Still waiting for them to sort out a small ammount of BTC. i lost. Their customer service is a joke, i am just lucky it's just a small amount. Will think very seriously before i trade there ever again. Which is a shame, as i liked their site. Now i can't stand it, the gui is crap and there are so many bugs.

not saying its op purpose, but they messed up trading too, this morning was screenshot linked on irc of guy putting a trade, then cancelling it and he suddenly had double the amount of his trade, he then sold it and withdrew btc. thats not just incompetent  still no response on ticket i created for 2 btc |

not saying its op purpose, but they messed up trading too, this morning was screenshot linked on irc of guy putting a trade, then cancelling it and he suddenly had double the amount of his trade, he then sold it and withdrew btc. thats not just incompetent still no response on ticket i created for 2 btc I got a response after 45(!) hours for my ticket which is almost an insult. "Your issue has been passed to the migration team for investigation, and will be dealt with as a matter of urgency. Thank you for your patience! If you have any questions or concerns in the mean time, please feel free to respond to this ticket. At this point we do not have an ETA, but our developers are working around the clock to find a solution." Can't wait until they're closing Mintpal. |
