the team and they are been paid for it, is just like a moment that a coach notice that a player has been given 2 yellow card already and he still allows him to continue playing instead substituting him, whatever happens in this scenario will be blamed on the coach because he failed to act fast.
