On the phone app you may want to allow location - You cant access the app internally on the subnet with the phone app it is trying to go out and come back in to the app.

Like home and away ip addresses.

Using an external IP address while connected to the LAN is commonly blocked by Modem/Router manufacturers... Otherwise known as "Hair Pinning" "LAN loopback" or "Filterd NAT Redirection".
Look for these option in your modem/router configuration.

Side note: We currently use the web browser on your mobile devices when we're on the LAN and the cryptoGlance android app when we're remote.

Checking into that thanks - Is there any way to lock the /user_data/configs/folder I noticed if you add this to the end of the Ip and the port. It will open the folder. I am sure there is a way to lock it or allow it not to be shared.  Thanks in advance

There is currently a .htaccess file in the root of the application that restricts access to that folder. I'll check the desktop application in a few hours. There are restrictions in place for apache httpd that are currently working.

I am on the windows version and its not blocking - I will have a look at it also just a text file. I moved the Htaccess file to the main folder it has stopped the directly opening the file folder http://xxx.xx.xx.xxx:4041//user_data/configs . It has not stopped a direct request to the file. http://xxx.xx.xx.xxx:4041//user_data/configs/account.json . When you get the chance just let me know sorry about being a pain. Just trying to keep my system secure and use the APP. Thanks in advance

Just following up on this bug. There's an issue with PHP Desktop, the software used to create a webserver on the fly. They have patched it back in October: https://code.google.com/p/phpdesktop/issues/detail?id=17&colspec=ID%20Status%20Priority%20Stars%20Summary%20Modified

We are building a new version and I will post it once it's complete (it'll be soon... 2 hours - a day or two).

I'll build a notification in the next release that detects if the windows app is out of date or not.

Thank you for all your help with this one. Can you push the update thru the cryptoglance interface. Also noticed wallet stopped working for some reason .I removed and re-added the program still not showing wallet balance. maybe get a way for nice and westhash to show payment would be nice.Thanks

We have rolled out an update for the windows app + some cryptoGlance changes. If the user has an older version of the windows application, it will alert the user that their app is currently out of date and requires an update. It has a link to the latest SourceForge download.

maybe get a way for nice and westhash to show payment would be nice.

Looking at the block chain looks like BTC gets sent to the first address then to a second that rotates/Changes every few days - Like a cover wallet address.

Maybe a api hook into coinbase  might be a good thing for the wallet if possible. Coinbase gives examples of the Api hook.

Coinbase is not going OTB any time soon - There a fully registered MSB in the US. Thats darn near impossible.

In crypto glance MY pool is showing as BTC guild but I am running on nicehash. The miners are on nice hash checked web interface. How do I get crypto glance to show the right pool again. Also closed out and opened Cryptoglance. The Miners in question are S3+ and the Api is turned on. Thanks in advance
