I have a problem syncing the wallet. It is stuck at block 82046. Anyone having the same issue?

This can mean one of these 2 things:

- Your wallet version is not up to date, in which case you should update.
- Your wallet version is up to date, but it can't find other nodes. In that case you should add the "addnodes" that are listed in the OP in your saturncoin.conf configuration file and restart the wallet

Yeah it turned out I had old version (2.0.0.). I will try the new wallet now.

I think I got the old wallet from here

Thank you Saturncoins for your help in resolving my issue.

I have now downloaded v2.2.2.0 of the wallet using the link in the original post as you advised.

I had to add the following two lines to the saturncoin.info:

addnode=213.179.192.62
addnode=74.196.59.25

for the wallet to sync fully.

I would like to say SaturnCoin seems complicated www.saturncoin.net is the site that got me started with SaturnCoin and it looks as though it's the real deal as the official website.

You are telling me http://www.saturncoinfoundation.org is the official site.

Both of these seem to point to saturncoin.org as the forums, but this forum has links to the most up to date wallet.

Also coinwarz lists http://www.saturncoin.net/ as the website for this coin.

There seems to be a lot of mixed messages, so it is no surprise I was looking in the wrong places for information and assistance.

Whilst this forum isn't difficult to find, what is difficult is knowing which is the official website for SaturnCoin and which is the official forum.

I wish you good luck for the future of the coin and once again thank you for your help.

If you watch the exchanges you will see that the last two weeks the daily volume on Saturncoin is going up.
Someone or several people are buying around 4-5 BTC worth saturncoins at 2-3 satoshi a day.
This probably means they know something 'we' dont and that there is something goin to happen.

My opinion is that Saturncoin is coming with good solid news just like the dev stated a few days ago.
And if this 'news'drops 'soon' i expect the price to rise x5 / x10 fast.

But thats not what it should be about. I know most of the traders are in for quick and fast money.
If you 'care' about saturncoin you should be in it to support de community and the future of it and not for quick profit.

But anywayzzzzz, lets hope somethins is up for Saturncoin wehere we can all benefit from  Wink

I can understand people who bought in at higher prices getting panicky from almost 1 satoshi price. But at 1 satoshi the Saturncoin market cap would be ~70 btc, which is ridiculously low.

Well we haven't been able to deposit or withdraw from Cryptsy for at least a week so that doesn't help or look good.

No deal, McCutcheon, that moon money is mine!

fresh from mintpal IRC :

<@MintPal-Jay> Just wanted to inform that tomorrow we will be converting the ECC, MRC, SAT, TOP and ZEIT markets to LTC pairings. The BTC markets will be closed once the LTC markets are running tomorrow.

SAT will not be moved to LTC at MintPal, in light of the upcoming transition which will be taking place soon. Previously Mintpal had not yet been briefed about the specifics of our plans, mainly because we felt like it would be unfair if specific parties would be informed before the public announcements. Mintpal has now been informed about the general outline of our plans, and they have therefore agreed to not change the existing SAT/BTC trading pair. We will release the detailed announcement of our plans, as well as the timeline, within 24 hours. A lot of good things to come Smiley

Edit 2: Nibbles at 4sat

Doing great guys but I hope this isn't a quick pump.  20btc volume and moving past 7sat.  Twitter is lighting up with #saturncoin.
