Looking for some more info on the latest NiceHash miner release 1.7.5.0 and the CPU mining support for CryptoNight. For a start, the MSDN link on the release page is dead. This page has some info on enabling Locked Pages. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms190730(v=sql.105).aspx"On 32-bit operating systems, setting this privilege when not using AWE can significantly impair system performance. Locking pages in memory is not required on 64-bit operating systems." Can someone clarify this please ?

Information and guidelines for third-party pool operators and pool usersWe prepared a dedicated webpage with essential information and guidelines for third-party pool operators and pool users (hashing power buyers). Please check out this page to make sure that the mining process, made through buying orders of our hashing power, will be smooth and profitable for all parties. One of the things that we would like to point out from the new webpage is how to configure your pool (as a pool owner) for optimal compatibility with NiceHash. It is highly recommended for your pool to either auto-detect connections from NiceHash or configuring dedicated stratum ports for NiceHash connections. Auto-detection can be done by parsing mining.subscribe, where you will notice "NiceHash/x.x.x" - in this case, you will have to set high enough difficulty for these connections ( see table/API at the dedicated page). If you are unable to implement auto-detection, then you should open dedicated stratum ports for NiceHash connections and make sure your users will get this information from your FAQs, help, or getting started guides. It is also recommended that you enable and allow setting custom (initial/minimum) worker difficulty for your pool users - this will make sure that the connections from NiceHash will be stable and our customers will have proper control over their workers. Keep in mind that setting a proper high-enough difficulty will lower the load on your pool servers and make mining more stable. Thank you for your using our service and keep on hashing! Best regards, NiceHash team

We did some tweaks on default intensity settings on our fork of ccminer for X11-gost algorithm: 16.0+ MH/s speed for GTX 108012.5+ MH/s speed for GTX 1070https://github.com/nicehash/ccminer-x11gost/releasesEDIT: we will soon upgrade NiceHash Miner and include this version of ccminer for X11-gost algorithm Keep on hashing! Best regards, NiceHash team.

Some problems with latest NHM 1.7.5.1 ? It will only CPU mine with 1 core now ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Revert back to 1.7.5.0 and all is well.

See above...since v1.7.5.1 NHM will only use 1 CPU core for me. Try reverting to previous version, I can then set number of cores correctly.

What do you mean? Where we can ask questions and get answers. My questions and many others continue to go unnoticed and unanswered.

I'm sorry if you feel like being left out, but you are not. We are well aware of the reports regarding the software and service, otherwise we would be unable to release fixes and updates. Please send your logs to support@nicehash.com so devs can look into it. Thank you. Is there a way to let the miner use all available threads and cores? I have a i7 6700K (4C/8T) at 4.5Ghz, but only 2 threads are being used. Same with my i5 6300HQ (4C/4T) and a Kaby Lake Pentium (2C/4T)... If the thing uses all cores it would at least triple my output Also, is there a way to increase GPU intensity? I just want maximum output.

"Equihash total hashing has been steadily increasing. At the same time the general buying prices for Equihash algorithm are lowering."
Could you explain how the buying prices are lowering with the influx of equihash orders?

Thank you Jox
I'm wanting to use claymore dual with nicehash and lbry instead of decred
Example from nicehash site with decred: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal YOUR_BTC_ADDRESS -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -estale 0 -dpool stratum+tcp://decred.eu.nicehash.com:3354 -dwal YOUR_BTC_ADDRESS
What would lbry's syntax be? I tried the following but lbry was not being reported as mined even though i'd receive new jobs. EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal YOUR_BTC_ADDRESS -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -estale 0 -dpool stratum+tcp://lbry.usa.nicehash.com:3356 -dwal YOUR_BTC_ADDRESS
Thanks in advance

Update on issue I posted "Does equihash have any limitations with multiple gpus on the same motherboard? My rig of 4 1070's can only run equihash on 3 while the 4th can mine anything other than equihash at the same time"
After trial and error I manually selected GPU that would only mine zcash individually instead of with the other 3 cards and performed the benchmark, and then let it mine by it self. I then enabled all 4 cards with zcash it's working great. Hope it helps someone

Thanks in advance
You must specify the second coin/algorithm with "-dcoin", from EthDcrMiner64.exe manual: -dcoin select second coin to mine in dual mode. Possible options are "-dcoin dcr", "-dcoin sc", "-dcoin lbc", "-dcoin pasc". Default value is "dcr". Therefore a complete command line to start Ethereum+Lbry would be: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal BTCADDR.WORKER -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -estale 0 -dpool stratum+tcp://lbry.eu.nicehash.com:3356 -dwal BTCADDR.WORKER -mode 0 -dcoin lbc You might also try Ethereum+Pascal mode (you have to use latest v8.0 EthDcrMiner64.exe miner): EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353 -ewal BTCADDR.WORKER -epsw x -esm 3 -allpools 1 -estale 0 -dpool stratum+tcp://pascal.eu.nicehash.com:3358 -dwal BTCADDR.WORKER -mode 0 -dcoin pasc Best regards, NiceHash team.

Thank you for the detailed response NiceHash. Really appreciate it
edit: tried lbry and pascal. lbry worked and show accepted results but not with pascal. When lbry was the dual coin it wasn't generating much on the accepted. Mining purely from nicehash is more profitable as of now

hi, can anyone explain why i dont see any stats for daggerhashimoto under the my miner tab? its mining away in nicehash miner telling me i'm earning 0.74mBTC/day 0.88 USD/DAY but the balance is stuck at the last amount it mined with equihash so i'm concerned i'm either doing something wrong to mine with ethminer or its not reporting to the site properly??

Check which miner are you using for DaggerHashimoto in your NiceHash Miner benchmark config settings. We suggest you to use sgminer-gm.
