The idea to take a temporary contract is highly suitable option in order to be physically fit and stay in touch with the game. We observe that playing on the field would be even more worthy than just sitting around without definite signs of a big club. Such rational move will lead to more openings in future when the transfer window is reopened. Let see what he can do , I know that Nwabali is a great fool keeper and he has proven himself already their is no doubt when it comes to what he can do as a goal keeper. Coaches are the head of a team, and they make decisions for their team on how to start a game and finish it as well. Some coach always start their first eleven mixed up, while some bench why? because sometimes it is not reasonable to put all your eleven best workforce on display, because as time goes on, and when they are tired, they would need a replacement for their wing, and since the team has no more key players, they field whoever is available, and sometimes it can cost the team their match. This is why most coaches do not field their eleven best at the  beginning of games.

Yes that correct Coaches are really the head of the team and just as you have made mention there have very right to give any opinion for the team, which this should not even be an big issues to the players at first….all most all the coaches are found of doing such thing by start the game with their best players best eleven, and while player are sitted on the bench to be pick to me feel it no big deal having to allow coach pico who so ever he want to put..

Playing for Enyimba is temporary which could be adjusted later for a bigger deal, remarkable players like Musa plays for Kano Pillars and it's fun and builds playing time. Nwabali has great potentials, and has one job to do, staying televised to get the eyes of potential suitors in the international ground.

Please he shouldn't come to Nigerian league, Eymba should hold their peace, we are looking for a way Nwabali can play European football, because that's where talents like him should be playing especially at his level, because that's the highest level of football competition in the world and he should be participating in such level. This not to disregard the Nigerian league, but the young man deserves a better football opportunity, he has gotten experience for of the national league, let him try something new overseas.

If he sustains an injury while playing, I don't think they will be able to give him proper care as should be, that alone for me is enough reason he shouldn't think of accepting any offer from them, except he's been patriotic and want to promote domestic league just like Ahmed Musa did some time ago. But before Musa did, he had explored his career already and only came back at the later stage of his career, Nwabali is still very much fresh in his career so he needs a place that will help him do and achieve more in his career, so that for the records there will be something to reference, then he can comeback to accept local offers if he finds it worthwhile.

Funny enough, no European club is calling out Nwabali to be signed. If they really want to have him signed, they would have done that in the transfer window of January, even during the World Cup qualification, as the Super Eagles are almost there in qualifying.

For one of the Nigerian league clubs(Eyimba) to think it wise to sign Nwabali, who are we are to say no to that when that's the available club that wants to sign him for the main time, for him not to continue to stay out of the club. If he feels disrespected by his former club then it is not bad for him to leave and move to a club which actually respects him but he should be wary of his next move because we have seen multiple cases where the club a player moves usually actually to where it is worse in terms of minutes to be played. As For Nwabali I think I an very well skeptical about this move to Morocco because regardless of whether the beef was with the Senegalese I can still remember Nwabali actually taunting them personally with a post about them keeping the towel to rub off their tears after the nation lost to Senegal and with all honesty I doubt he will be forgiven easily because that was one expensive banter and it’s the reason why they are actually banters that footballers do not need to participate in.

With the attitude Morocco showed in the African Cup of Nations, they won't forgive Nwabali for mocking them after they lost the African Cup Nations to Senegal. Nwabali should avoid any move to Morocco if he want to be in a place where he will be loved and respected. If Nwabali and his agent can't accept offer from the Turkish league, they should either accept offers from Libya or Tanzania to save Nwabali's football career.

It's just football moreover that's bygone so I wonder why they'll want to take it personal, anyways Nwabali should avoid going there for his own security cause some fans can go extreme. Morocco in return wronged several nations and even Nwabali, remember how their ball boys and some players stole the towels of their opponents goalkeepers so does that mean that their players should be treated bad in a case where they seek to play in those countries? I wonder why Nwabali's agent won't accept offers from the Turkish league, that's an upgrade for his career cause he'll be more visible there.

The reason why Nwabali's agent doesn't want to accept the offer that's coming from the Turkish league is because Nwabali will be a backup goalkeeper, and he doesn't want that kind of offer for Nwabali. Nwabali is a play that still want to have more caps for the Super Eagles, and Nwabali moving to the Turkish league will limit his chances of having more caps for the Super Eagles since he won't see playing chances in the Turkish league.

Like every ship and aircraft, the captain and leader happens to be the coach of the team and that is why it is the coach that bears the responsibility of every decision that is taken within the team's circle, this implies leadership and the ability to take control of every situation that comes your way.

Regarding the team's selection, it is normal that only eleven players can be called upon to start a match according to the rules and only the coach reserves the right to select those players whom he sees fit to be on the starting line up
