Went through the Skype chat room and noticed some customer locations. Edited the redacted chat logs to replace locations with, um, <location>. Old pdf has been deleted from my gpage, here is the new link to the pdf

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Figured it would be worth noting that Josh is off his meds again and ranting like a lunatic. Went ape shit and started a thread seemingly just to smear me, I think his original intention was to issue a refund plan but it quickly degenerated into smearing me. If he could just FOCUS on the main topic it might have been ok. But we have heard these promises of refunds before. To date it seems like noone has gotten one.

Also he openly admitted he would be "slandering" me. I won't go into the differences between that and the other thing he meant. But at least he was open about his intentions. Clearly now there is even more cause to deal with him.

Remember Opie, isn't josh posting those things it his medium sized staff. And more to the point it doesn't matter because his medium size staff say it was never legally stated that Josh Zipkin was even CEO. That claim was despite court documents filed calming he was President, CEO, and Sole Shareholder of AMT. Make you wonder what Jim Brown was working for.... maybe imaginary dinners.

How much do you want to bet this whole thing unravels for him when he goes to court and we quickly find out there is no Jim Brown. It would certainly explain why Jim Brown didn't show up and sign for the certified mail with return receipt that contained my refund request. It's ok though I managed to e-mail one to them at the address that they would often respond to me from, showing they were being selective about what e-mail that responded too.

Somehow I doubt his (ex)wife thinks he has a medium sized staff. Otherwise she might still be with him.....OHH you mean employees whoops lol. But yea well AMT_miners certainly acts like a personally affected individual. And again anything posted under AMT_Miners is authorized by him. It has to be. Otherwise it's just negligent management which he is liable for anyway as he has associated himself in the past with AMT_Miners as the account.

Again this is assuming they are separated. Not even sure if that is happening.

Well since he has a habit of making misleading or outright false statements, I thought it would be worth noting I found the BTC addresses they are using. Thanks to my source who had this information FYI reliable and definitive origin point . Let's play FOLLOW THE MONEY!!!

https://blockchain.info/address/1P9NwQ1pUS8vpKRG8um6NyAXLcvv1dG9sg originating bitpay address used to pay AMT
https://blockchain.info/address/1N7pFYGpthLU2HcvaLR2FPreAYKSX4Ms6K This is where most of the bitcoins were going or are still more research needed
https://blockchain.info/address/1L1YrK5ij5WRDJzVvHmNu9igjjAsrAGP8M looking at the consistent amounts coming and the dates, I presume this is due to mining with the hardware. Again more investigation needed, but this seems like the likley case here considering he cant sell hardware by his own account, so mining with it is really the only option.
https://blockchain.info/address/13p4zncq6m3Ax7tvKhEG2k49hgwfS5g7ic (still working on this one)

The 3 addresses following have huge amounts moved into them. Obviously there will be more money being moved around. Least to get a feel for where the money goes and went. I want to thank my source for this, he/she can come forward if they want credit, but they should know they have my thanks for this information they provided.

I'd politely shake his hand and let him know I'd see him in court where the real ass fucking will take place.

I'm not a thug, just want as much of my money back as I can get. Also I want to see his life ruined, but I can't do that without further harming myself so I do it by proxy via the law.

Excerpt (paraphrased) from the interview (first link):

Q: Those are nice shoes you wearing. You pay with bitcoins?
A: I firmly believe that socks, such as, and matching socks, such as, wear, I mean worn by people goes hand in hand and what nut with feet, such as, and shoes. The alpaca sock company is the finest example as to where a person mining, using, bitcoins can buy such, such as, with bitcoins. Personally, that is me, I would have paid for shoes with bitcoins, but I had to use fiat money notes for these particular shoes I'm worn, wearing, so next time I use bitcoins, such as.

Q: What do you think about the regulations in Ukraine and the US?
A; The closer the miner is to the dam, the cheaper the electricity costs is...

Seriously, we need to see the video to see how close I came to paraphrasing it.  Roll Eyes

You do know that grabbing him would and force-ably taking him anywhere would be kidnapping right? Then when you kidnapped him and took him to the police department and you said the man is a fraudster they would be like, "Great you upstanding citizen, and where is your proof?" then you shrug your shoulders and let go of Zipkin. He says, "This man kidnapped me and brought me here." Then you are arrested.

You are not judge and jury, your word holds no sway over police, this is why there needs to be a specific unified front against this man.

it makes me sick to see this asshole talk.

I intend to coarsen. I want stark contrasts drawn. I want polarization. I will not quietly accept stateism so as not to upset anyone. I am not tolerant of our impending and increasing slavery.
