Yes, and that's why there's a confusion regarding this matter. Even if the support said that they allow VPN to play for some games they have, no other information in ToS if there's an exception when using a VPN. It only stated that VPN is not allowed. There's no further explanation to clear things up. So, I asked again the live chat support, I only get the same answer that they allow the use of VPN. However, when I ask a follow up question if there's an exception, I got no answer. That's why I sent an email inquiry regarding this. I'm still waiting for their response.
for me, the wisest approach is better to avoid any games that have been restricted by the provider, even if the casino allows user to use VPN, i will stay away from that games. I doing this because to prevent any potential winnings being canceled by the provider because of VPN usage detected. I don't really know if that potentially happens or not, but I would rather avoid from the beginning than face problems with my account or my winnings later.

It can only be a good approach if you are the type of gambler who can play anything available to be played with. For other gamblers who only prefer a specific game, this will only become a disappointment. For example in my situation, access for sports is forbidden. Only casino and slot games can be accessed. So, I will look for ways to unlock it and be able to play the games that I want to play

If you are prohibited to play a kind of games on a casino, you have to accept it, comply with their Terms of Service, even their partnered game providers, and move towards other casinos to find places to play your favorite games. I don't know but reading your post, I feel you are likely want to "unlock" access to games that are prohibited to your access in unacceptable ways according to VegaBet's ToS. You can try to do that but in my stance, it's a risky action and I recommend you to avoid doing this. Finding other casinos to play such sports bets would be safer for your account and fund. You can continue using Vegabet but with slot games only for example.

While the casino may state that it permits a VPN, this does not apply to every game, so it may additionally come with an issue if a win is challenged. In my opinion, it would be better to review the exact terms with the casino and provider prior to playing. Frustrating it is, but paying the penalty for winnings being cancelled would be worse.

It's not that I want to start disobeying the ToS. If you backread on the previous page/s, you will see that there was a small misunderstanding regarding the use of VPN. I only used myself as an example since I was the one who inquire through live chat support to clarify these details. The purpose is of course to help other users who might have the same confusion and to provide clarification. It can help to avoid breaking the ToS. So, no one will commit a violation unintentionally.

I have never experienced that when playing on a casino or sportsbook. I have not been restricted from betting on only a few sports or specific games. The only restrictions I usually see are on slots or some casino games that are not available in my country. But when it comes to sports betting, most of the games are available to me.

of course this is not good for you, but if you are bypassing game and feature that limited in your country by using VPN, and you are feeling okay to play it an game provider won't take issue with the results you achieve, go ahead bro. But you have to accept any risk after that. I feel the same with you, and not really good with any limitations. In the past, i like PG Soft games, but this game currently restricted in my country, not just in Vega but also other casino. so, i think better to chose to look for accessible alternatives rather than forcing myself to play that games with VPN. because I'm afraid my winning can be canceled or rejected when trying to withdraw (maybe i'm wrong, but this is my best choice).

It's normal to be afraid. Today, while reading VegaBet's terms and conditions, I saw that they do not support the use of VPN, so trying to access restricted games with VPN may cause problems with your account later. So if a provider's game is not available in your country, it is safer not to play it. Because even if you can play the game, if you have trouble with account verification later during withdrawal, the whole thing becomes meaningless. You can check the matter from their terms and conditions. 3.4. You may not use a VPN, proxy or similar services or devices that mask or manipulate the identification of your real location.

Again, I'll point it out to be a meaningless discussion already and wait for the team to update it all at once. It's getting nowhere and just being redundant imo. I am having that same trouble too and state here that I used VPN to bypass it but it was still the same, the VPN wasn't much of an answer either.

I am having that same trouble too and state here that I used VPN to bypass it but it was still the same, the VPN wasn't much of an answer either. I think talking about the VPN is a bit of a repetition. The big problem is the discrepancy between the gambling establishment's conditions and the support that's stating to the users. If it's officially banned, it's going to have to be said and enforced. Players might otherwise be tempted to risk their account with limited games, only to experience withdrawal syndrome later in the game or have an account problem. I believe it's best to avoid VPNs and opt for easily accessible games until VegaBet clears things up and updates, everything properly. The team should answer straightly and officially and it would be better if there was one clear answer.
