Because they know many people will get attracted to deal with platforms don't ask KYC. But the problem with the casinos claiming to be a NON KYC platform, they actually intentionally fool people by hiding that process in their TOS.
This is why people need to be more careful dealing with them and read their rules to know more about them.
Because its so hard if it came to the point that later on. KYC will be asked while they are not expecting this to happen, because they are expecting that No KYC will be asked since this is what they write in the title of their thread.
I don't get easily carried away when by the no KYC caption because I have noticed that it is just a marketing strategy and nothing else. You can see that from the caption of most new casinos because they aim to use that to attract players to their platforms. I will be more comfortable with a casino that made it clear that they may not ask for KYC now but they reserve the right to ask for it in the future if the need arises. This will make me prepare my mind for it and that is how it is supposed to be.

It has been a no KYC schemes casinos use to lure player's which generates traffic for them for quite some time now and they have been scaling through with it but unfortunately, these days it is now game up for them as the community is now wiser and smart enough to detect their scheme's and knowing how to follow them up. This has made some fake casino to switch to take licence which lately some casinos that have been registering on this platform has been caught up by reputable members who quickly verify to know if the licence number they had presented were correct only for them to discover that it was fake and the casino representative quickly removed. Example of such case was that of the 1xDice a few days ago.

I'm yet to understand why they've now turned "NoKYC" to pure marketing buzzword material instead of what it's supposed to be which is a strict operating rule. They'll not tell you that the NoKYC doesn't mean they'll not require your personal details for verification until it's time to withdraw, that's when personal documents are demanded. I think it's time players start calling them out publicly and boycotting the ones that are called out for that deceitful behaviour, else, they'll keep taking advantage of that loophole.
The truth is that casino players has given all the casinos that are found doing that the previllige to continue with such things because they are yet to respond with action instead they go no to look for another casino that will later come up with the same rules of demanding for KYC when they are about to make withdrawals. I know that casinos always come of up their own reasons as to why they have such rules but it is better for them to become a KYC based casino so that every player will be informed of their stand before agreeing with their terms. The only thing I suspect here is that most casinos wants to get more customers before they start up with the KYC rules, it's now clear that most of the casinos does not truly represent what they claim to be as a NoKYC casino.

I've thought about it severally that's why i feel it's what they're doing cause how can they claim to be KYC free then request for it later or is that the NoKYC is only for registration and deposit but not withdrawals.

I just want to put the light on something here, it’s not always about the privacy, in some countries its clearly impossible to prove ur identity like it’s illegal to gamble but authorities dosn’t restrict those site, it’s a little too difficult to explain but that’s the point, and this is why i only play on casino that dosn’t requires any kyc verifiable

One thing we all should know is that any casino with registration and licence from the government always or definitely would request for KYC because they are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where they operate from so in that case, they would definitely request such inline with the operational laws of the land. So this is what I check because a licenced casino would not take members and not request for identifying their players when they know the government would come after them if there be any issues regarding the fund's they had used to gamble on the platform or they used their platform for money laundry. So just have it in mind that any casino with a licence number telling you that they are a no KYC is just using it as a strategy to get traffic and when they have achieved their goal the reverse would be the case.

. For me I think it's the players fault who falled to read through the term and condition as well as the rules of the casino before playing. Everyone who cares about where there .oney goes and what there funds does for them should be able to spend out some time to really take a close look at this casinos and have some rethink before just jumping on it without first getting to know more about them and what there policies are, for a serious user, you really cannot afford to through money on a casino that would probably end up to be a scam and eventually make you loose your funds, so why you are busy with other things and not being able to spend time to read through you should at least take note of some really necessary and very important things. Yes players need to be blamed for that especially when they failed to do the right thing at the right time. Many of the players that are using casinos would no longer want to read information that will help them to understand the casino they are using and the enforcement each user need to abide to so they don't fail the law and get punished for not keeping the rule.

Players that it has affected in the past will know better and also mind how they jump to register in a no Kyc they come across because the story will be the same as the many they have come across. The casino policy will start to change the moment they have good number of active players, but the number will start to reduce when they have been affected with the policy of Kyc when they have made money in the casino. Players should have it at the back of their mind that all the casinos are doing the same thing they will demand for Kyc when they have good number of players.

Players likes it when they see certain bonuses being offered by a particular casino I guess they rush to start working with the casino without checking their rules. The blame is on them for not doing due diligence to read the terms before playing games, it they go against the rules the casino will punish them by not allowing them to remove the money they have in the account they can even make it worse by not allowing them to have access to the account to keep playing so that there will not be a way for them to withdraw the money they have in the account.

You have said it all, and if it is not market strategy, why then do they ask for it at any point in time, gamblers now understand this tactics, we aren't new to it, since I have come to the conclusion that I might be asked for my KYC, I stop disturbing myself about some Casinos that present themselves as NoKYC, I think gamblers should prepare their minds that NOKYC as some casino claim is just a mere word, and should be ready to adapt to twist of rules by casinos, to justify their reason decision when the time comes.

Externally, your perspective is accurate. Every business entity wants to continuously increase customer service. Consequently, those casinos or services can apply any strategy. However, we must ensure how effective and helpful it is for us. In the case of Non-KYC casinos, identity verification is only mandatory for suspicious players. However, unlicensed Non-KYC casinos should be avoided as they pose a threat to gamblers. In the current context, finding a reliable non-casino is quite difficult. Because many casinos disguised as such are emerging around us, ready to loot money. Therefore, it would not be reasonable to make decisions without reading the TOS and credible documents (license).

Yes experience is the best teach and people who learn through personal experience are better off than those that have self thought through reading books or hearing online experiences. Losing money is not something that those that overheard the talk would understand the true feelings. There are players that have suffered as a result of using bad casinos and getting trapped on the option of dropping their KYC information or forget about their fund.

This is not a good practice by these casinos and the more they do it and more players fall for their trap, the more the trend will become obsolete and no one will be moved when they hear no Kyc casino again. This is misuse of information and it's not good at all for players that have genuine play to play on a no kyc casino. This kind of behavior should be stopped and the misinformation need to end.

True, why many people choose No KYC casinos is for privacy so you coulld imagime the level of disappointment when they win a huge amount of money and then they're being asked to submit their credentials to collect the reward, I'll be so disappointed if such happens to me. Sometimes it might not even be the casino that would compromise the data given to them in form of KYC but a hacker that breach into their system, that's my fear/worry about KYC.
It's true that no Kyc casinos can give you the privacy you are looking for but majority that we see as no kyc casinos are not really what they called themselves. This is the trend and that is why we are seeing so many casinos trying to add it to their features why they would later ask players for KYC information when it's not suppose to be like that. The worse part is that there is no way we can stop that from reoccurring. It's disturbing when you trust a casino as a nokyc casino and end getting to the point where the same casinos who painted themselves as a nokyc casino will still come back only to ask for kyc and use it to even limit you from certain services unless you register your kyc especially when it has to do with withdrawal procedures, this is not supposed to be so but then these casinos tend to mislead there users and make them blindly trust this casinos as a nokyc casino and end up realizing that the no kyc advert was a scam at the end of the day. This is really sad and can cause discouragement for players who prefer to remain private with their information. Casinos needd to do better in the services they render, the people who trust them before creating an account will be disappointed to see them coming back to ask them for verification and Kyc when they are against it at the first place. They have to find other better ways to resolve the issue of Kyc request if it is not settled so many players will be forced to stop playing because of the fear of not being paid when they win. Yeah talking about this casinos doing better I think I agree with you on this because some of this casino aren't usually concerned about the players but just about them they there tend to make the players feel less confidence in them because I mean how can a casino advertise one thing and end doing the exact opposite thereby making the players feel like they are scams and find it difficult to believe in there services.

So he wasn't saying nonsense though but it would have been better you posted the link to the op so we too can read and understand the content and context of the message the OP is trying to pass across.

Some casinos do not have any intention to ask fkr players information based on how they are operating and their some that will always ask for players information based on their licensing. There should be different kind of licensing casinos are getting based on how they want to operate. If you insist, so why are some casinos not interested to ask players of their personal information? They operate differently.
