Thanks for posting it as a reminder, even though I knew, but these few replies should not become a barrier for you to post them or something similar next time.
Thanks — we'll keep the "reminder" label on posts like that going forward.
It should be added to the FAQ on the website just with the reply dex.fo answered here
Some people also spend more in mining fees than they expect, so the value send is sometimes slightly different than expected.
Good suggestion, and bitmover's point about mining fees is exactly the kind of case it would cover. We'll think about adding it to the FAQ.
In standard mode, I was supposed to receive 96 USDT, and in fast mode — 88 USDT.
Also, the stated time for the fast mode — 5–15 minutes — does not match reality. In the end, I waited longer than 20 minutes.
For USDT, the most expensive networks are presented, whereas it is much more cost-effective to receive it on Solana or Polygon.
Also, the minimum threshold for an exchange should be lower, in my opinion.
Thanks for coming back and sharing the full picture — glad both swaps went through in the end.
On fees: most of what you're seeing on a $100 swap is the network fee for the USDT payout. ERC-20 and TRC-20 are expensive networks right now, that's well known, and on small amounts that fixed cost takes a big share. Cheaper networks are in development.
On timing: the 5–15 minute window starts once your deposit has its required network confirmations, not from the moment you hit send. Until we've actually received the coins, the exchange can't happen — that's normal for any service.
On the minimum: we're not planning to lower it. $30 is already as low as we can go — precisely because of network fees, smaller swaps can end up running at a loss.
Appreciate the honest feedback, it helps us see where things need to be explained better.
