Hello and welcome to all new Pandacoin community members!  We at BuyPND.com would like to thank you for your business and support, not sure how many have found their way here yet but we know some of you new discoverers of our Pandacoin are very excited to learn and grow into experianced Pandacoiners.  If you are having trouble with not receiving your freshly purchased Pandacoins into your freshly downloaded PandaBank here are some helpful tips.  The first thing to do is check the Pandacoin Blockchain to see the transaction. I check by using the address you own here  http://pnd.showed.us/ or one of the other Pandacoin block explorers.  This is an example, be sure to use your own address to search for your transaction.

So you can see at least the official record should show instantly almost that you own those coins you purchased.  There are occasions when BuyPND.com does not process your transaction right away, so if you have any questions or concerns you can email us anytime at support@buypnd.com

Now, if you can find the transaction fine but you still don't show the credit in your PandaBank for some reason your wallet must not be synchronized with the network properly. Step one with any wallet concerns, make sure you have a backup of your wallet.dat file You can use the file menu pull down in Panda Bank and make a fresh backup.  The key to proving you own that public address and it's associated Pandacoin balance is your private key which is stored in your wallet.dat be sure to always keep this safe

Some questions for you:
Does your wallet seem to be synchronized completely? Synchronising a new wallet usually only takes a couple of hours for a full synchronization, but you do have to let the wallet run until it does catch up completely. Your PandaBank / wallet should automatically connect to the Pandacoin network and synchronize itself to the Pandacoin Blockchain and show a green check mark on the bottom right corner indicating a complete synch up to see the balance appear in your wallet and be spendable.
