I just found this site today and was looking for my gpu but could not find it on there so gave up on it.
What if I had multiple pcs though. Would I be able to utilize them all for the same hashing power to sell on one account?

Hi,

I intend to build some rigs to mine using NiceHash, and I'm thinking to choose between the following GPUs:

GTX 1050 Ti 4GB, 135€
GTX 1060 3GB, 186€
RX 470 4GB, 176€
RX 480 4GB, 210€

Kw/h, 0'12€

I've been looking nicehash calculator, but I tested a 470 and it seems a bit outdated. Which one would you recommend? Should I consider other GPUs?

Thanx!

Go with RX 470, it has the best price/performance ratio.

And yes, our calculator is outdated and we will make a new version with up-to-date numbers soon (probably next week).

It's hard to predict how much you'll make with 0.01 BTC. It mostly depends which pool you choose and of pool's luck.
I advise you to search this forum for recommended Eth pools before buying hashing power.

Button doesn't work?
Did you use this URL to register https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=register ?

Nope button not working, when i click it nothing happens , page just sits just like that.

Seems i can't signup seems useless.

Is cloud mining a viable option for profiting? I've been scammed through cloud mining services before and I just want to make sure that doesn't happen again before investing my earned funds.

This area is up for grabs! PM me if you're interested.

Unlike traditional, often failed investment-based cloud mining services, NiceHash provides purely technological advanced cloud mining experience. As a buyer you can put quick orders and rent massive amount of hashing power, point it to a pool of your choice and mine Bitcoins or any other altcoins such as Litecoin, Dash and other emerging digital currencies. By taking advantage of variable coins mining difficulty and smart trading you can make great profits with hashing power, rented through NiceHash service.

Also, in this FAQ you'll find some hints for maximizing the profits: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=faq#faqb15

Best regards,
NiceHash team.

There should be some mistake in my calculations, but I don't know where:
http://imgur.com/a/FwfI3

It's a 40k euros investment in 25 rigs of 6 RX 470 each one. I have tested one RX 470 at 167 Sol/s

The yearly expected profit says almost 400k euros, it has to be mistaken, but I don't know why, can somebody explain me please? What can I really expect?

Thanks!

Profitability calculator is taking into account the past 30-days profitability. The problem here is that right after Z.cash launch at the end of previous month, the Equihash profitability was extremely high which kinda brakes the past 30-days statistics. In order to get a more real number you would have to do manual calculation in this case.

And do keep in mind the difficulty levels when mining. I don't expect any rigs to give back the entire investment in less than a year unless some miracles happen, like you mining the first ZCASH coin and selling it for..god knows 3000 btc or something...

However, if everything goes well, you should be able to get back your initial investment in 2 years time after that it will become a lot harder.

Thank you all for the answers, one question about the program,

sometimes, there is a significant difference between what nicehash says that is mining, and what the wallet profile on nicehash website says that is mining. Is it just some kind of lag?

Tpruvot's ccminer is listed in the supported miners.

I'm having trouble mining decred on NiceHash:

Tpruvot's ccminer is listed in the supported miners.
I tried with the --no-extranonce switch with the same result

Use this fork: https://github.com/nicehash/ccminer-tpruvot - it has the full needed stratum support.

Thanks!

Is cloud mining a viable option for profiting? I've been scammed through cloud mining services before and I just want to make sure that doesn't happen again before investing my earned funds.

Cloud mining services often turn out ponzi schemes as users cannot verify if the cloud mining contracts or shares they purchased are backed by real hardware, the moment enough number of investors suspect the ability of the operator to stay solvent, the service will impode. This is how the Wall Street-type rip off small investors and the same trick is borrowed by the dishoest cloud mining services.

Sadly, many in the community have yet waken up to the fact and scams continue.

The only reliable ways to mine with high likelihood to profit is:

1. Mine yourself if you have access to cheap hardware and cheap electricity

2. Find a reputable hoster who meets the aforementioned conditions.
